Kürzlich aktualisierte 2-Bett / 2-Bad Wohnung im Beach Wood-Komplex in Amelia Island Plantation am südlichen Ende von Amelia Island. Diese Einheit im Erdgeschoss bietet die ideale Lage - nur wenige Schritte vom ruhigen Pool entfernt und direkt gegenüber vom Strandzugang!

Diese 1210 sq. Ft. Wohnung verfügt über einen offenen Grundriss mit Tageslicht, eine aktualisierte Küche mit U-Bahn-Fliesen Wände, neue Böden im gesamten und schöne Möbel. Entspannen Sie auf der Terrasse mit Poolblick und herrlichem Blick auf die Natur oder genießen Sie eine Mahlzeit am runden Esstisch unter einem klassischen Kronleuchter.

Der Hauptwohnbereich bietet bequeme Sitzgelegenheiten und einen neuen Flachbildfernseher. Die Küche ist komplett mit allem ausgestattet, was Sie zur Zubereitung Ihrer Mahlzeiten benötigen. Es verfügt auch über neue Geräte, einschließlich Kühlschrank und Geschirrspüler.

Das Hauptschlafzimmer verfügt über ein Kingsize-Bett, einen Flachbildfernseher und ein angrenzendes privates Badezimmer, das renoviert wurde. Das Gästezimmer bietet zwei Einzelbetten, einen gemütlichen Lesesessel und ein eigenes aktualisiertes Bad. Sämtliche frische Bettwäsche sowie Bade- und Strandtücher werden zur Verfügung gestellt.

First day in the Beachwood condominiums was very pleasant. The condo was clean and it was a fairly easy walk to the beach. Check in and check out processes were very easy.

Comfortable and clean

Great property close to pool and beach for family with kids plus dog friendly. 1st floor and maybe because it was end of March but lots of bugs making it tough to sit outside; can’t blame the property for that.

Nicely updated, great location

This unit was nicely decorated, very clean, and evidently recently updated. Overall, great stay. Very spacious unit in the Beach Wood Complex. Easy ground level (no stairs or waiting on elevator!). Close to the pool and walkable to the beach. Also walkable to the shops on the plantation. Would definitely recommend to others!

Excellent property, great location

This was our first time at Fernandina Beach, and I am so glad I booked this property! It is located inside a gated community surrounding the Omni hotel. <5 minutes walk to the beach. Very quiet and safe. We enjoyed walking on the beach and around the resort property which also offers a golf course, restaurants and shopping. The condo was clean, stylish amd well-stocked. We’ll come back!

Easy to rent. Beautiful resort. Wish there was a place near the apartment or beach to rinse off sand. Had to go behind the apartment and down to the pool where there was an outdoor shower to rinse off. Didn’t want to track sand into the apartment.

Thanksgiving Holiday

The condo met our criteria of being self-contained in low-rise building and offering nearby golf and beach access with temperature of 70+. Many detailed and recent positive evaluations were on the mark. The online description was accurate if not understated. The unit was perfectly furnished, comfortable and quiet and everything in good working order. In addition, an array of basic household supplies was provided, as well as some beach towels, chairs, boogie boards, and board games. Oak Marsh golf and the Omni's poolside cafe were popular, and from the beach we were able to observe a night rocket launch from Cape Kennedy. All good!

Wow! Sounds like you had a perfect Thanksgiving stay on Amelia Island! We are overjoyed that you found the property to be well-suited for your family. Thank you for the compliments on the furnishings and provided supplies. You also seemed to really take advantage of the many activities available on the resort, with the added bonus of the rocket launch! We always want our guests to be as pleased as you were, and we sincerely hope you will visit us again sometime!

Beachwood Stay

A very nice and well equipped unit with good access to the beach. Unfortunately, there was a light burned out in the master bathroom rendering it dark and unusable. Additionally, the shower curtain kept falling down from its mounting. We called repeatedly but no one responded to the problem. Additionally, the swimming pool was closed almost the entire week for uncertain reasons.

Thank you for taking the time to review your stay. We are happy to hear you enjoyed the property and your time here. We apologize for the blown light bulb and shower curtain and that you weren't happy with the timing on the response from us. We did go by the property on Saturday, following your call on Thursday and no one was in the unit. We do not like to enter the property without prior consent from the guest staying so we are very sorry you experienced these inconveniences. We hope you give us another opportunity to accommodate your next stay. We'd love to have you back as our guest.
