Great Long Weekend Stay

We had a great experience with this newly renovated apartment. Great location, just a short distance to downtown Sonoma, 15-20 minutes to Napa. Had everything we needed for a short stay in the area including a washer/dryer in the unit. Would recommend anyone who wants the extra space and doesn't want to pay crazy hotel prices in the area.

This newly renovated property is a few minutes' drive to Sonoma downtown. We enjoyed our stay as our little babymoon. The property manager is also very easy to talk to. Thank you for hosting us!

Great place to stay

Monica is very responsive and helped with wine tour options and even refunded money when the coffee machine did not work!!! Starbucks is right around the corner so it was all good. The condo is clean and easy to find. Would stay here again!!!

Wild turkeys and wine

We had a wonderful time in Sonoma. The condo was clean and comfortable We woke up to wild turkeys in the back yard. Easy walk to Starbucks and a grocery store. A quick drive to the square. Great wine and food within five minutes of the condo.

The condo was somewhat clean however, the bathroom door on the inside was very dirty, faucets not wiped down, and some of the furniture was dusty. We reached out twice via email to inform the property management that we would have three, not two, guests and asked for a response to ensure that would not be a problem, but never received one. The Method soap pump in the bathroom had enough for about half dozen hand washings, and the container was dirty and old. Additionally, there was one small cookie sheet for the oven and absolutely no aluminum foil, Saran wrap, or baggies to store food. The location was convenient – only a mile from downtown. Overall, it was fine, but we will not likely rebook.

I’m glad you liked the location which is close to downtown and wineries! I do wish you would have let me know of issues you had. I had no idea and no chance to speak with you about it or rectify it. I would have been happy to make things right for you. In regards to your email…you only sent one stating (not asking) that you would be 3 people instead of 2 which was fine because max occupancy is 4 so no problem.

Hi Jodi - unfortunately you are mistaken......there are no photos of an outdoor space with this listing (ID 1411360) nor does the description state there is outdoor space. I wish you would have reached out to me during your 4 night stay with your concerns so I could have shown you my ad or spoken with you that this space that you booked never claimed to have outdoor space. I would never want a guest to think they'd been misled.

Good stay

Pros: Good location, but a bit on the noisy side. The beds were very comfortable. Cons: Major lack of amenities. 4 bath towels and 2 hand towels for 4 people for 3 days. The air conditioner sounds like a hurricane. Silverware for only 3 people. The furniture was unsturdy and cheap. All in all it was overpriced for what was provided.

Sonoma vacation

Upon arrival our first impression was that the outside of the building was filthy, spider webs, dirt, and debris everywhere. The property is located next to an autobody shop so the view is of car parts and trash. The condo supplied one dish towel, 3 sets of cutlery and a table not capable of seating more then 2 people. The chairs were loose and wobbly. The bathroom fan had an inch of dirt covering it and all the window sills were covered in dirt. Very disappointed. Do not waste your money here! It is not worth it!

I take great pride in my good reviews from guests saying how clean the condo is. This guest reached out to me at 11:52pm the night before checkout after staying all 3 nights to tell me the condo is dirty. Why wait until I can’t remedy it by sending out my cleaner? In good faith and because I like guests to have good interactions with me I immediately refunded the cleaning fee. The day of checkout guest reached out again and said if I wanted a good review to give them a refund. That’s extortion and not ok. I stand by my good reviews. I do not recommend this guest.

Great place bad location

The positives were the condo looked just like the photo, clean and brand new! The condo was immaculate and was comfortable. The drawback was the location which wasn’t completely revealed until it was close to the reservation date and was too late to cancel. The map gave an approximate location. It was behind a carwash which was noisy and a mexican restaurant right off highway 12. The bedroom windows do look out over open space which was nice but you can also see a run down trailer park to the right. The condo was set back so there wasn’t road noise but if you are looking for a picturesque getaway this isn’t it. Its not within walking distance of the square. I think it was overpriced for what you are getting. I felt safe and comfortable but wouldn’t stay here again only because there are better options that are closer to the square, in a better location and not so expensive.

Convienent location! Perfect place to call home for the weekend

Our stay was wonderful! Monica made the checkin/out process incredibly easy. We were in Sonoma for the weekend for wine tasting, and this VRBO was well situated to wineries and downtown Sonoma. We walked one night to downtown, and it was about 1 mile, but an easy drive or Uber/Lyft. Would highly recommend and would be glad to stay again!

Great from booking to checkout

Great location on major road with a great dispensary if needed right out front avd a great bar called Stirling a quick walk away. Comfortable beds, kitchen has all you need, full size W/D, spacious layout, covered parking. Need to share ride or drive to Sonoma Square but only a 5 min trip. Owner was super responsive. Would stay there again for sure.

Centrally Located, Immaculate and Modern Condo for a Fun Extended Weekend

Monica was a very welcoming and attentive host. Her property was very clean, modern with a relaxing living room, full kitchen for breakfasts and small meals in between wine tasting. It is centrally located and only minutes from Sonoma's Town Square.

Beautiful Stay in Sonoma

After a gruelling trip in our 10 person van, we were all pretty exhausted when we arrived in Sonoma. Thankfully this property came to save the day. I would say this place is much nicer and newer than what you’ll find around the area. This place had A/C, it was clean, and was near grocery stores, bakeries and Starbucks for coffee. We walked over to the grocery store for some fresh squeezed orange juice and made it a routine throughout our stay. Thanks so much for accommodating us!

Perfect wine weekend

Great apartment in Sonoma! As shown in photos. Host had great recommendations for wine tasting and restaurants. Kitchen clearly set up as a rental but hopefully some of the spices we left behind will help the next guests cook too. Thanks so much - We'd happily stay here again!
