With 2 bedrooms and a full bath, you will experience a traditional beach-cottage experience with modern features including a renovated bathroom, washer and dryer, AC, and WiFi. Mini-splits in the living area and master bedroom provide heat and air conditioning. The gas fireplace adds extra warmth and coziness on rainy days and cool evenings. The living area and master bedroom both have large screen TVs. A wooden ladder leads to the loft that contains children's books, toys, and games. (The ladder can be removed to keep young children safe.) The galley kitchen with an apartment size stove and refrigerator contains all the essentials. An outdoor shower allows guests to wash away the beach sand before relaxing in one of two outdoor patios, cooking on the gas grill, and enjoying an evening fire by the fire pit.

The trundle bed in the guest room converts to two singles. The two singles can also be pushed together to create a king. Beach chairs, three children's kayaks, life jackets, and a bocce set are stored in the back shed and available for use.
