Casa Luz is a beautifully furnished condo with a very well equipped kitchen, plenty of towels and anything else you may need. The location was perfect for getting around downtown. We really enjoyed the patio and spectacular bay views! The building is secure and we felt very safe during our stay. Communication with Patrick was very timely and we appreciated knowing local help was a phone call away. We highly recommend Casa Luz and hope to stay here again in the future.

Joel and his group were very nice and super friendly guests at our condo. From the beginning, our communication was great and very responsive. They were appreciative of our recommendations and support, took very well care of the apartment, and left the property in immaculate shape. We highly recommend Joel as a guest and we will welcome him back at our condo any time again

Unit was very well equipped and a wonderful place to stay. Very active during our holiday visit as we expected, unit has wonderful views throughout. we spent many hours relaxing on the balcony enjoying the view. Property grounds are well taken care of and owner very responsive when we ran into a very minor issue, onsite support was always available.

Our Favorite Home Away From Home

We have stayed many times at Casa Luz and always love it! Beautiful home and gorgeous location. Patrik is incredibly responsive and Anchel is there to assist with any issues that arise. We always have a great time and can't wait for our next stay!

The communication was excellent right from the start. Patrik also had Angel meet us as we arrived and we also were able to ask him for things as well. The condo was set up very well and our balcony view could not have been better! 10 out 0f 10 and we will be sure to rebook if we go back to PV.

Wonderful Stay!!

We love staying here! Such a convenient and beautiful location! The lively nightlife doesn't bother us and we don't even notice when we close up for the night. The house is very well appointed with anything you need and Patrik and Anchel are lovely and responsive hosts. Can't wait to come back next year!

Excellent central location in Downtown Puerto Vallarta, super clean and very well maintained and equipped condo, property manager is courteous, friendly, and helpful, and owner Patrik went above and beyond to provide a hospitable and most memorable vacation for my wife and I.

Amazing vacation spot!

We absolutely loved our stay here - incredible location, super well-appointed home, can't wait to make our reservation for next year! Patrik was amazingly responsive with any questions we had along the way, and Anchel was super welcoming and accommodating. We had such a great time and even enjoyed the lively scene on the Malecon. Absolutely fantastic!

Perfect location on the Malecon. Everything is an easy walk.The condo is very comfortable and has everything one would need.Patrick the owner is quick to respond and was very helpful with questions. Angel the manager greeted us and gave us a thorough tour.I would highly recommend staying her.

The complete package!

Right on the Malecon, stunning view of the Bay with all its activities including the pirate ship setting off spectacular fireworks every night! Well equipped, lots of space, clean as a whistle. Comfy beds and all the wine glasses you need! Check out the restaurant right in the building, two floors down!

Amazing views and location!

The two of us had an amazing time! The location is very convenient to local restaurants and various activities. When not out exploring, we spent most of our time on the spacious balcony which offers incredible views of the entire bay. You can hear the street sounds and music from next door but it didn't bother us and we actually enjoyed that added part to the mexican vacation atmosphere. The bulding istelf is very quiet and private with a gate that is locked at all times. The owner and on site manager both make sure you have everything you need and are always accessible to help. Thank you Patrick for your hospitality, great recommendations and for letting us enjoy your unit! We can't wait to come back! Marie & Rob

Casa Luz was wonderful!

From the moment we arrived we were pleased with the location and views. We were greeted by a unit manager who handed us the keys, gave us a tour of the condo and answered any questions we had. The owners had helpful notes/labels throughout the unit. We never had any issues. Yes, there is a bar/restaurant close to the unit and it can be noisy but the noise never went past midnight. Plus the owners have Alexa devices in each room that can drown out the outside noise. The unit is in a safe area and it has building exterior doors that lock. It also has an elevator so no stair climbing. The balcony views are breathtaking and we spent most evenings and mornings sitting outside. Best place to see the Puerto Vallarta Sunset. Next time we come to Puerto Vallarta we will be seeking to stay here again.

One couldn't wish for a better guest! Roger and his group were very nice and super friendly guests at our condo. From the beginning, our communication was great and very responsive. They appreciated our recommendations and support, took excellent care of the apartment, and left the property immaculate. They even left a little appreciation gift and card to top it all off. We highly recommend Roger as a guest and welcome him back at our condo anytime again.

Room with a View

The Condo we rented was located right on the waterfront in the middle of the Puerto Vallarta Malecon. We were on the 4th floor which gave us an unobstructed 180 degree view of the water and the sliding patio doors fully opened to allow indoor/outdoor living. The second to last morning we saw a pod of whales in the bay while sitting on the patio and were lucky enough to see one jump right out of the water in front of us about 200-300 yards off shore. The condition of the accommodations was superb with sound proofing windows that blocked out most of the external noise and allowed for a peaceful sleep. The offsite owner Patrik was very proactive in texting us to ensure we had everything we needed and the onsite property manager Angel was quick to assist us with any questions that we had. There were countless restaurants within a 5 minute walk as well a full kitchen to prepare meals for when we just wanted to stay in and relax. Overall a 10 out of 10 experience that I would highly recommend!!

Beautiful condo in a killer location

Three of us (self, wife and elderly Mom) had a wonderful stay at this beautiful condo right in the center of it all. You cannot possibly have a better location, right in the center of the Malecon. The owner, Patrik makes great effort to stay in touch throughout your stay enquiring about your comfort and enjoyment while in PV. His suggestions in the PV guide he sends you as well as through his emails and texts are right on. e.g. his suggestion for a massage studion just up the malecon was just great. Patrik has decorated the unit and maintained it really well with just about everything you would ever need. Likewise, Angel (pronounced Anchel) is also available on premises, with a smile, to help you out with whatever issues you might have. We had to call a doctor to attend on my wife (she fell sick as soon as we arrived) and Angel was quick to respond, having a doctor make a house call for us. He was also good with suggestions on where to go to find many things locally. All in all, I cannot recommend this place enough. If you are ever considering a trip to PV, it cannot possibly get any better than this. Everything is easy walking distance from here and Uber rides are only 50-75 pesos for most locations within Centro (downtown) and PV South (Romantic Zone). You don't need a car for anything. Thanks Patrik and Angel for making this so memorable.
