Walk to the Beach! 1 Bedroom Comfy Condo

Enjoy a fabulous vacation in Mijas Costa in this spacious fully furnished 1 bedroom apartment with lots of natural light, large bathroom with washing machine, good size kitchen and private south-east facing balcony. The apartment has been decorated in a clean modern style with attention to detail.

The condo has everything you need to enjoy a wonderful holiday in the Costa del Sol. Nearest beach is only 3 blocks away! and conveniently located, 15 minutes drive from Marbella and Fuengirola, and easily accessible by public transportation. All services (super-markets, pharmacy, restaurants, shops, bars, etc.) are within walking distance.

** The Spanish Police requires that all guests are registered in the National Police Records.

Every guest must answer in full an electronic form to provide their personal information at least 72 hours before check in to comply with this requirement. Access to the unit cannot be granted without this requisite **

*** For us to confirm your booking, please let us know who is coming with you, the reason for your trip and where are you visiting us from. We will cancel your booking if you fail to provide this information. Thank you.

*** Our apologies, we cannot accept bookings if you try to check-in on the same day that you are reserving the unit.

*** For hygienic reasons, wearing outdoor shoes inside the unit is NOT PERMITTED. Bring new indoor shoes, slippers or sandals. Your cooperation is appreciated.

• The unit is on the second floor. The building has a lift.

• The bedroom has 2 twin size beds, large closet, a night table and a bit of sea views from its unique style window.

• Bed linens, bathroom and pool towels are provided, please bring your own beach towels.

• The dining area has a large sized glass round table and comfortable chairs. Full set of dinner ware, glasses, cups, wine glasses and silverware are provided.

• There is a second large closet in the living/dinning area. Glass sliding doors allow access to the balcony, and AC units and ceiling fans are in the living area and bedroom.

• The kitchen is fully fitted with cooking utensils, pots and pans, induction cooktop, over the counter oven, coffee maker, microwave, fridge and dishwasher machine.

** IMPORTANT: Check in time is until 12am. Unfortunately we cannot check you in if you arrive past midnight, regardless of delayed flights or other factors that will not allow you to arrive by 12am.

** Our maximum stay allowed is 10 nights. Any booking made for a period of more than 10 nights will be cancelled.

** We do not allow children. The unit is not set up to provide a safe environment for kids.

Public street parking in front of the complex is available.

Sorry, due to the possibility of attracting bugs, we do not supply any condiments, spices, oils, etc. Please do not leave in the unit any food, beverages, spices, etc. on your departure.

The pool opens around Easter and remains open until late October, weather depending.
