Diese moderne Wohnung im 1. Stock verfügt über einen modernen Stil und bietet frische und moderne Möbel und Einrichtung - es gibt einen großen Flachbild-TV Samsung (einige englische News-Kanäle) und kostenlosem WLAN / Internet. Es gibt einen Esstisch und zwei Stühlen, einem bequemen Stuhl und ein mit 2 Personen Sofa. Das moderne Design-Bett Queen-Size von der Decke abgesenkt, wenn im Einsatz - und hob wieder werden kann, wenn sie nicht in Gebrauch - es ist eine sehr gute Qualität Bett ist. Es gibt Doppeltüren auf die sehr groß (ca. 18 qm,) Südterrasse. Der Duschraum ist modern - mit walkin Dusche und Waschbecken und WC. Die Küche ist sehr gut ausgestattet mit Backofen, 2-Plattenherd, Waschmaschine, Geschirrspüler und Kühlschrank mit Gefrierfach, auch Kaffeemaschine, Toaster, Wasserkocher und voller Utensilien ausgestattet. Diese Wohnung ist modern und frisch mit hochwertigen Möbeln es eine schöne Sonnenterrasse hat (nach Süden) mit Blick auf die Gärten so sehr ruhig - es hat einen Tisch mit 4 Stühlen und 2 hochwertigen Solarien. Das Gebäude ist sehr sicher und die Abteilung verfügt über eine Klimaanlage und Luftheizungsanlagen. Dies ist ein sehr schönes, geräumiges modernes Studio - großartige Lage, die liebevoll eingerichtet wurde - perfekt für ein junges Paar.
I really liked this studio apartment. The location is excellent - not far away from the Old City and the beach. I also appreciate that it is som some 5-10 minutes walk to the Monoprix supermarket and the Nice Etoile shopping centre. There are several bus lines close to the apartment - at rue Pastorelli and rue Hotel de Poste. The studio planning is very good with room for both a dishwasher and a washing machine. The bed can be raised to be used as a sofa but it was plenty of room even with the bed down. It is a very quiet apartment with a lovely terrace facing south. I have stayed at so many different places in Nice during 50 years but not very often in a place where you are not at all disturbed by the traffic. Very pleased with my stay at the Jardin Pastorelli studio.
Two of us stayed for a week at the end of September. We were very pleased with the accommodation. The apartment is not big, but it is very well decorated and well equipped, and the huge balcony is like having an extra room. The bed arrangement is a bit unorthodox (you can raise it to the ceiling when not in use, revealing a small sofa and coffee table underneath) - we just kept the bed down. You need to take care the first time you get out of bed as it is a bit higher than normal. But you quickly get used to it.
The apartment block is quite classy, with a very smart entrance lobby, a clean and efficient lift, and a pleasant corridor leading to the apartment. A lot of thought has gone into the colour scheme of the corridors and within the apartment itself. One key operates all the locks.
What we appreciated above all was the location of the apartment. Right outside the main door is a bus stop where you can get buses (7, 9 and 10) to the port, which is now the terminus for the 100 bus to Beaulieu, Monaco, Menton etc. A short walk down Av Jean Medecin takes you to the Albert 1er stop where you can get buses to Vence (94), Antibes and Cannes (200) and St Paul de Vence (400). The old town is a 10-15 minute gentle stroll away, across the impressive new Prom du Paillon. And the airport bus stop (98) is a 10 min walk down Rue Alberti. Given the amazing cheapness of the bus fares (1 euro to Beaulieu or Vence if you have a multi-trip card costing 10 euros!), the whole of the Nice metro region seems to be at your feet. In a couple of years things will be even better, as one of the stops on the new east-west underground tramway route is on Sq Durandy - literally (almost) on the doorstep. So the airport will be about 15 minutes away.
The collection of keys and the bus from the airport to stop 'Vieux Cathedrale', with a short walk to the apartment was easy and it was lovely to walk into such a lovely, clean apartment (which just looked like the photos).
The welcome basket was very welcome! - a nice touch as this put us on until the following morning when we could go to the shop which was a 2 minute walk away.
The terrace was great as it was sunny for most of the day which meant we could have breakfast out there and also some time to relax at the end of busy days out.
The studio is perfectly located near to the supermarket and some lovely shops and the promenade, old town, station etc are also only a short walk away. Everyone we bumped into in the building (many residents) were very pleasant and the manager was always friendly and most helpful in providing information about the buses that stopped directly outside. Most buses go from the port to Monaco and the towns on the way and to get to Antibes and Cannes we went to the train station (huge queues for tickets so leave in plenty of time)
There were some lovely restaurants in the port and these were quieter and more relaxed than others in the old town. Our favourite was 'Gaglio' - just across the park and turn left towards Garibaldi/port on a corner - the food was beautiful!
We would definitely return to the apartment and the only downside was the bed - although comfortable, the design of it going up and down (which we didn't use as we were out all day) meant that it is very high and difficult to get in and out of and this could be a problem for older visitors.
Go Nice were fabulous and I would most definitely recommend them to others.

Absolutely spectacular vacation!! The owners were helpful and welcoming.
The apartment had every modern convenience wrapped up in a charming package suitable for everyone from backpackers or romance seeking couples to small families. The bed was comfy, the showers were nice and hot, and the kitchen worked exactly as it should. The balcony was perfectly sunny and a great place to enjoy my French wine.
It was exceptionally located and only a short stroll to grocery stores, bakeries, cafes, restaurants, bars, as well as the beautiful Promenade des Anglais (the concourse along the stunning French Riviera beach).
There was also enchanting little open-air market just minutes from the apartment (the Cours Saleya Market) that sold flowers, art, food, and antiques.
This place was adorable inside and out which is why I could happily spend another week here and still be hungry for more!
This property is as described. Very spacious and more than enough room for a couple or a family. The interior is well appointed with every modern amenity you could need. Air Conditioning worked great when the summer days were hot!!
Very closely located to the Old City and the main strip. Balcony is huge and got plenty of sun.
The security to the unit is great and always felt very welcome by the concierge. Whether you want to grab a bus, call a taxi or walk, its all at your finger tips.
Only down side is that I didn't get to stay longer. I will be back to stay here again!!
