Das 1200 Quadratmeter Fuß, 2 Zi Ferienhaus ist sehr günstig nur 10 Minuten von den Autobahnen, in der Nähe mehr Restaurants und Einkaufsmöglichkeiten, aber privat im Wald ernannt, rechts oben auf dem See! Perfekte Lage. Fantastische Aussicht! Dieser offene Grundriss verfügt über eine voll ausgestattete Küche, alle Bettwäsche, 2 Queen-Schlafzimmer, 2 Sofa (1 Auszug), Ledersessel und 2 private Terrassen mit Ausblick. A slice of paradise

The property is lovely, the accommodations were just what my husband and I wanted for a couple days by the water. The communication with the owner was easy and accurate. By the time we left my husband wanted to live there!

Perfect getaway

My husband and I left for a getaway, not knowing where we would go. We saw this adorable, lakeview house, and I was like, that's where I want to go. It was perfect, close to great restaurants, but far away from the hustle and bustle. Would highly recommend this place!!

Very cute place, perfect for our needs!

My husband, two sons and I stayed here for a long weekend before the Masters. The house is rustic, but cute...owner was wonderful to deal with, all the little items provided (soaps, paper towels, laundry detergent, a bottle of wine!, throw blankets, etc.). The view from the sunroom is so beautiful, and the location of the house is great - quiet and peaceful, but still close to restaurants, grocery and the marina. I already forwarded this rental to my parents, as my father loves to fish. Would definitely rent again if coming back to the area.

Enjoyed our time at lake

Our family of 5, 3 which are kids, enjoyed our time at the lake despite not great weather. Kids fished, played on paddle board, we built fires & roasted marshmallows, and rented a pontoon for a day. The house was okay. It needs some work/updating on the interior. I let the homeowner know of a few things during our stay. It did have everything we needed to be comfortable during our stay.

Thank you for your feedback. We do apologize that you thought the house was just “ok”. We have made significant updates to the property since purchasing in late 2018 and based on our pasts guests and reviews, feel we truly have a fairly priced lakefront cottage In a prime location. We will be sure to address the bathroom faucet that drains too slowly and the window that doesn’t lock for our next guests. Thank you again for your feedback!

Nice quiet, cozy place

Our stay was well enjoyed. i particularly liked that it has a boat dock/slip. as this was one of the requirements needed. the place was clean and comfortable. a television in the bedrooms would be an added comfort. there was a couple of hiccups but we worked thru them. 1) bathroom vent/fan didn't work. 2) cleaning staff didn't leave enough toilet tissue for 2 adults for our length of stay. I would like to see better (bigger/higher)dock cleats to secure the boat.

Perfect Place

This house was so cute! Perfect access to the water for kids and easy to get a boat to and from the property. It’s close to restaurants and several marinas! We planned on going out a night during our stay but we didn’t even need to! The house had everything we needed so we could stay in and prepare our own meals. We will definitely stay here again!

Not what I expected😪

The renting portion was fairly easy, but the stay was very disappointing. The house was very clean but extremely dated. There was a musty smell at times and ants. Lots of ants. I was told ahead of time not to leave food out or anything that would attract ants. Well, the first morning we were there we woke to a bathroom sink that was so filled with ants it looked like it had been painted dark brown. We used the “spray” that was supplied and killed what we could. The ants only appeared in the bathroom (NO food there) which I felt was strange. We ended up just staying there at nights, never even using the kitchen. Had the house been newer or even updated and not right on top of the ones around it I might have felt differently, but it wasn’t. For these reasons I cannot give this property even 1star. Be wary and research any property you are interested in thoroughly.

Wow. I’m so sorry that you were so disappointed, but with all do respect, I don’t believe this guest would of been pleased with anything. I do wish you would of just contacted us about any problems you had before leaving a review like this. I apologize for the ants, but unfortunately we cannot control them. We provide spray and houses, get the property sprayed quarterly, and have never had anyone leave a negative review about them like this. The pictures depict this property to a T and the property sits on over an acre of land. We also price this property at an extremely fair cost. Our property maintains an extremely high rating across all platforms, so hopefully other guests will take this review with a grain of salt. Can’t please them all! :)

Anniversary getaway

It was another perfect trip. The property is so clean, quiet, and so perfect for a romantic getaway. This is our second time back and are looking forward to when we can return if possible. We highly recommend this cozy house with a beautiful view!

Disappointment

Great location on the lake and nice outdoor areas. However, upon entering the home we were met with a very musty smell. The interior is very dated. Carpets are stained, bath rugs are old and stained, bed quilts were dirty. There is no water pressure in the bathroom sink or shower. My husband and I both had trouble sleeping due to the air quality in this home. The mold/mildew situation here unfortunately caused us to feel sick the entire weekend.

Based on all of our other reviews and stays, we have never had a problem with this and have maintained a 4.9 satisfaction rating across all rental apps. This is our second home and we spend a lot of time there, taking great care of it, remodeling as we go. Great little lakehouse

My family enjoyed a nice vacation at this cute house for a few days. The dock provided plenty of great fishing, and we had a blast paddling around the cove on the provided paddle board. The house was clean and comfortable and stocked with everything we needed to make our trip successful. There was even a bottle of wine on the counter for the adults and ice cream in the freezer that my daughters were very excited to discover. It was a quick drive to restaurants and stores. We would definitely stay here again.

Beautiful view!

I almost gave it a 4/5 on accuracy of listing, because I don’t think the listing said enough about the view! It’s only a few steps off the lake and the entire back of the house has beautiful views. I’ve stayed before in a few houses that were “near” the lake or had a tiny finger of the lake, but this house is on a lovely, open, flowing part of the lake. The kitchen was incredibly well-equipped as these places go. Plenty of dishes, utensils, cookware, and good appliances. The house was very, very clean. Check-in and communication was all very easy. When we come back to the lake, we’ll definitely look for this listing again!
