Nicky was great and the property was amazing. The view of the ocean and the sunset was absolutely captivating. Add a well appointed home and pool to make this the absolutely perfect stay! This home is within walking distance to the Publix, manatee public beach and many other shops. Rent a bike or golf cart and have a great time. Looking forward to coming back in 2027.

Gorgeous location right on the beach! It was great for our family with little kids that enjoyed the pool and beach toys that were provided. Nicky was an excellent host, so kind and prompt communication. We thoroughly enjoyed our time there!

Our family had a fabulous vacation at this home! Nicky was an amazing host and the photos of the house don’t do justice to how close this home is to the beach. This was one of our families favorite vacations- the location on the island is perfect. We will absolutely stay here again if we have the chance.

Besides a great location the host Nicky was great to work with and having the pool is just so nice when the Gulf is cold. In addition, they have beach chairs, floaties, pool toys, all sorts of balls to lay catch on the beach. Not having to buy them or haul them in your travel just made everything perfect. By far the best place I have ever stayed.

Amazing ocean front home!

This place is indeed amazing! Right on the beach with incredible views of the ocean and sunset each night. Beds were comfortable and entire space was very clean. Owner was very responsive and super helpful with restaurant recommendations. Awesome beach location - crowds to the far right (public beach) and somewhat to the left, but right in front of the house was always quiet and uncrowded - this was a huge perk for us during our stay. A very thoughtful check-in gift welcomed us upon arrival which was very much appreciated. Can't say enough about this place - exceeded expectations in every way.

We really enjoyed all things about this venue. One thing to really consider with this is if you are renting the entire rental or just one part of it like we did. We only had someone next-door for one day and we only saw them once, but if we had been there all week with people next-door, I’m not sure the experience would’ve been the same.

Amazing week on Holmes Beach!

We stayed here with three adults and three children (ages 5-10) and had the best vacation! The location can't be beat, steps to the beach, the pool provided so much entertainment for the kids and was so warm! We spent many days going back and forth between the two and made so many memories. The cottage is charming and all you need! We would 100% come back. Of note, the cottage shares a deck and pool with the adjacent cottage. We lucked out with the most lovely neighbors who became friends! The host was easy to reach and quick to respond to any questions.

Absolutely Fabulous!

Excellent Location!! Amazing views. The beach is not crowded at all which is why we loved it so much. The proximity to all of our favorite shops is awesome. The home is comfortable and very well equipped and having the little things like spices and condiments and laundry detergent available to us was great! The pool was lovely and we used it more than we thought we would. Nicki left us the most delicious cake and champagne and her communication is above and beyond fantastic. Check in/out is incredibly easy. The whole experience was excellent. It’ll be hard to duplicate this trip!

We loved the property, The only thing was I think more emphasis should be put on shared things, The people who were in the other house arrived first, and did not seem to understand that we also were able to enjoy the pool, beach chairs and umbrella, and such, they took all the beach stuff for themselves and were always in the pool, also the laundry room, was not able to be used until they left on Thursday, we enjoyed the extras thursday only as we left Friday

This property is absolutely perfect! It's located in a safe an quiet neighborhood. Check in was super easy and smooth. The property has been updated and the rooms are clean.The kitchen is equipped with everything you need! The property is right on the beach! You step through the gate and the beach and gulf are right there. The beach wasn't crowded and we always were able to find a spot. Publix and Walgreen's are right around the corner too. Nicky is wonderful to respond to any questions that we had. We absolutely loved our stay here!

Perfect!

We celebrated our 50th anniversaries with friends and this house was absolutely perfect for the 4 of us. Nicky, the host provided any possible amenities including starter kitchen supplies. We didn't have a car so we utilized Publix delivery for initial groceries. The beautiful beach is clean and quietly friendly and the house has beach chairs, umbrella and towels available for guest use.! We usually walked the 4 blocks to Publix to catch the trolley that runs north and south taking us to wonderful restaurants and shopping. The monkey bus filled in for areas that the trolley doesn't go to. We usually returned to the house in time to watch the amazing sunsets from our deck. The rest of our evenings were spent in the wonderfully warm pool to relax after the busy days... Thank you Nicky for the perfect vacation!

Clean house and great location!

One of, if not the best VRBO we stayed at for cleanliness. Also, the location is perfect! Great beach right at your door practically. Nicky provides you with the necessary items you will need to start your trip without the need to immediately run to the store. Surprises in the fridge were also very nice. We had a couple of minor issues but Nicky responded quickly. There is also the convenience factor with having a grocery store very close as well as other stores within a mile and a half, yet the house is tucked away from everything. Sunsets from the porch are amazing as well. I saw where others had mentioned that some of the house was dated, and some items yes, but...house on the white sand beach, with a pool and everything you need for the beach and pool is provided.

This place is beautiful and right on the beach. The pool is awesome and the house has many amenities. It couldn’t be more perfect. The host is most accommodating and she left a delicious cake and a bottle of champagne for us. So nice
