Große Gruppen schätzen 2 King Master Schlafzimmer (1 im Hauptgeschoss und 1 im Obergeschoss), 2 Queen-Schlafzimmer (im Obergeschoss) und ein riesiges Schlafzimmer mit 3 Etagenbetten (im Keller). Offenes Konzept Küche / Wohnraum auf der Hauptebene hat alle neuen Küchengeräte, Kochen macht eine Freude! Entspannen Sie sich auf der Veranda oder wählen Sie drei Heckdecks mit Blick auf den Wald und den See, einen mit einem neuen Weber-Grill, eine geschlossene Veranda und einen aus dem Ping-Pong-Erholungsgebiet im Schatten eines riesigen Hartriegelbaums. Der Hinterhof ist komplett eingezäunt, so dass Sie Hunde / Kleinkinder sicher aufbewahren können. Die Musiker in der Familie werden es zu schätzen wissen, dass sie während der Ausfallzeit ein Piano und eine Gitarre zur Verfügung haben, um zu jammen.

Im Erdgeschoss finden Sie einen Billardtisch, einen Tisch mit Kugeln, ein Unterhaltungszentrum, einen Kartentisch und Zugang zum eingezäunten Garten. Einfach zu Fuß zum komplett renovierten Dock mit Partydeck an der Spitze. Nehmen Sie die Kajaks heraus, schwimmen Sie mit den Schlauchbooten (Froschschote - alle Wasserspielzeuge sind gegen eine Schutzgebühr von 30 USD erhältlich, die über PayPal und eine unterzeichnete Sicherheitsvereinbarung gezahlt wird) oder machen Sie in unserer ruhigen, wachfreien Bucht ein Nickerchen in der Hängematte. Viel Stollen auf beiden Seiten des Docks, damit Sie Ihre Boote und Wasserspielzeug abbinden können - in der Nähe gibt es auch einen Verleih. Günstig gelegen in der Nähe von Little Hall Bootsrampe - weniger als 10 Minuten Fahrt zum Einsteigen und nur 5 Minuten zurück mit dem Boot.

Unser Cape Cod-Haus am See liegt nur eine Stunde nördlich von Atlanta an der GA 400 - 10 Minuten von der North Georgia Premium Outlet Mall in Dawsonville entfernt. Doppelte Einfahrten ermöglichen viel Platz für Ihre große Gruppe oder Familientreffen.

Zu den vielen Freizeitmöglichkeiten in der Nähe von North Georgia gehören Golf, Wildwasser-Rafting, Wandern, Radfahren, Tontaubenschießen, Atlanta Motorsports Park, Go-Kart-Rennen und Reiten. Great house on Lake Lanier

We rented the house for 4 families. There was plenty of room in the house and LOTS of room for parking cars. The bedrooms are large the basement bunk room was perfect for the 5 kids. The house had great activities with the ping pong table, pool table and foosball table. The kitchen had all of the essentials for cooking. The multiple decks were awesome for just visiting. The kids had a fantastic time on the dock. I wish we had been there in summer to enjoy the water. I really dont have anything negative to say. It is clear that the owners have tried to make the place homey and comfortable. We had a fantastic family reunion!!!

Very nice home, comfortable and clean. plenty of room. You can park about 5 vehicles safely in the driveway if you have guest visiting you. It's on a long curvy road use your gps for sure. nice place to relax.

We live in the city, and this was a perfect driving distance for us to get some outdoors without the hassle of traveling with little ones. Perfect home for any stay!

The property itself was amazing. Everything was placed neatly and organized. All instructions were clearly stated for the check-out process on the fridge. Game room is perfect for night time fun with the family and/or friends. Walk down to the lake and enjoy the awesome 2 level boat dock - perfect for tanning, swimming, or boating! If we had more time and were staying longer we would've rented a boat, for sure. The fishing and boat rides seem like a trip in itself. Location of the home is really nice - not too far from shopping centers or major highways; talking less than a 10 minute drive. When driving the area be aware of the hills. Make sure to not overwork your car because it can overheat. Definitely recommend this house. The owner was very cooperative and easy to get a hold of. Responded very quickly whenever we reached out.

I should have told you that instead of turning right at the stop sign that leads to Haw Creek Pl., you can continue straight and it will horseshoe around to Haw Creek without having to take that steep hill. Dream lakehouse

We've rented several lake houses over the years with friends, and this was by far the best! The house was spotless, beautiful and spacious, with tons of thoughtful amenities: a two-story private dock, well-equipped kitchen, high-efficiency washer/dryer, multiple TVs with Xfinity and Netflix, amazing entertainment options (including ping pong, foosball and a pool table), jacuzzi tubs in two bathrooms, outdoor hot tub and fire pit. The location on the lake was also perfect - not too far from a marina and about 30 minutes from Margaritaville, where there's a public pavilion/picnic tables and sand volleyball court nearby. We can't recommend this house enough!

Much needed lake getaway & perfect setup to do it!

Can’t say enough good things about this place!!! Perfect. We had 5 families & kids who had a blast at this Lake Lanier property. Owners were awesome. Answered texts immediately when I had a question. We rented a boat & docked it there for couple days. Easy quick access to the lake. Kids had a blast jumping in off the landing. Playing pool, ping pong, & football kept them busy as well. Thank you for letting us use your beautiful house & amenities. Will definitely recommend & come back.

