Mit 5 Schlafzimmern und 4. 5 Badezimmern bietet dieses brandneue und schön eingerichtete Stadthaus Luxus und Komfort für einen unvergesslichen Urlaub!

Geräumiges Wohnzimmer mit einer großen, voll ausgestatteten Küche bietet einen einladenden Platz für Familienessen und enthält aktualisierte Geräte und Granit. Im Erdgeschoss finden Sie auch ein Schlafzimmer mit einem Kingsize-Bett.

Das Loft im Obergeschoss verfügt über einen großen Flachbild-TV und eine Wii-Konsole für die ganze Familie. Mit zwei Master-Suiten mit Queensize-Betten und geräumigen Badezimmern. Ein Mickey & Minnie-Themenzimmer für Kinder umfasst zwei Einzelbetten, während ein anderes Zimmer ein Harry Potter-Themendekor mit zwei Einzelbetten bietet. Beide Kinderzimmer verfügen über ein Gemeinschaftsbad.

Dieses Haus verfügt über ein eigenes Planschbecken mit Sitzgelegenheiten im Freien, Liegestühle, kostenfreies WLAN und voll ausgestattete Wäschemöglichkeiten.

Wonderful rental!

This is a great rental, the house was lovely and we enjoyed the proximity to the pool and clubhouse! We heated the pool and our kids swam every day, the house is a great size. The only recommendation I have would be to update all the carpet in the home, it was old and dirty and smelled very badly of pets, and we don’t have pets so it was a very strong smell to us. We would love to rent here again, but I don’t know if I would due to the carpet issue.

Cute decor, the property has some issues

Rating Details: The property manager was very helpful. The vacation rental was very clean. I was more than happy with the location. I was satisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. Overall, I do not recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: 100% agree with everything that Kathy F. wrote in her review. The mattresses in the upstairs bedrooms are garbage and hurt my back all week. The screen on the sliding glass door was broken. The property management company to their credit was really responsive but they said that they had told the owners multiple times about it already. They removed the screen for us so we wouldn't have to deal with it not opening properly but then leaned it against the wall on the patio and it blew over into the pool several times. The pool heater was on the fritz, it took 4 calls to the property company to get it adequately fixed. The pool is really small but it didn't bother me because it was a good size for my 5 year old who is still learning to swim. The kitchen is not well stocked for cooking meals and there is only one non-stick pan that is very cheap and burns food easily. The living room could also really use another couch or sectional. Not really enough seating for a group to sit and watch a movie together.

Great stay

The location is great right across from the resort which has a nice pool, the Flowrider, kiddie area and restaurant. The house had plenty of space. We didn’t cook anything so it didn’t affect us but you may want to inquire on the availability of cooking supplies if desired. The management company was very responsive.

Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: It was very good. The house is very spacious, lots of natural light. Kind of close to major highways and supermarkets and restaurants. The home is really across their clubhouse which is a plus.It was an ordeal to get into the home, we had to wait 1hr and 15 mins to get to the main entrance. It was horrible. The gate attendant was very nice, he explained is not common to wait that long but due to the holiday the wait was super extended. They need to fix that if they expect the same amount of guests for future holidays.The not so good part was the TV. Could not watch the local channels without the cable box requesting an upgrade. The pool is small but nice. One thing they do not tell you is that if you choose heated pool after you arrive it could take 24 hrs for the pool to heat up. Also, you cannot choose the heated pool for only 1 day. Also, not sure if parking is assigned by house or not. We encountered a few times people park in front of the home.

Reviewer Comments: The rented this condo for three days to attend my mom's funeral in Orlando. The house is very nice and everything was as shown in the pictures. We really enjoyed our stay even with the circumstances. We did have a problem with cable for the televisions that we called about and no one ever came out to check, but other than that I would highly recommend this property.

Everything was nice, but we found the comfort of the beds to be exceptional. It's difficult to sleep well away from home, but not here. So comfy! We hope to visit again.
