Brandneu 2 Geschichte, 4 Schlafzimmer, 4. 5 Badezimmer Haus auf 2. 5 Hektar großen Grundstück. Gelegen in einer sicheren, ruhigen Wohnanlage. Amazing, ungehinderten Meerblick von der Küche, Wohnbereiche und Makai (zum Meer) Schlafzimmer. Schöne Aussicht auf die Berge von den Mauka-Schlafzimmern (in Richtung Berg). Im Obergeschoss Schlafzimmer haben auch Blick auf die benachbarten Pferdeweiden. Geeignet für große, mehrere Generationen oder mehrere Familien. Mit 2 Schlafzimmern und 2 Bädern im Obergeschoss und 2 Schlafzimmern und 2 Bädern im Erdgeschoss bietet dieses Haus mehr als genug Platz für alle, die ihren eigenen Raum genießen möchten.

Die voll ausgestattete offene Küche verfügt über eine große Granitinsel mit Platz für 6 Personen. Es gibt viel Platz für Mahlzeitenzubereitung und Abendessen im Familienstil, während Sie die atemberaubende Aussicht auf den Ozean und die Berge genießen.

Die extra große Terrasse im Obergeschoss mit einem Esstisch, einer Sitzecke, einer Futon-Liege und einer Hängematte macht es Ihnen leicht, Zeit im Freien zu verbringen, um den Blick auf das Meer zu genießen oder die Pferde in der Nähe zu beobachten. Im Erdgeschoss gibt es einen Whirlpool und 2 weitere Esstische, die Ihnen viele Möglichkeiten zum Entspannen bieten, während Sie die Aussicht genießen. Padtüren zwischen den Wohnbereichen und Außendeck und Terrasse öffnen sich vollständig für das ideale Leben im Innen- und Außenbereich.

Nach einem Tag am Strand oder der Erkundung der Insel kommen Sie nach Hause und entspannen Sie im Whirlpool. Die geschlossene Außendusche (warmes und kaltes Wasser) ist die perfekte Möglichkeit, nach den Aktivitäten des Tages abzuspülen.

Dieses Haus liegt direkt gegenüber einem Strandpark und nur wenige Minuten vom weltberühmten Sunset Beach, der Pipeline und der Waimea Bay entfernt. Wenn Sie Golf, Reiten oder andere Abenteuer suchen, ist Turtle Bay Resort auch nur wenige Minuten entfernt.

Auch für Ihr Vergnügen auf dem Grundstück sind eine Tischtennisplatte, ein Basketballkorb auf der großen Einfahrt, verschiedene Garten-Spiele und ein brandneuer Weber-Gasgrill.

We absolutely loved this property! The house was perfect for our group of 8. The ocean is just out the back yard and we had a great time beach combing and watching the sunrises and sunsets. The location of the home on the north shore has a peaceful and rural feeling, which we loved! We would definitely stay here again!

A Week in Paradise

You will first notice that the property and location are stunning. Ocean view, abundant space, peaceful surroundings. The house accommodates groups of all ages. Quiet spots to relax, activities to keep kids entertained on-property, plenty of room for group gatherings or isolated enjoyment. The house allows for great interaction with the outdoors. Clean, well equipped, comfortable, it's just amazing. It was perfect for our family of eight with ages from 11 to 72. The location is away from the hustle & bustle of the city but there are plenty of sources close by for food, drink, water activities, etc. Can't say enough good things about it.

Plantation Paradise

So fantastic! This is an amazing home set on a gorgeous property with beautiful views of both, the ocean and the mountains. The house was stocked with absolutely everything you could need for a day at the beach. Plenty of items for adults, teens, and even little ones. Our group had plenty of room to spread out (when needed) and even more room when we wanted to be together. The open floor plan and the huge sliding doors out to the lanai are amazing…the pictures just don’t do it justice. Lastly, this area of the North Shore is away from a lot of the traffic that can build up on the weekends. Access to the grocery store - 5 minutes, Waimea Valley and beach - 6 minutes, access to shopping (Haleiwa) - 10 minutes, Famous North Shore Food Trucks - 5 minutes, and super easy access to the entire eastern side of the island. If headed to the North Shore with a big group, with out a doubt, this would be the first home I check for availability. To Sheryl, thank you so much for the amazing memories. We are all so grateful!

Wonderful experience, amazing property and home.

