Disappointed - Left early
Check in process was only thing that went right. Requirements were a heated pool - complete failure. Pool jets were not working and pool was dirty. Pool company came as per regular schedule and got pool working except for skimmer. The next day pool did not start up (timer), placed a call to owner, who assured us someone would take care of it. 4 days later they got the pool running without a pool filter (pool dirty). New pool filter was missing but was never installed during the remainder of of our 12 day booking. We gave up trying to get the pool working properly. Spoke with owner, property mgr and pool company. Left a day early as we were not able to enjoy ourselves. Property owner is very sensitive.
Place was not well maintained. Little bugs throughout house. One of us received bed bug bites (believe isolated to one bedroom). Thick layers of dust on all the faux plants and ledges.
Towels with holes big enough for your fists.
Fridge with one side rusted.
Crunchy carpet with big stains. Looks like property was flooded at some time as the baseboards throughout house are damaged.
Outdoor pool furniture was dirty, moldy, well worn.
Mold was apparent throughout lanai, umbrella.
This place is definitely not worth using vacation time on. Certainly not worth the dollars being charged.
Cannot recommend it. Unfortunately we can't post pics that reveal it all.
