Welcome to our beautiful lakefront home on Lake Sinclair, complete with a large private dock for your enjoyment. Our home is tastefully decorated and appointed with all the amenities to make your family vacation a memorable one. The location on the lake is prime, just a short drive away from Milledgeville, GA where you can find restaurants, grocery stores (Kroger's or Walmart), bait shops, ice stores, liquor stores, golf courses, movie theaters, medical centers, Georgia College, and more. Or, if you prefer to boat, it's only a 10-minute ride to the Sinclair Marina. This is our home away from home, and we have outfitted it with everything we enjoy while we're there. The furniture and bed linens are of high quality and comfortable for your enjoyment.

Inside The Home:
The Main Level of this house boasts an open floor plan that offers breathtaking views of the lake and stunning sunsets year-round. The kitchen is also part of this open floor plan and provides ample space for entertaining guests. It comes fully equipped with pots, pans, utensils, a Keurig Duo coffee maker (with both pot and pod options), a microwave, a toaster, and dinnerware that can cater to a large group. The Great Room, conveniently located right off the kitchen, is complete with a stone wood-burning fireplace, comfortable leather furniture, and a smart TV. Adjacent to the kitchen and the Great Room is a large dining table that accommodates up to 8 people. The Master Suite, also on the main level, features a king-size bed, a flat-screen TV, a private bathroom, and a walk-in closet. Additionally, there is a laundry room with a full-size washer and dryer, as well as essential cleaning supplies. The entire back of the main level opens to a spacious deck, offering plenty of outdoor living space with a wrap-around outdoor sectional sofa and a dining area.

The Lower Level of the house is a paradise for children, with a rec room that includes a large sleeper sofa and an oversized chair, as well as a large smart TV for movie nights. On this level, you will also find a bedroom with a king-size bed with an adjoining full bathroom and another bedroom with a queen-size bed and a twin-size bed. Both bedrooms have large, oversized windows that provide stunning views of the lake. Additionally, there is a slider door in the rec room that opens up to a patio perfect for the kids, with plenty of outdoor seating.

Private Dock, Swimming & Fishing:
The dock is equipped with a swim ladder and two sets of stairs, all of which are well-lit. Additionally, there are surround sound speakers and a GFI power outlet on the dock, which allows you to inflate water toys with ease. To make your lake experience even better, we provide 3 kayaks, a canoe, inner tubes, and fishing poles.

The Extra Stuff:
We provide a starter kit with extra linens, pillows, toilet paper, paper towels, trash bags, dishwasher and laundry detergent, and other essentials that you may have forgotten to buy at the store.

No Pet, No Smoking Policy:
This is our personal vacation home, and we spend as much time here as possible. Some of our family members have severe allergies and/or asthma. Therefore, we have a strict no-pet policy, and smoking (including e-cigarettes) is prohibited in our home. There are plenty of outdoor areas available where you can enjoy your favorite cigar, but please ensure that you extinguish your cherry and properly dispose of your butts.
