Turnier-Billardtisch, 5 Fernseher, Weinbar, Büro, beheizter Pool und Spa auf einem privaten, in Lanai abgeschirmten Raum. 1 km von Cape Coral Yacht Club mit Strand, Yachthafen, Pier und Park.

Diese Villa ist nach Norden ausgerichtet, so dass die private Veranda mit beheiztem Pool und Spa mit Blick auf den Kanal maximal genutzt werden kann. Drei Schlafzimmer (König, König, zwei Einzelbetten) und ein Büro / eine Höhle (zwei Tagesbetten mit Rollbett) bieten bequemen Schlaf für bis zu 8 Personen. Alle Schlafzimmer und Höhle verfügen über einen Fernseher, und jedes Zimmer ist mit Kabel, DVD, Blu-Ray oder Play Station ausgestattet. Master-Bad verfügt über eine große offene Dusche mit separater Badewanne. Das Spielzimmer verfügt über einen professionellen Brunswick-Billardtisch, einen TV und einen Blick auf den Pool und den Kanal. Tischfußball und Tischtennis sind ebenfalls erhältlich. Der Bürobereich bietet einen Arbeitstisch mit Drucker. Highspeed-Internet und WI-FI im ganzen Haus.

Die Küche verfügt über Granit-Arbeitsplatten, neue Edelstahlgeräte und ist voll ausgestattet. Trockenbar mit Weinkühler. Genießen Sie eine Mahlzeit in der Küchenbar, am Esstisch (6 Stühle) oder auf der Veranda im Barbereich der Außenküche. 90-Grad-Schiebetüren öffnen sich zum Pool- und Wellnessbereich, wo Sie einen Grill, einen Tisch und 6 Stühle sowie Liegestühle finden.

Oder nehmen Sie eines der 6 Fahrräder und fahren Sie hinunter zum Jachtclub für einen Tag am Strand, einen Spaziergang am Pier oder ein Mittagessen im The Boat House. Der Yachtclub bietet auch einen Pool, Tennisplätze und viele andere Aktivitäten für die Öffentlichkeit.

Die Villa bietet Platz für maximal 6 Erwachsene und 2 Kinder.

Der Hausverwalter ist in der Stadt und steht für Check-in, Notfälle und besondere Bedürfnisse zur Verfügung.

Beautiful property, spotlessly clean and very well equipped. A great central location for my family with two teenage sons to enjoy all Fort Myers and sanibel has to offer. We spent many days and evenings in the pool and spa and feel refreshed and relaxed and would thoroughly recommend.

Clean and spacious house. We were 2 families of 4 and had plenty of room. The pool was great for the teens. The dock worked great for our boat rental as well. We also loved the location for easy access to a grocery store and restaurants.

Great location, Great rental

This house was perfect for our week stay. Family of 5 all over the age of 16. Everyone had plenty of room. The pool and hottube were wonderful and used often. Loved that we had bikes to use and option for the kayaks. Awesome that the beach was just a short distance away. We have no complaints and really enjoyed everything the house had to offer. Would highly recommend.

Amazing place!

We made the drive from Michigan to be welcomed by a great gift basket and an zing house. Location was great. We rented a boat which we were able to put on the lift in the channel. The space for the 7 of us was perfect and the house was in great shape and very nice and comfortable.

Great house with lots of nice features. Pool was great as was the grill and refrigerator set up by the pool. Close to Boat House, nice morning walk and Bloody Mary to start the day! Plenty of good restaurants close by. Pool furniture could be upgraded, but this is nitpicking! Wonderful place to stay.

Great Location, Nice House

The house was large and tons of space for our entire family. The pool and hot tub were great. The location is amazing as it is walking distance to the beach and the Boathouse restaurant. We enjoyed the bikes, pool table and other amenities they had to offer. The only downfall we saw was all of the fishing poles except 1 were broken, and the other items in the garage were pretty disheveled (ping pong, fooseball, kayaks, etc…) Overall, I would definitely recommend this house and would book again.

Home away from Home!

This house was amazing! The owners and property manager were very kind and easy to contact. The house was in a safe, clean, and, friendly area. The home had so many amenities that none of the children were ever bored. We spent alot of time by the pool and spa and it did not disappoint. The dock was also a hot spot for all of us. This property was very clean and relaxing. I highly recommend this place.

Exceptional vacation home

This home has everything we were looking for and more! Relaxing by the pool, fishing off the dock, eating outside under the lanai, this home checked all the boxes! Within 30 minutes we went to Sanibel Island, Fort Myers Beach, plenty of restaurants, and shopping. The location of this house was perfect for our family and what we love to do. This home was clean, spacious, beds were comfortable, the pool table was fun and the kitchen had everything. The neighborhood is nice and was great for morning walks. Close (1/2 mile) to the public boat launch. Deborah is a wonderful hostess and Sigrid the property manager was very responsive and making sure everything was great once we settled in. We would highly recommend this home and we will definitely be back! This is the best home we have ever rented. Thank you so much!!

Nice getaway

We enjoyed our stay at the villa. Upon arrival we notified the property manager. She met us at the house to check us in and provided recommendations. The house was clean and we were greeted with a basket of goodies and wine. Siggi, the property manager was nice to share a bag of fresh mangos with us which we used to make mango salsa. The house itself was nicely stocked and had everything we needed including spices, pots/pans, games, books, beach toys, kayak, life vest, bicycles/helmets and plenty of towels. We walked to the boathouse restaurant and beach, bicycled to the yacht club, and fished from the pier. We also rented a boat for five days during our stay and were able to tie it up on the villa's dock in backyard. One day we noticed that the spa/hot tub wasn't getting hot so I sent Siggi a text and it was fixed within just a couple hours. A great time was had by all.

Amazing stay in Cape Coral

The house was absolutely beautiful! From communications with Deb, the property owner and property manager, Sigi, both were so kind and answered all my questions. Sigi set-up a high chair and pack n play for my 1.5 year old and it worked out perfectly. She slept well and we felt home. The pool and spa were so amazing! Relaxing, clean, and serene. The highlight of the house! Nice TVs and lots of channels along with games. We even taught our 6 year old chess. We loved to watch the sunrise and sunsets from the window and dock. Make sure to watch the sunset from the dock its a must. The house was stocked with everything from condiments, to towels galore, and lots of pool and beach items. Beds were so comfortable and we loved that we had an office option to getaway from kids and get some light work done. The location was perfect and we found a nice park nearby for the kids, which they loved. I can't rave enough about this lovely home. It exceeded our expectations and we can't wait to return again! Thank you for sharing your wonderful home with my family!
