The apartment worked well for four of us. We had everything we needed, and the air conditioners all worked the whole time. Good location - I would recommend it.

We greatly enjoyed our stay at this VRBO. The location was excellent, right near the Eiffel Tower, many cafes, and patisseries. The apartment was clean, check-in was easy, and we appreciated the air conditioning on hot nights. Our only complaint was the lack of toilet paper, soap, and paper towels, which we needed to purchase on our own. We were otherwise very happy with this apartment.

Great safe location and plenty of space for 5!

The condo was so cute!! It was a peace of Paris! You could see the Eifel tower tip from the master bedroom! Everything was great, there are TWO full bathrooms. Very safe neighborhood with a few restaurants and a grocery store.

I will start with the positive - Location was very good. We were able to walk to many places. The temperature during our stay was in the low 90's and the air conditioning worked good. The photos of the home do not show all of its flaws. There was a hole in the wall in the very narrow bathroom. The overhead shower was broken in this bathroom too. There was minimal liquid soap and just enough toilet paper to get us to the next morning in both bathrooms. When we contacted to host to find out where there was more soap and toilet paper we were told they do not supply either. We stayed here for 5 nights so this was not something we felt was something we needed to supply and shop for upon our arrival. There is no elevator so getting our bags up 3 flights of steps was challenging. I do not recall reading this prior to booking. We stayed all 5 nights but we were dissapointed in the home. We would not choose to stay here again when returning to Paris.

Excellent Paris apartment!

My family of four including two teenagers stayed at this beautiful apartment in early July. It is a great space with air conditioning and a washer and dryer. The property manager was very helpful and quick to respond to a question. The apartment is in a wonderful location - about a 10 minute walk to the Eiffel Tower and a 20 minute walk to the Arc de Triomphe and the Champs-Elysees. It is located near multiple metro stations too. It has lots of restaurants and a great market nearby. I would definitely recommend this apartment!

The location is outstanding: just a short walk from Rue Cler, and close enough to the Eiffel Tower to see the tip of it from one bedroom window! Speaking of: the room with the double bed is quite small, and the bathroom even smaller - we were banging into walls and handles all week. The room with two single beds is quite spacious, and the bathroom next to it as well.We stayed in July, and the window AC units did just fine against the heat in the 2-bed room and the living room, but could not keep up in the smaller bedroom.

Fantastic Apartment for our needs

My 2 daughters and I stayed here in May 2025 and it was absolutely perfect for us! The host was a responsive communicator and although we had no issues, I expect we would have received a prompt response if we had. The location was absolutely perfect and we walked or easily took public transportation to everywhere we wanted to experience. While we didn't use the kitchen much, it was well stocked with anything we would have needed. But who wants to cook when you are in Paris? There was even Netflix provided, which we used only one night when we were exhausted from the day and just wanted a relaxing night in. I 100% recommend this apartment!

Great location

The host was very easy to communicate with and responsive. Location was great. Many restaurants within 1-2 blocks and a small store for essentials. Easy walk to Eiffel tower. The area felt very safe. Air conditioning worked great. As the description mentions it is a few flights of stairs up. Just be aware / able to carry your suitcases up. The apartment is quiet. I couldn't get the dryer to work well but I didn't ask for help , just line dried items. The host only leaves 1 towel per person (1 small 1 medium). If you need more, ask and I'm sure they would give. You might want to bring your own carbon monoxide detector. (I didn't see one in unit). The apartment fridge and bathrooms were very clean despite it being and older building. Easy place to stay.

Positives:Excellent location with over 10 restaurants on the block, boulangeries in short walking distance,Metro station 10 minutes walk away really spectacular view of the light show on top of the Eiffel Tower (at 10:20 pm and 11 pm) from the master bedroom window. Room air conditioning (was absolutely essential in June)Master bedroom with attached bath Apartment has good charm both inside and outside the building and still provides adequate functionality for a short stay. Negatives:No elevator- luckily the apartment is on the 2nd floor and not higher Washer and dryer did not work well. Both left the clothes wet. The apartment is quite small though it’s supposedly large for a Paris apartment Many apartment owners have replaced the country-standard electric outlets with universal outlets. Unfortunately, this apartment did not provide those. Also, the number of electrical outlets near the bed was not adequate. The bathroom curtain around the tub needs to be replaced- it’s old and hard to use.
