Hello Theresa - This is Tracy with Village Properties. I received your review and wanted to personally reach out to you. Thank you for sharing your feedback, both positive and constructive. I apologize that we did not exceed your standard with this house. The comments about the uneven concrete at the front door has been corrected by maintenance as well at the flooring and blinds have been repaired. Your comments have been discussed at length with our housekeeping team to ensure that this should never happen again!! I want to apologize on behalf of Village Properties. This should not have been overlooked. We have reached out to the owner to advise him that the TV needs to be updated as well. I am sorry that you were disturbed by the train at night, this is something that we are going to address with our marketing team and see if we can put it into the description of the house. One good thing for us, is that when you do a review, it gives us good feedback on what needs to be addressed with the house and then our staff. Hello Chris - With all our homes, there is a no smoking policy. I'm sorry that you experienced that unpleasant smell. In central Oregon, we are in the high dessert and yes it does get dusty fast! I really appreciate that you brought this to our attention. I will have maintenance go inspect the flooring as well. Tracy.
