Private Tropical Home with Pool

Prime location between Playa Del Carmen and Tulum. Gated/24 hour security. Our condo is just steps from the private pool seated in the jungle, a few short minutes from pristine area beaches'. Offering 2 bedrooms, 2 full bathrooms. Practical design that can host 6 adults. Supplied with everything you need to feel at "home" with resort style decor and amenities. Short drive to shopping, snorkeling, cenote, local eateries and much more.

The space
Our space is designed with open concept decorated with a Boho Chic flair, and encompasses local art of both Mayan and Mexican traditional pieces. Custom made beds and memory foam cooling mattresses with luxury bedding make for a restful slumber after the days' adventure. The kitchen is fully stocked with everything you need to enjoy a meal in while you relax and recharge by the private pool surrounded by the jungle. This is a great stay in comparison to the busy tourist areas of Tulum and Playa Del Carmen. Akumal has it all location, amenities and easy access to all areas within a short drive.

We would like you to know that we keep only basic cooking spices and condiments. If you use the last of something please replace it for the next guest prior to departure. The closest stores are listed in the guest arrival book.
If you would like those items removed prior to your arrival please let me know so that I can make sure the condo is set correctly for your stay.

Please note we also provide very nice towels, linens and beach towels for use. We would ask that you NOT use any towels or linens at the pool or ocean unless it is a beach towel.
