Enjoyed a quick trip for a tournament. The only issue was having to pick up and deliver keys upon arrival and check-out.

Great stay again

Our second time staying in this condo, about our 6th time staying in this building. We always enjoy our time here. Brett Robinson is always easy to work with. The ladies at the desk are kind and efficient.

Good Location

The condo is in a good location about a 8min walk to the Hang out. The only issue we had was the bed. It is a very hard bed and the pillows are very hard also. Luckily we brought our own pillows.

Needs a lot of TLC

This condo needs some attention. We had a great vacation but the condo itself could use some updating. You have to have a key for entry opposed to a code like on the majority of the other units at this complex. Therefore you a key that you have to keep up with while going back and forth to the beach. The shower head in the master shower leaks. The paint job is very poor. The floors were very dirty as well as the dishes in the cabinets. Tiles in the kitchen floor were loose. The cable on the tv worked intermittently, and the table out on the patio was broken. The location and view is great but a little effort by the owner to bring it up to date would be a great improvement.

Great location

Everything was great! All appliances where great! There was not one rug in the whole place with tile floors, so maybe bring your own? The sand got to be a little annoying. Otherwise amazing place!

Location Location Location

You are paying for the location so we were happy with that but all our friends booked the same rooms through other rental agencies and we paid DOUBLE than what they paid for the exact same room. And most of the other rooms have locks with a code instead of worrying about a key.

Under Construction

My wife and I arrived to find the balcony doors were inoperable due to barricades. This was to protect you from the scaffolding installed on the balcony for construction purposes. We were not made aware of this beforehand. We moved to another property immediately. The condo itself was a great location and very nice. The management company Brett Robinson failed to notify VRBO or us as renters of the issues.
