We had a very short stay here with it being only one night but accommodations were large enough for us to repack suitcases and sleep very comfortably.

Great penthouse with city view

Great place to stay in Cusco. Short drive from the airport, 10-15 minuts walk to the Cusco historic district, absolutely gorgeous view. 5 minuts walk to the market (Mercado "San Blas") to buy fresh fruits and cheese, and to have lunch.The breakfast was very good and filling. The day we were leaving for the day tour before breakfast serving time, we were provided with bagged breakfast, which we enjoyed on the bus.Overall great place to stay for the group of friends or a family. We all highly recommend this apartment.

Fabulous Hotel & View in Cusco

This hotel was awesome. The property manager was INCREDIBLY accommodating. There a warm is breakfast every morning delivered to the room. Disability accommodating as well - a modern elevator to take you up to your room. Great location with a fabulous view.

We had a wonderful experience at the property and found the staff to be very accommodating. They gave us recommendations for a cook who did a cooking class and also provided us with a city tour guide. It was a 15 minute walk to the city center that was easily navigated. The neighborhood was quiet other than the nightly fireworks we had to leave very early on our last day and there was a staff person available to let us out the front door at 4 AM

Large Cusco Penthouse

Nice, safe, unit with adequate space. Good for large families. Great view of city. It is about a 15-minute walk to the city center, or city cabs/Uber. I would recommend this VRBO unit.

Cleanliness and linens were the biggest problem.

I would have liked to have hand towels and washcloths available for the bathrooms. We were only given one town per day and nothing to wash in the shower with or a hand towel to use at any of the sinks. The rugs in the rooms were quite dirty and should be cleaned.

New years in Cusco

The staff were really really great! They were super helpful and nice. The apartment was good and met our needs. Total bummer that there was no coffee pot so we had no means to make coffee. The big downside of this place was the constant street noise. It kept us awake many nights and we were all exhausted. Again, the staff were amazing.

Good but loud

Pros. Great staff, VERY accommodating, friendly and willing to help in any way they can. We had breakfast delivered each morning, which was nice. You do have to walk around 15 minutes to get anywhere but we didn't mind that. Cons. Very loud at night, barking dogs all night long and you can hear pretty much anything going around you. We did not get much sleep. If you stay here bring earplugs. There is not paper towels, or rags so there isn't really a way to help keep the place clean.

Lovely apartment

The apartment was spacious, clean and well furnished. The beds were very comfortable and the view was fantastic. It did get chilly at night, but we had blankets and jackets and we were fine. Some suggestions: there were very few cooking utensils so we ended up eating out. More pots and pans would have been helpful. Also, we did have some issues with hot water, but it was resolved. Great site, marvelous view

We really appreciated our stay here! Just be mindful of the limitations we found. Pros: * Great and spacious apartement, lots of room * View on the Cusco city is superbe * Very well located, walking distance (20-25 minutes) to historical center Cons: * Apartement has few kitchen cultery to cook, we had to buy towels to wash dishes * Large apartement means many people come: neighboors can be noisy and front door has "holes" that let noise pass through. I guess this is "normal" in Peru. * Water faucet are a bit clunky, we would expect better for this quality of apartement. * Wood floors are very good looking, but strangely, they are super slipery!

If you are looking for space this works but it isn’t great.

First of all the pros about this place: it has plenty of space. We had 4 adults who had just hiked for 6 days and the space was nice to spread out and all have a bathroom. The communication with the host was quick and helpful. The staff at the front desk were friendly and kind. The cons: the location of the unit is a 15-20 minute walk each way from anything. The area is not a great neighborhood and dirty. There are barking dogs and noise all night long. The building is locked down all day and night. Big issue here. My dad wanted to go for a walk late one night and there was no staff to open the door to let him out or in. Huge safety issue in event of a fire. The place was freezing. I asked about heat to warm it up and the front desk kid brought out a space heater that even after running all night produced so little heat you couldn’t feel it 2 feet away. There were no paper towels or wash clothes to wipe anything with.

Por lo general no escribo reviews, sin embargo me gusta reconocer un buen servicio. Para empezar el departamento estuvo limpio y tuvo los utensilios necesarios para una cómoda estadía. El personal es muy amable y nos ayudaron con todo lo que necesitábamos. No dan los servicios q ofrecen, pésimo servicio

El servicio fue muy malo, en todo momento teniamos q llamar a recepción para q suban toallas, jabon, laven el servicio, limpien los baños. La atención y el trato en general fue muy pero muy malo. No recomiendo este lugar a nadie. La propiedad es muy fria, helada diría yo y solo te dan 2 calentadores q no calientan nada. El administrador fue malcriado y hasta me maltrato verbalmente porque le reclame q no dan el desayuno y nos dijo q deberiamos pagar $5 por cada desayuno y por cada persona y en el anuncio de VRBO ofrece desayuno incluido. Tambien nos querian cobrar por una reserva de 10 personas y solo llegamos 7 y no nos quisieron hacer el ajuste y tuvimos otra discusión. Finalmente lo hicieron porque nos faltaba pagar parte de la reserva, considero q por eso hicieron el ajuste. NO RECOMIENDO ESTE LUGAR. La estadía aquí fue un stress para mí y mi familia.

Lamentamos su opinión e incomodidad causada por usted, ya que desafortunadamente no ha respetado los protocolos de bioseguridad dentro de nuestro local, pidiendo servicios que no corresponde como desayuno o servicios dentro del apartamento que por seguridad sanitaria durante la pandemia no está permitido, usted no comprendió bien la situación de PREVENCIÓN Y PROTECCIÓN , malinterpretándolo como un SERVICIO NO OFRECIDO, sin embargo el acercamiento del personal está prohibido de acuerdo a las protocolos de bioseguridad. Affordable and big place to stay

Is a great place to stay, all rooms have private bathrooms, hot water and great view, wifi need to be fix, is kind of chilly in the night, overall is a great place to stay

Hermoso Penthouse, moderno y super cómodo!! Excelente costo-beneficio!!

Apartamento grande, espacioso, limpio, cómodo, muy bien decorado con una sensacional vista a la ciudad. Baños de buen tamaño con agua caliente. Cocina con microondas, nevera, tetera y lavado. Aparcamiento privado y cubierto gratuitamente. Los anfitriones muy educados y corteses hacen un gran esfuerzo por brindar un buen servicio y hacerte sentir muy cómodo, lugar muy tranquilo y silencioso. Desayuno servido en la habitación con frutas, panes, jugo, leche, mantequilla, mermelada de frutas. Fue excelente mi experiencia en este sentido. Excelente Penthouse se los recomiendo a todos!!

Es muy valioso para nosotros contar con sus comentarios respecto a nuestra propiedad, nos alegra saber que disfrutó asimismo del apartamento e instalaciones, pero sobre todo del amable servicio que usted resalta. El desayuno que servimos es continental a base de productos típicos de la zona y es servido todas las mañanas previa cordinancion con los huéspedes.