Sheryl was so great to work with. She was always so quick to respond and so accommodating. Everything was very organized and she had all the information we may need to us before we needed it. The property and home is gorgeous. It is in a private and quiet community with plenty of space for parking and playing in the yard. The home is beautiful inside. The beds were very comfortable. There were plenty of extra pillows and blankets. The kitchen was well stocked with everything a big family needs. We loved using the Weber grill on the deck. We loved the view from the living room and family room straight out to the ocean. The walls in both rooms slide open so whether you are inside or out on the deck you have an amazing view. Pictures don’t do it justice. Breathtaking and so relaxing. The tables, chairs, futon, and hammock on the decks gave everyone a place to relax and visit. We all enjoyed the hot tub many times. The garage is stocked with everything you could need at the beach. It was so nice having a washer and dryer as well. I can’t say enough good about Sheryl and her beautiful property. It made our trip better than we had imagined. We would definitely come and stay here again.

A perfect Hawaiian paradise

We were thrilled with our stay here. The house is spacious, and well appointed and tastefully decorated. We like to cook for ourselves and found everything we needed in the kitchen, even an instant pot! Everything in the kitchen is a quality tool as well which makes a difference when cooking. All of the supplies in the garage make beach days a breeze. Coolers to umbrellas and everything in between. Sheryl was fabulous to work with and even went above and beyond to help us out when we had a time crunch, and that was so appreciated. I would not hesitate to stay here again or fully recommend this home.

We just got home from staying at this property for one week! I must say I have never rented a home that was as nice or well stocked with everything you could possibly need for a week in paradise! Every area of the home had all the comforts of home you could ask for from simple things like soap, shampoo, and conditioner in the showers to a fully stocked kitchen with all the things you need to cook just about anything! If you are thinking about staying on the North Shore this is definitely the house you need to stay at! Mahola to Sheryl for being such a great host and having such a beautiful home!

Wonderful family trip!!

Sheryl’s home on the North Shore is an amazing spot. We’ve been to the North Shore a number of times but this was the first with our entire family. This home was perfect for everyone having their own space but at the same time all of having plenty of time and space to be together. The location is close enough to Kahuku and Laie which we love to go to, but far enough where you are out of town. The outside of her home is even better than the inside as the back patio was a popular spot for all of us to visit and relax. The huge yard is awesome just to take a walk in at the late evening. The beach is literally right across the street and such a nice spot to enjoy the ocean. The particulars of the house are all covered from things that you may need inside or out while on your vacation. If there is something that you need or an idea on where to go Sheryl will respond immediately to any message you send her. She is a wonderful host and wants you to enjoy her home and vacation as if it was her own. Thank you again Sheryl, and we will return for sure!!!

Beautiful Home, Awesome View!!

This property is wonderful!! The house, the grounds are exactly as they are pictured. Easy access to the beach, through the yard. The inside is gorgeous!! The kitchen has everything you need and more!! The views of the ocean and of the mountains are beautiful. It's a property you would rent for a week or more but wish you could live in forever!!

Best View and Location Ever

Beautiful property and everything was as represented in listing plus more than we could have ever imagined! This was truly a home away from home experience with tons of extras like soaps, shampoos, dish soap, garbage bags, beach towels, bikes, and much more to make it feel like you don’t have to bring the kitchen sink from home to travel. Many things and much space for any age, including the large yard for enjoyment and outdoor activities. Beach access across the street is awesome and we even saw whales while on the lanai. Every room is spacious and clean. Extra fridge in garage was great for extra drinks too. Host left extra goodies with the keys and touched base with us during our stay to make sure all was okay. This really is an awesome place!

North Shore Gem

Sheryl’s home is not only beautiful and serene, it’s in an absolutely best location for anyone wanting to stay in the North Shore area. Our family absolutely loved the home, the amenities, the comfortable beds and especially the stunning ocean view. Thank you again Sherly, we can’t wait to visit again.

Amazing Breathtaking Refreshing Energizing

Amazing! Breathtaking! Refreshing! Energizing!!! The only complaint I have is that we didn’t have more time to stay there! This property is beautiful the property owners were awesome thoughtful extremely professional this was one of the best family vacations we’ve had everything is at the house or surrounding the house amazing!!!! Don’t think twice about it book the property you will be extremely happy that you did I know we are!!!!

Everything about this day exceeded our expectations. The home is absolutely beautiful.

The rental process was so easy and Sheryl is wonderful to work with. It was a perfect home for our family reunion. The location was absolutely perfect and the yard wonderful.
