Reviewer Comments: We had 2 trips to make to Auburn to see our daughter on back-to-back weekends, so we decided the day of leaving to go to Destin instead of back to Nashville. We went to VRBO but could not check in the same day and the owner told us to call the rental company. I cannot say enough good things about the rental company and their desire to help us out and answer the many questions we had. They got us in the same day, they told us all about the Tram to take and beach chairs provided and came over to deliver us an umbrella that had gone missing for our trip. The Condo was beautiful, and clean, and had a great view from the balcony of the beach. This became a top-notch trip.

I was somewhat dissatisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. Overall, I do not recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: issues with service provide.. there were know issues with this condo in advance we called and asked if everything had been fixed and were told yes, however on arrival called to report washer was not fixed. it was never in working condition during our stay as it wouldn't spin. Furniture was very dirty along with walls near door handles. we would not stay here again.

This condo should have been closed for repairs!

Overall, I do not recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: This was the worst vacation experience we have ever had at Sandestin Beach Resort having vacationed there exclusively for almost 20 years! My Vacation Haven left a lot to be desired when attempting to handle our complaints due to the terrible shape the condo was in, which I feel sure they and the homeowner were well aware of. The shower in the master bathroom did not work properly the entire week and was completely unusable. The washer and dryer were both broken. The electrical panel was malfunctioning on both appliances and needed to be replaced according to the repairman that visited. The water coming into the condo at best was lukewarm and there was no hot water at the kitchen sink. A second repairman verified that the water intake was not entering the condo at a temperature that it was supposed to, supporting our claim that something indeed was wrong with both the water temperature and water pressure. The dishwasher didn’t work either. The pod dispenser did not properly deploy the pod into the cycle so dirty dishes were the result. A cleaning cycle on this outdated dishwasher was 3 hours. The dishes in the cabinet when we arrived were very dirty, again validating the dishwasher has been malfunctioning for a while. My vacation haven was terrible to work with in resolving these issues. None of these problems were resolved while we were there. And, the contractor who was supposed to come on Friday was a no-show. This condo should have never been rented out to guests. It has major issues. As a result, we will never rent from My Vacation Haven again and will be leaving Sandestin Beach Resort. These condos have declined significantly over the last ten years and are not properly maintained. The homeowners don’t care and neither does the property manager. This was absolutely the worst and most disappointing vacation experience we have ever had. We were duped, but it won’t happen again!

Showers need help

Propery is nice, but shower/water pressure is terrible. Water was barely coming out in the master bathroom. So we all were having to share the guest shower since it was only slighty better, and water was also lukewarm at best.

The condo is in a perfect location. It is also very quiet and the new pool is fantastic. The only downside is the condo could be a little cleaner, but I can be pretty particular. Doors and cabinetry had visible dirt and food splatter. The vents were covered in dust. And the couches were very stained. It had been updated very nicely, but needs a deep cleaning for sure. The management company and owners were great to work with. I would stay again.

Beautiful view

We very much enjoyed our stay- Just a few items that need addressed-the pull out sofa is basically broken. The mattress goes down hill at the head of the bed. The laundry room light was missing the glass globe. The guest room sheets had sand in them. All that being said, the location, ease of getting to the beach and pool was awesome.

Great trip to Destin

Very clean and had all the kitchen appliances & utensils that we needed. We were also grateful to have the pack & play for my granddaughter. The close access to the beach was awesome! The area was great. The only thing we saw was the couch was a little stained but we just coveted it up with the sheets. We also were glad to have all the beach things, chairs, umbrella, sand and water toys ! We would definitely stay here again Overall it was a great experience for us!! And so thankful to have the washer & dryer!

5th time in Beachside I

Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: We have been to Beachside I 5 times now but this was the first time in this unit. First and foremost the view was immaculate! Which is what you want when renting a beachfront condo. Second, the laundry room was INCREDIBLE. The worst part about vacation is all the laundry you have to do when you get home, especially if you go with kids. This unit has a full size washer and dryer in a separate laundry room (not a closet) which was an added bonus. The ONLY thing that would make this place even better is if it came with a golf cart but we knew it didn’t when we booked so that wasn’t a big deal since we knew what to expect.

This is an updated, very well decorated condo with plenty of extras in the kitchen for those who like to prepare meals. The condo. needs some TLC. The sofas comfy but are very dirty and the condo. in general could use a deep cleaning. Our water pressure was terrible upon arrival. They were quick to respond and fixed our showers, but were unable to get back to the sinks during our stay. This left us with a little challenge when trying to clean off dishes. This is minor to those who don't use the kitchen much while on vacation.Check in/out was seamless and instructions very clear.We had spectacular views and enjoyed some great sunsets. Love the updated pool and workout room!

The unit needs a deep cleaning! The floors were dirty, the strip on the bottom of the shower doors was black, the vents in the living and dining rooms were dirty, needed dusting…. The mattresses were uneven and that made them uncomfortable.. otherwise I loved it!!!

This is a beautiful condo with unbeatable views! The beds were comfortable and the kitchen was well-stocked. We especially loved the closet with beach toys, chairs and umbrellas! The property is great and the pool has recently been remodeled.

Great Girls Getaway

This property was perfect for our girls trip! The place was spacious and very clean. The beds were very clean and comfortable! We basked on the private beach and soaked in the hot tub! Friendly staff-specifically the security guard Gabriel who gave us lots of info about the property! We would definitely stay again!
