Der Keauhou Surf and Racquet Club ist eine geschlossene Wohnanlage. Es gibt drei professionelle Tennisplätze mit Nachtbeleuchtung; Ein Tennisprofi steht t��glich für Unterricht oder Spielverbesserungscoaching zur Verfügung.
Das große, neu gestaltete Schwimmbad (Redone 2016) ist ideal für "Runden" und auch für kleine Kinder Wasseraktivitäten. Duschen und Toiletten sind bequem in dem großen Pavillon in der Nähe des Schwimmbades und der Tennisplätze.
Eine der interessantesten Eigenschaften des Keauhou Surf and Racquet Club sind die zahlreichen archäologischen Stätten. Diese erhaltenen Gebiete bieten einen Einblick in das hawaiianische Leben vor Jahren. Jede Seite hat eine Beschreibung der Aktivitäten, die vor Jahren stattgefunden haben.

Relaxing in Paradise

We thoroughly enjoyed our stay at this resort. The unit supplied us with lots of beach accessories, which really came in handy. We spent many hours relaxing on the lanai. The lanai as well as the unit adequately accommodated our family of eight. We would definitely book here again.

Be aware of extra charges

The condo was great. We enjoyed our stay very much. Was disappointed to find a 1500 dollar charge on our credit card with no explanation or receipt. When we questioned VRBO , they stated it was for AC. They stated we asked for this on the booking site. We have no recollection of this. I would rather know our total cost up front so would rather the AC be added into the cost per night at the beginning. Otherwise our trip was excellent.

Our stay was nothing short of amazing! Check-in and was smooth and contactless. Place was clean and had everything we needed to make meals and entertain our family. Enclosed lanai was great bonus! Great condo!

Very nice... loved the fact that it has 2 ensuites with the 2 bedrooms! The screened in porch was great for mornings and evenings! As a note, the screened in porch screen door out to grass area doesn't lock properly. We really enjoyed the property!

Wonderful condo in Paradise!

This rental property lives up to it’s description. It’s located in a lovely resort with a pool and tennis courts. The condo is very private with a large outdoor screened in area, with comfy outdoor furniture and dining set. The unit was nicely furnished and the kitchen well stocked. The beds were comfy and the bathrooms and showers were very nice. The condo is close to the grocery store and a ten minute drive to downtown Kona. We would highly recommend this condo.

Had boogie boards, chairs, sand toys, and beach towels that made the beach days so much better. Kitchen was very impressive with cookware / utensils you may need and spices. Had a great island guide book to help plan your days.Only complaint would be that you pay extra for air conditioning (totally fine) but the screen in the window of the front bedroom doesn't seal or lock (there was some tape trying to hold it shut but it's still gapped). So you have to be okay with sleeping with your window screen gapped by your head or a very warm bedroom(if you don't pay for a/c). With the windows open the house cools off beautifully (no A/C needed)

The kitchen is well stocked, the living room has lots of comfortable seating as does the private screened in lanai. We had 4 Adults and one teenager but the condo never felt crowded. We ate on the private lanai and watched and listened to the many birds in the area. This condo is truly delightful and we would stay again. I would also highly recommend Knutson property mgmt! They had great communication before, during and after our stay. This was one of the best rental experiences we’ve had. Kudos to them!

Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: This was such a great stay for us. Close to everything, and with a beautiful view from the lanai. It's also just a walk across the parking lot to enjoy the sunset on the cliffside over-looking the ocean. Keep in mind you will be required to pay an additional $49 for a damage protection plan and a rental agreement you will have to sign with the leasing office. Also AC is only included at an additional cost as well, but we didn't end up needing it.
