Diese kürzlich renovierte, helle Wohnung mit einem Schlafzimmer verfügt über übergroße italienische Fliesen und eine Klimaanlage im Wohnzimmer, die den Raum luftig und kühl hält. Passender Granit in Küche und Bad verleiht einen zusammenhängenden, sauberen und modernen Look. Wohnzimmer und Schlafzimmer haben auch moderne, leise Ventilatoren, um Sie kühl und komfortabel zu halten.

Die Küche wurde komplett renoviert und verfügt über stilvolle Soft-Close-Schubladen, neue Schränke, Granit-Arbeitsplatten, eine Kücheninsel, ein Wasserfiltersystem, einen neuen GE-Flat-Top-Herd, eine Mikrowelle mit Abzugshaube, einen Geschirrspüler und einen Kühlschrank mit zwei Gefrierfächern von Samsung Twin Cooling French Door . Alles, was Sie für die Zubereitung von Mahlzeiten benötigen, befindet sich in der Einheit, die mit neuem Geschirr, Besteck, Gläsern, Kochutensilien und Kleingeräten bestückt ist. Alle grundlegenden Kücheneinrichtungen wie Spülmittel, Handseife, Schwämme und Papiertücher usw. werden ebenfalls zur Verfügung gestellt.

Das Badezimmer wurde mit einer geräumigen begehbaren Dusche, neuen Schränken und einem Granit-Waschtisch umgebaut. Wir bieten Pflegeprodukte wie Shampoo, Conditioner, Körperwäsche und Lotion sowie einen Haartrockner für Ihre Bequemlichkeit.

Diese Wohnung ist perfekt für bis zu 4 Personen, mit einem Queensize-Bett im Schlafzimmer und einem ausklappbaren Schlafsofa im Wohnzimmer. Genießen Sie in Ihrem Urlaub den Komfort von zu Hause, einschließlich Highspeed-Internet, Kabel-TV und kostenlosem Netflix auf dem Flachbildfernseher.

Best view on Maui

Our time here was so relaxing and enjoyable. There is no better view. We enjoyed nightly sunsets and waking up to the sounds of the waves crashing on the beach in the morning. The unit was comfortable and clean. It also had a newer remodel with updated kitchen and bathroom. There is honestly nothing negative about this unit or location. Can’t wait to go back again next year.

We arrived with heavy luggage just as the property manager was making the final touches to the unit, and he immediately volunteered to carry our bags up to the third floor. Best Maui sunset and the bed is comfy too...

we started our two week Hawaii vacation with 1 week at this condo in Maui and we wish we never left. We loved Maui! It was laid back, quiet, had plenty of restaurants and shops within walking distance if you wanted. The condo is quaint and in the perfect location for THE BEST Maui sunset photos right from your balcony or you can walk literally 40 feet to the beach. Only thing I would have liked changed were uncontrollable- another condo unit was doing construction so it was a little loud a couple mornings.

The location off of the main road keeps the road noise from effecting your sleep. The view of the ocean is wonderful. The lanai is right over the hot tub, but the other tenants were respectful of the quiet hours when we were there.The laundry is close by and on site. Bring a lot of quarters. The sliding glass doors are in need of repair and are difficult to move.

Hale Kai O in Kihei is a beach front property, steps away from the sand. Shops, restaurants are 5-10 walking distance. The kitchen is equipped with every utensil and small appliance you need to cook and prepare your meals. Kristin, the property manager is very responsive with check in times, and general questions about the condo. Loved seeing the whales - the in room binoculars are a bonus. We will definitely be back to this beautiful location in Kihei!

With our baby and needing a crib and having so much for our long visit (plus getting married) it felt a little tight. But other than that cute, clean and loaded with supplies! The view on the lanai was so perfect exactly what I wanted. Every morning we saw tons of turtles floating in the water! Great place and Kristin was nothing but extremely pleasant to work with. I also left my necklace which they were more than happy to help get it back to me! If we get a parents only trip we will be back!

Great location, fully equipped, awesome views

We had a wonderful stay at #307 at Hale Kai O Kihei. The location is so centrally located to all the island has to offer. The property is well landscaped. The condo was fully equipped, loved the special amenities included like binoculars (the whales were non-stop!), toiletry items (shampoo, conditioner, toilet paper, etc), blue-tooth speaker, welcome snacks, and more. It's so nice to arrive with everything stocked and ready for our stay. The condo is updated and nicely decorated, and the view can't be beat. The only reason we are giving it four stars is because of the patio furniture. The patio furniture is huge for the small space (the table is almost half the length of the balcony!) and very uncomfortable (wood). Kristin and Robert were incredibly responsive and helpful. They brought us some cushions for the furniture which helped enough to enjoy a meal, but not enough to be able to lounge on our balcony as others were able to. The size of the furniture makes it so that if one person is sitting at the table to the far side, they can't get out unless the other person gets up out of their seat. We would love to stay at this condo again, but would not do so unless the furniture is changed out to something more comfortable and that takes up less space (two comfortable chairs, a small round table, and maybe one lounge type chair?). Fortunately, the property does have ample lounge chairs out in the community lawn area where we spent much of our time when we weren't out exploring the island, and the condo also provides beach chairs for when we wanted to sit at the beach. Thank you Kristin and Robert for being so responsive! We loved our stay. We will definitely check back when we book our next stay and if the patio furniture is upgraded, we would stay here again in a heartbeat.

This is the 3rd time we’ve rented at this condo and the 1st time in this unit. We LOVE the location and the condo is fantastic! Well maintained, super responsive mgmt team, fully stocked, clean and, yes, just like it looks in the pictures.

Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: Love the location with ocean views, step right out and you're on the beach. Lovely. Nicely decorated inside. Had all we needed to cook, though the knives could use sharpening. The most uncomfortable thing was the bed, which sunk in and made for some bad sleep. The AC also runs loud, even when we turned it off. Other than that, location was convenient, place was clean and nicely decorated, and service was attentive if we had needed anything.

Beautiful views from balcony. Bright clean and new Reno. Ocean front, loved the pool for the kids!

We love Maui!

Rating Details: The property manager was very helpful. The vacation rental was spotless. I was very happy with the location. I was very satisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: This place would be great for a small family. With our baby and needing a crib and having so much for our long visit (plus getting married) it felt a little tight. But other than that cute, clean and loaded with supplies! The view on the lanai was so perfect exactly what I wanted. Every morning we saw tons of turtles floating in the water! Great place and Kristin was nothing but extremely pleasant to work with. I also left my necklace which they were more than happy to help get it back to me! If we get a parents only trip we will be back!
