Das Apartment ist möbliert und umfasst eine voll ausgestattete Küche mit einem Kühlschrank, einer Mikrowelle, einem Herd mit vier Kochplatten, einem Backofen und einer Kaffeemaschine. Es bietet kabelloses Internet, Parkplätze auf der Straße für 2 bis 3 Autos, kostenlosen Kaffee und Tee, einen Haartrockner und eine große Waschmaschine und Trockner. Drei Heiz- / Klimageräte halten den Raum zu jeder Jahreszeit angenehm!

Das Schlafzimmer verfügt über ein Plüsch King-Size-Bett mit der bequemsten Pillow-Top-Matratze und eine große Kommode. Das zweite Schlafzimmer verfügt über zwei Einzelbetten (die zu einem zusätzlichen Kingsize-Bett gemacht werden können) und fungiert auch als zusätzlicher Wohnraum. Es umfasst einen kleinen Schreibtisch. Das Sofa im Wohnzimmer verwandelt sich in ein Doppelbett. Alle Bettwäsche ist hypoallergen. Es gibt drei Schränke.

Das großzügige Badezimmer bietet viel Stauraum für Ihre Pflegeprodukte sowie Deckenheizung.

Gut erzogene Hunde sind immer willkommen (mit einer zusätzlichen Gebühr für Haustiere), aber keine Katzen.

Diese private Wohnung befindet sich im Erdgeschoss des Hauses meiner Mutter. Mein Bruder Carter wohnt auf der anderen Straßenseite und wird sich um alle Anfragen kümmern.

Lovely little basement rental

It was a great location and very quiet and peaceful. I enjoyed a good night sleep (if you like a firm mattress w/a couple inches foam top). Not a luxury but very accommodating to meet your needs for the price. And the peacefulness and location is worth doing without a super comfy couch or large kitchen sink. If I make it back to Asheville, would definitely stay there again.

A great spot close enough to downtown to be a convenient getaway. We did struggle to find a close good hike but probably could have researched better. Carter was very attentive and the apartment was super cozy!

A nice quiet stay near Asheville

Walking in everything was exactly how it was portrayed on the listing. Our host was extremely helpful with anything we needed. We were given excellent ideas for dining was not disappointed with any place recommended. Found the place clean and ready for our stay. Had everything could have needed. A great location close to Asheville and all the places we intended to visit. Would recommend and would definitely stay there again.

Nice place

The apartment is very nice, clean (no dog odors or fur remnants, in case you’re not a dog person), and matches the description. The only discrepancy I see in the description is that parking is in the driveway, not on the street. I especially liked the spacious bathroom and the lack of carpet. The hosts are very responsive to questions, and Lisa was flexible and accommodating when I needed to change the date of my reservation. Carter was available throughout our stay, although we had no issues and didn’t need to call on him. Honey’s Place has a sweet backstory that is related in the guest’s manual. I would not hesitate to stay there again.

Cute apartment

Great place to rest in between hiking and site seeing. The beds were comfortable and the place was well supplied and clean. The tub/shower combo may be difficult for older folks or those with mobility issues since the sides are quite high. Communication with the owners adult children was fantastic!

Nice place for base of operations

Cozy little garden level apt. Well appointed, clean and practical. All of the basics were provided. You're close to downtown Asheville as well as other locales. Blue Ridge Parkway is not far away and can be accessed from a few different routes. Merriman Ave and Haywood Rd are an easy reach and full of food spots and shops that are away from downtown.

Nice property for a small family at a good price. Very responsive owners. HVAC units worked very well, there are some nice amenities like a bathroom heat lamp, and it was very handy having washer/dryer units available. Only quibble is that it can be tricky backing your car out if it's dark out. Also, a few more bathroom hooks here and there might be useful. Would definitely recommend to others.

Quick Baseball Weekend Trip

This little basement apartment was cute, clean and in an nice neighborhood on the French Broad. Found an awesome little coffee shop nearby in Woodfin. It was close to the things we needed to do in Asheville for the weekend and the owners were very nice and excellent to communicate with. Would stay here again and recommend to others. Very clean, convenient apartment for exploring Asheville. We stayed two weeks, and I had to work remotely one week - WIFI was excellent. Communication with hosts was great. Highly recommended!

Clean and spacious

We only stayed one night but this would be the perfect location for an extended stay. Quiet, residential neighborhood but close to downtown. Very responsive and helpful management and great communication and instructions. Only suggestion I have would to change the listing description about parking, as you can't park on the street. Was not an issue for us even with an Expedition, as the off street parking was very roomy. Just different than the listing (or maybe I just misunderstood listing!).

Very Nice Apartment!

The apartment was very nice. It was a very good size that offered plenty of room for us. It was decorated nicely and was very new and modern. In addition the beds in both rooms were very comfortable. We would absolutely stay here again. The location was also good..., very easy access to get to many locations in Asheville.

Born and raised in Asheville, I am an artist, writer, academic, and traveler who is inspired by mountain landscapes. Although I now spend most of my time in Santa Fe, New Mexico, at the foot of the beautiful Sangre de Cristo mountains, Asheville remains a big part of my life.

In 2018 my brother Carter and I renovated what used to be my late Dad's workshop into a comfortable and carefully planned living space. Both of us know a great deal about the Asheville area and we look forward to hosting you at Honey's Place!

Honey's Place is located in the small residential community of Woodfin, which rests along the banks of the French Broad River, minutes from Downtown Asheville. Close to several riverside parks you are in easy access to outdoor escapes that include bicycle paths, tubing and whitewater adventures.

Two miles north of the apartment is Reynolds Village, an exciting planned "main street" that welcomes visitors with local restaurants and one-of-a-kind shops.

Access to I-26 is 1 mile from the apartment which gets you quickly to Downtown, West Asheville or Weaverville. Biltmore Village is just 15 minutes away. Also close by is the picturesque Craven Gap access to the Blue Ridge Parkway (9 miles away off Beaverdam Road).
