Treten Sie ein in dieses italienisch inspirierte Zuhause! Ein einladender Eingang im ersten Stock führt zu 2 Schlafzimmern, beide mit Queensize-Betten, direkt am Meer gelegen. 1. 5 Badezimmer und Waschküche befinden sich ebenfalls auf der ersten Ebene. Ein lustiges Arcade-Spiel im Eingangsbereich ist ebenfalls enthalten!

Wunderschöne, mit Fliesen verzierte Treppen führen in den zweiten Stock, wo sich eine offene Küche und ein Wohnzimmer mit atemberaubendem Meerblick befinden. Großer Flachbildfernseher und Unterhaltungszentrum im Wohnzimmer. Zünden Sie den BBQ-Grill an und lehnen Sie sich auf dem Balkon zurück und genießen Sie den Sonnenuntergang über dem Wasser. Wohnzimmer neben der Gourmetküche mit professionellen Geräten aus Edelstahl, Granit, Esstisch in einer eigenen Nische für 6 Personen. Gästeschlafzimmer mit Queen-Size-Bett, angeschlossenem Badezimmer und zusätzlichem WC auf dem Flur vervollständigen diese Ebene.

Die geräumige Master Suite mit Kingsize-Bett befindet sich auf der 3. Etage und verfügt über einen durchsichtigen Kamin, eine Sitzecke und einen eigenen Balkon am Strand. Das große Hauptbadezimmer verfügt über ein Doppelwaschbecken, eine separate Dusche und Badewanne sowie einen begehbaren Kleiderschrank.

Zu den weiteren Annehmlichkeiten zählen ein Parkplatz für 2 Autos, Liegestühle / Spielzeug, WLAN und Kabel.

This is a wonderful beach house that’s well appointed with exceptional views. The sunsets and views of the Channel Islands were amazing. Everyone was comfortable in their rooms and we had a lovely time cooking together and gathering for Thanksgiving week.

We had the best weekend getaway. The house is right on the beach with incredible view. We loved waking up to the sound of the waves. Everything was super clean, the bed was really comfy, and the place had everything we needed from kitchen supplies to cozy blankets. It honestly felt like home. Three floors was a concern but the elevator made it super simple to haul heavy luggage and groceries to the right floor. Every room was spotless with warm welcoming decor. The kitchen has an industrial range/oven that can handle large groups easily along with a very large high end refrigerator and freezer. We loved the boogie boards to play in the waves. Only draw back was there is no air conditioning. The home does cool down through the night but I sleep very hot and it was a struggle being comfortable in bed. I recommend this place to those looking for easy beach access and having fun in the sun!

They are so professional and efficient in communicating with the people renting the property. We have stayed 4 times at this property, and will stay again for sure.

Perfect place for family beach vacay

We got this property for my family of 5 and my 82 year old mother. It was perfect for my mother who was able to walk on the small road next to the property down to the waterfront, instead of having to walk that distance on the sand. She kept remarking how perfect of a location it was and how beautiful the views were.

Family get away

Property is well kept and right next to the beach. Only issue is that it is adjacent to the a road that leads to beach parking. It wasn't an issue for us but there was a quite a bit of traffic. Lots of restaurants and grocery stores in the area.

Great spot, stellar house

Awesome floorplan, beachfront. Clean and fully accomodating. Would rent the space again. The elevator is very cool. Everything in the listing was accurate. Kitchen has all the utensils, dishes, and cooking tools.

We were pleasantly surprised to see the Christmas tree still up, which added such a warm and festive touch to our stay. Parking was easy with both street and driveway options available. We brought our own bikes, but it was great to see that bikes are also provided at the property for guests to use.The kitchen is beautiful and fully equipped with everything you could possibly need. There are plenty of bathrooms, which made things very convenient for our group, and the beds are incredibly comfortable—everyone slept great.The property management team was fantastic. They were responsive, helpful, and answered all of my questions quickly, which made the whole process smooth and stress-free.Thank you for opening up this amazing home for others to enjoy. We had a wonderful stay and would absolutely love to come back!

Overall just a beautiful place to stay, house is very large and very beautifully built/thought through! Out only call out would be a lot of the broken blinds when we arrived. We also don't think the laundry machine worked properly. The property also had no vacuum, which I feel like for a full week is a must! I don't think the ac works all the way properly either. The house never cooled down to the temp we set it at during our week stay (thank God for breezy nights and open windows/doors) The property management company was amazing to work with. I think with a handy man coming for half a day with some TLC, all the time things you could pick on would be fixed very quickly. Otherwise an amazing week, these things were very easily overlooked with the beauty of the house and how comfortable all of us as the guests were!
