The pictures do not do this unit justice. The condo is beautiful and spacious. The check in and check out was smooth. The unit had everything one would need for the ultimate beach vacation. It had plenty of towels, a boogie board, beach chairs, a wagon, and floaties for the pool. Even the kitchen was stocked up with plates, bowls, cups, pots and pans. The only thing I didn't find in the unit was spices but other than that it was absolutely perfect. The sunset views were beautiful to see everyday and the balcony was huge. The walk to the pool clubhouse was only 5 minutes and the beach was clean and serene. The beach is good for people who like waves, but be careful there are some rocks by the beach but our family absolutely loved it.

Perfect family getaway.

Absolutely loved this place. So nice and clean. Great access to the beach and pool. The only thing I have to complain about is the piece of wood “locking” the balcony door. It was hard to remove at times.

Spring Break for 2 families with kids

The description of this rental is very accurate. This condo is spacious, well equipped and has a very nice view from a spacious balcony on a lake with alligators and turtles. The beach and pools are very close. We just needed to come and relax. Also, check in and check out was a breeze. Highly recommend this place!

We loved the balcony

We had a great stay. The bean bag on balcony is ripped (was already ripped before our stay) so I spent a lot of time cleaning up the stiff in bean bag chair every time wind blew. Especially after the little storm, but other than that it was perfect.

Great condo

description matched the actual place. It was very roomy. Loved the balcony and that we all had our own bedrooms. Great location, convenient to both pools and the beach. Could have used more towels so that we didn't have to do as much laundry. And it would have been nice to have one spare toilet paper roll.

Grandkids Trip

This property was amazing, plenty of room with a great layout. The view from the balcony was amazing, and we had daily wildlife sightings from the balcony. Very quite and relaxing. The kitchen was perfect size for cooking and socializing. The beds were comfortable and nice each bedroom had their own bathroom. The property itself couldn’t have been better, short walk to beach, and the property pools were awesome. Great food, cocktails and service at the pool side grill. I will definitely book this property again.

Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: This unit was very well-stocked and has a beautiful lake view. Our grandchildren loved watching for the turtles and the “jumpy” fish! There were several beach chairs available for use, a rolling cooler, and I believe a cart. The beach access is almost directly across the road and very easy to navigate. The pool is a bit of a walk for anyone with mobility issues, but we have a handicap decal and always found a space in front of the pool. It worked great. Publix is about 5 minutes away.

The only thing that I didn’t like, and this was something that I should have looked into myself. With no fault of the property, the distance to the pool. Although it is a short walk for an adult, for children it can be a long walk. I would recommend pulling them in a wagon, which the condo did provide and I was very grateful for. Overall, we had a great experience. I would 100% recommend.

Well stocked

This condo was one of the most well stocked places we've ever stayed. My only complaint is the beach is very rocky. I wish it would have been mentioned in the description somewhere even thought it had nothing to do with the condo itself. There was beach restoration going on during our stay and the rental company was great about keeping us up to date on the progress. We were told we'd get a 10% refund for the inconvenience and that refund was never received so that was a bit irritating. Overall, my familu had a lovely beach vacation.

Great property, unit not great for kids

Excellent condo with great view, good proximity to pool and ocean, spacious and stocked. Not ideal for young children but a family with older children or none is great. Stocked with beach items. No tub plugs, pack n play or high chair, and many breakable items/glass tables. Carpet was dirty (stained) and really just needs to be replaced with hard flooring. Rental company called before we even arrived to try to get a 3 hour block to clean it but this was just not possible with young children napping and in/out. Overall a very good stay though.

Almost perfect

Spacious CLEAN condo with easy access to beach and pools. I thought I’d be sad that I didn’t have a beach facing view but the Lake view was beautiful and calming. Great well furnished patio. Adequate amount of towels, linens, extra blankets. Laundry room was filled with everything I’d need for the beach including beach towels, kids toys, floats, even a folding wagon to haul it all there. I really could’ve shown up with just my suitcase and a cooler and had everything I needed for the beach. Really is a great unit! Why I titled this review “almost perfect”…could use a new mattress and pillows in the master, more adequate cookware in the kitchen and could only use 3 of the 4 burners on the stove as knob for one burner kept falling off. ALL knobs were found to be upside down during first use of stove. Guessing they were removed during cleaning and replaced in the wrong position. Stove and oven were also VERY clean. I would choose this unit again without a hesitation. It’s cleanliness, spaciousness and easy access to the beach and pools trumps the few things that are less than perfect for me.

Appreciated that. Loved the view....only negative, too many fish/shell items around for my taste.