Enjoyed the house, the location, and the dock area. The owners were very responsive to some of the issues we had at the house. I would recommend they get some more trash cans because we had to make several trips to the dump with 14 people in the house. We also had plenty of parking with 6 different cars that were there. Loved Lake Lanier overall!!

Even though this was a long time ago, I wanted to let you know that after your stay, we purchased three large trash cans, two normal trash cans, and one recycling bin for public trash pick-up. We also remodeled the kitchen and added a large pull-out trash bin next to the sink and a massive stainless steel bin for recycling items. In the future, please let hosts know your feedback privately so that hosts can rectify any complaints. We love receiving five-star ratings! We greatly appreciate you letting us know about the trash issue! We've never had more than 8 people in our group, so we would have never known. Hope all is well with you!

great house for a family reunion

Our family loved this house. It has both a pool table and ping pong table which our competitive members. Cooking we be going on in the kitchen, one group would be watching something on the video screen, and a wild ping pong game would be going a few feet away.. We particularly enjoyed the dock. The Cove is very private and quiet, but the water is very deep. We could float together for hours in little groups, just catching up on family doings over the last year. And good water skiing was just a hundred feet beyond the dock. It was perfect. A perfect vacation. A perfect location. A perfect family. Thanks for making this home available to us! The borra family.

Perfect For Families!!

This house was absolutely perfect for our big family vacation! 6 adults, 5 kids, 2 babies and 2 dogs. The basement area was absolute heaven for the kids when we weren't out on the lake. There was plenty of room upstairs for everyone to gather at mealtime. All bedrooms were large and extremely comfortable. The kitchen was large and fully equipped with every type of utensil we needed, pots and pans etc. We especially enjoyed the dock area...swimming, fishing, feeding ducks, etc. The home is tucked away in a quiet cove which provides shelter from boat traffic....everyone enjoyed hanging on the dock EVERYDAY!! My sister-in law who lives nearby was able to pick us up by boat each day for wakeboarding, wake surfing, pulling little ones on floats and more swimming in the middle of the lake. We have visited this area many other times but this is the first time we have rented a house in lieu of hotel or staying with family. We will be reserving this house again ... every time we come!! It felt like our home away from home!

Overall, the property was very nice and spacious. Everything was clean and well-maintained. The hosts were very nice and accommodating. The only thing we felt was lacking were the minimal number of items provided to us. We travelled from California for a 5 day trip and therefore did not pack a lot of things. With how much we spent on the booking, it would have been nice for the house to be stocked with more than 2 trash bags, a couple single use dishwasher packs, and one roll of toilet paper per bathroom. We had to go out on the first day and buy all of those things. Additionally, we found it strange that there was no Tupperware or other food saving items in the house. Finally, leading up to the trip was frustrating as the owners previous bad experiences with other renters led them to continually panic about our upcoming trip. All in all, wasn't a bad experience, just a little strange.

Hello Lacey, We wanted to clarify a few items about your stay. First, we sent a Welcome Email and stated in the rental agreement that we leave one roll of toilet paper, five dishwasher pods, and four garbage bags for our guests and ask them to bring more if needed. Also, we were panicked about your group because after speaking with your coach, who wasn't staying at the house, you were underage per our rental age requirements (college students), and you didn't cite the correct number of guests, which also exceeded our limit. We did your team a massive favor by hosting you! You mentioned that you felt the pricing was high for what was offered. You booked at Lake Lanier over Memorial Day weekend. You paid half of what a similar property would cost. Also, your group stole a new pricey air mattress and bedding, and we never mentioned it or kept your deposit. Also, we keep two sets of Tupperware to the left of the sink (bottom lazy Susan). After you mentioned it, we couldn't find the Tupperware, which was probably taken away by former guests. It happens from time to time. It would have been helpful if you had let us know asap when it was an issue so we could have delivered some immediately to the house for you instead of complaining about it publicly without giving us the opportunity to rectify the situation. We would encourage you to rewrite your remarks, as they hurt the hosts. Considering the situation, we vfeel we gave you an incredible stay. Thank you, The Bennion Family

Perfect for groups

All of the amenities (ping pong, foozball, pool, hot tub, grill) and the big kitchen made for a great weekend despite the poor weather. I imagine it is even better when the dock can be enjoyed fully (love the two story set up!). The cove is quiet and safe.

A Great Time

We can’t say enough about how much we enjoyed this home. We regularly use homeaway and this is by far as good a place as we’ve stayed. Grant & JoJo’s home is set up beautifully and satisfied everyone’s needs from my 9 year old niece & her friend to my 31 year old Daughter & Friends to this Grumpy 58 year old guy. There is plenty to do and plenty of places to hang. The Dock was great along with the Kayaks and we even rented a Pontoon boat nearby, docked it overnight and had a blast. All around great time and we’ll be sure to go back to this home again in the future. Thanks again Grant & JoJo. Scott Walker

Wonderful lake house!

Three families spent a fabulous weekend at this awesome home. So many things to do for children of all ages (grown-ups, too)! The two-story boat dock was a great place to relax and play games. The hot tub was brand new and had speakers and lights to boot. Plenty of space to sleep and the cutest bunk room downstairs for the kids. The house was spotless and the owner was so nice to work with. We would definitely stay here again!!

The best home away from home and Very Relaxing

We have aging grandparents on both sides of our family, we wanted to make sure that there was a master bedroom on the main level and that the walk down to the dock was gentle and easy. What we love about the house is how many great spaces there are for relaxing, playing games/sports and toys for all ages on the lake.
