Perfect Quick Trip

My husband and our two children(0-2), enjoyed the Condo! We have only stayed in two condos now and this was another favorite! The water was absolutely gorgeous and we spent a lot of our time in the balcony! The pool was easily accessible as well!

Beachin’ with the best!

This condo was everything we could have wanted and more! It was a great size for the 5 of us and has a beautiful view of the beach from the balcony. We were pleasantly surprised with how well the kitchen wares were stocked and even had beach chairs and an umbrella for us to use during our stay. It’s also located right next to the elevators which was very convenient for us and all the things we carried back and forth to the beach. We will definitely be staying here again!

A wonderful spring break experience!

Enjoyed our stay immensely. The unit is very well appointed and was very clean. The elevators and halls aren’t very clean, but that wasn’t where we were staying. The Majestic Sun pool and spa area is clean. Very secure. The view was breathtaking from our unit. Great Value.

Great Condo

Condo was clean and great to stay in. Balcony is very private but does seem to suck in cig smoke from other peoples balcony’s (even though nobody should be be smoking on the balconies!!) but other than that the views are amazing, furniture is comfortable, beds are comfortable. Loved that it’s right by the elevators and close to the trash chute making coming and going and trash take out easy as can be! Highly recommend and would absolutely book here again!

Was just ok

This property is located on a main and very loud road. Was not very relaxing to sit on the patio. The patio furniture needs to be replaced, dirty and the wicker is coming apart. You can not take a shower in the master because you will run out of hot water. So we only had one shower to use. The bed was horrible. We both had back pain very day and when we left. I would not stay on this property again.

Not what was promised

We had a very difficult time getting through to the management company. Upon arrival, there were ants in the unit - it took 2 days to get through to management to get this fixed. We threw tons of food away as ants were all over the kitchen area. The unit is showing wear - missing ceiling fan light cover , dirty storage bins in bathroom, could barely open the sliding door to the deck, dirty outdoor cushions. The unit had not been dusted in forever. The property manager assured us that there would be pool monitors to ensure that social distancing would take place there as well as the beach - this was all false. The pool and pool deck were overly crowded and followed zero stipulations per COVID reopening statutes. We did not see a pool monitor the entire week. We were all quite disappointed with the unit, building, and especially property management as a whole.

Although the rental fee was reasonable, there was almost $600 in extra charges. Property manager only responded to 1 of 2 issues I reported on day one. It was disappointing to have to look at light bulbs in the Panama fan in the bedroom because the glass globe was missing and never replaced in the 30 days I was there.

Beautiful view

Loved the place. Only thing I would suggest is to supply more towels. I was washing constantly. Another suggestion is to give more info about the codes for the internet, pool/outside doors, and for the exercise room, we ended up getting info from someone else. The view is beautiful. Our stay was wonderful
