Recently updated, clean, comfortable three-bedroom home just 40 easy steps from the Town Lift in Old Town Park City and just a couple of blocks from all the restaurants, shops, and nightlife of Main Street. Walk into an open, comfortable living space with comfortable chairs and a couch in front of a gas-fed, wood-burning fireplace and flat panel TV. Cook in an open, fully-stocked kitchen with a bar and new Thermidor and Miele appliances or on a Weber gas grill. The master has a plush queen with walk-in closet, private ensuite bath, and views of the Town Lift bridge and Main Street. The guest king and bunk room both have great light and share an updated bathroom with bath/shower combo. Utility room with washer and dryer. Very convenient space for all of your ski gear with cubbies, hooks, benches, and a ski rack. Getting to and from the slopes and Main Street could not be easier for the whole family. Easy, easy walk to Park City Mountain Town Lift and 1 block from free bus to take you to Deer Valley Mountain and all around Park City. Take rideshare from the airport and you do not need a car again. Come enjoy all that Park City has to offer with the utmost in convenience and comfort!

We had a great stay! House was in great shape, was very clean, and had everything we needed. The location was absolutely perfect. Easy walk to restaurants and an easy walk to the slope to ski down to the Town Lift. The host was extremely accommodating and communication was great. 10/10 from our group!

The host was very welcoming and we were greeted with a nice bottle of wine and a bag of Starbucks coffee which was a very nice touch. The house was very convenient to main street, the Town Lift and had everything that is needed and more. I would highly recommend this property and will consider staying here again in the future!

Incredible Park City Home

This beautiful home was the prefect spot for our family. Steps to the ski mountain (town chair) and downtown restaurants and shops. Plenty of room for everyone to spread out and incredible views. We loved this location and would definitely stay here again.

Everything about our stay was wonderful. The communication from the host and the check-in were super easy, the house was great, and the location was fantastic. It was one of the most well stocked VRBO's I have ever seen. Great kitchen for cooking. We will definitely be back!

As close to ski-in ski-out as you can get just a quick walk to just above town lift ski down and grab a ticket and up town lift. We would definitely stay again. Thanks for the hospitality

Perfect location

We really enjoyed our stay in PC. The house was the perfect location to walk to downtown and to the main lift. The kitchen is beautiful and the house was very clean. Henry was accommodating and was able to let us check out an hour later. We would definitely stay here again!

Family Spring Break in Park City

The property was perfect for the four of us (parents and two adult children) for a week of skiing. Location cannot be beat - close to Main Street restaurants and shops and walking distance to Town Lift. House was in excellent condition and host was extremely accommodating to make sure stay was perfect. Highly recommend for anyone visiting Park City.

Park City stoke

We were thoroughly impressed by our stay in Park City and the VRBO we chose. As advertised and convenient location. My wife specifically spoke to how comfortable the bed is in the master. I would def choose to stay here again. We have 3 young boys and so many games for them included at house along with the best sledding hill a few steps away 😎 Thanks again. Good times were had.

Family Ski Trip

Great property for a ski trip. Less than 100 feet to “ski in/ski out”. Good storage and mud room for ski equipment, boots, coats etc. Lots of entertainment options and games to play. Kitchen was more than fully stocked to make meals in, or it’s only a 2 to 10 block walk (depending on restaurant) from 30 different restaurants. House was great but location made it perfect. Host was responsive and accommodating to our requests. We will rent here again.

I could live here full time (if they would let me)!

Perfect location for our annual girls trip - steps to Town Lift, High West, and all the action on Main St. Generous host - wine + chocolates upon arrival, quick communication Everything was easy to use - TV, internet, keypad entry for garage and front door, board games with all the pieces, new decks of cards, comfy beds, well stocked kitchen, detailed instructions on how to get off the mountain trail to walk back to the house, nice toilet paper, several boot trays in all the right places... Everything was exactly where you would want it to be as if you were in the comforts of your own home...I COULD LIVE HERE!

Great place!

My family and I (5 of us) stayed there for our annual ski/family trip. Super great location, it’s literally a ski in/out place with the town lift just a few steps away/I guess less than 1 minute walking. The house/unit was super well equipped, spacious. It has its own parking space up front and a garage. We were provided with a “residential pass” during our stay because it gets a bit hectic with traffic and street closures during Sundance but we had no trouble at all thanks to the pass. Our hosts responded really fast to our questions/inquires. We highly recommend this unit… you will not be disappointed.

Great place with unbeatable location

This is a very recently updated/renovated home with high end appliances and finishes and all the conveniences you could ask for -- but the real highlight is the location, literally steps off the Town ski run down to Park City's iconic Town lift. Walk fifty yards down the trail and you're on Main Street. You won't find a better place to stay. Don't bother with a car, just take a shuttle up from SLC and use the excellent free bus system, or, in a pinch, Uber as necessary. If you absolutely have to have a vehicle (as we did) there is excellent street parking, as well as a garage on the lower level. Just be aware garage access is a little tricky, but we managed to park a Dodge Durango SUV in there to avoid a snowstorm with a little effort. Communication with the owner and management company was straightforward and the managers took care of shoveling the path to the front door and other odds and ends seamlessly and without fuss. As regular visitors to PC over the last 12 years this is one of the best places we've stayed. If you can rent this property you should: you're not going to find a better option.

Perfect house in the best location

I took my two adult sons and their two friends to Park City the week after New Years. This house was PERFECT for us! The location cannot be beat! It’s walking distance to the Town chair lift, ski rental shop, restaurants, etc. The house seems newly renovated and has everything you need for a stress-free stay. I could look out the window and see the chair lift running and how much snow had fallen overnight (which was a LOT!) We walked to dinner some nights and ate at home others, and this house made both options super easy. (I would recommend making dinner reservations in advance.) A couple staying at a home in Deer Valley came over for a drink, and they were stunned at how great our house was! I rent a lot from VRBO and will say this owner was the most helpful and accommodating of all! My only concern in writing this review is that it will be so popular, it won’t be available the next time I want to rent it! :) PS. The skiing was AMAZING!!!! From double blacks to greens/light blues, Park Ciry has something for everyone!!

Great location

Comfortable and stocked home! We were two families with children from 3-12. The home was stocked well will everything you could need. The location to the town ski lift and bus service is amazing. Shopping and restaurants right down the hill. Owner is super fast to respond. Easy Breezy great stay!

What makes this property so unique is it's location that takes advantage of the uniqueness of Old Town Park City. A day on the mountain is a very few easy steps from the house, Main Street is just a couple of blocks away, the free bus to Deer Valley and all over Park City is one block away, and it is located on a corner oversized lot that allows for lots of natural light (not the case with many Old Town houses). All of this comes with the history of an original Old Town house with the comfort and style of recent updating. We hope you will book this house and please treat it with the care that we do.
