Gatlinburg ist der Ort für Sie und unsere Wohnung Fairway To Heaven ist der perfekte Ort für Sie zu bleiben. Unsere Wohnung ist nur 5 Autominuten von der Rocky Top Sports World und 10,5 Meilen vom Stadtzentrum von Gatlinburg entfernt. Es ist neu renoviert und befindet sich auf dem Fairway des Bent Creek Golf Course.
Das Hauptschlafzimmer ist mit einem Kingsize-Bett und einem Vollbad außerhalb des Schlafzimmers ausgestattet. Das 2. Schlafzimmer hat zwei volle Betten mit einem Vollbad direkt aus dem Flur. Die Küche ist voll ausgestattet mit Geschirr, Töpfen, Pfannen und allem, was Sie brauchen, um das perfekte Essen zuzubereiten. Der Versammlungsbereich verfügt über einen Sitz-Essbereich, ein Wohnzimmer mit einem großen Fernseher und einem Holzkamin. Das Deck hat einen Tisch mit Stühlen, um sich hinzusetzen und die Aussicht zu genießen !!
Sie sind eine 20-minütige Fahrt von der Innenstadt von Gatlinburg, dem Ripley's Aquarium, Museen, Restaurants und den Glades für Kunsthandwerk entfernt. Bis zum Greenbrier-Eingang zum Great Smoky Mountain National Park sind es ungefähr 5 min. Dort finden Sie Wanderwege, Wasserfälle und in der Nähe auch Schläuche, Angeln, Rafting und Reiten. Wenn Sie den Tag hinter sich haben, kehren Sie zum Fairway To Heaven zurück, um sich auf das Deck zu setzen und den Rest Ihres Abends zu genießen!

The neighbors were so kind. Location was perfect - away from the hustle of the town but not too far to visit it for shopping. It suited us just fine. Happy to have stayed there.

The property was nice and clean. It would be a great place to relax. It wasn't as convenient for our getaway because of the Christmas traffic it took too long to get there, however it would be perfect any other time.

Simply lovely

We had a wonderful stay at the condo! It was beautifully kept and more spacious than we anticipated. Although we enjoy the shopping and entertainment that Pigeon Forge and Gatlinburg have to offer, it was nice to unwind in the quiet among the trees on the balcony. If you are looking for a peaceful getaway, this is the place for you.

GREAT STAY

This was our second stay at this charming condo. It is so close to all that the area offers yet far enough away to be so peaceful and relaxing. Our first VRBO experience and it was great!

So much better than a hotel. We would definitely do this again. This property was very clean and spacious. Furniture and bed were all comfy. It is located on a golf course and the view is lovely. The only issues we had were that the ice maker didn’t work and there was one slow shower drain. We would stay here again!

Very Clean, Quiet, and Cozy!

Great pillows and mattresses! Super comfortable to sleep. Very clean condo. Quiet (except you can hear the nearby road a little) private, and cozy. Has everything you need. The patio is spacious with comfortable furniture and nice view. Would definitely like to stay here again.

Condo was super clean, large rooms, master room with king bed very big and our kids both were able to sleep in full size beds which they are used to at home. Went for a walk on the golf course before sunset, beautiful! Very close to Rocky top sports where our soccer tournament was.

What a Great View!

This condo went above and beyond our expectations. The view from the balcony was amazing! It was extremely clean and very well stocked. It had everything we needed right there in the unit. The manager was always very responsive with any questions we had. Thanks Tammi we will be back!

I stayed in this condo with my friend over Memorial Day weekend. It was so nice having our own bathrooms and super comfortable beds. The property is on a golf course, and the neighbors were friendly. This is an upstairs corner unit. We sat on the balcony one night during a storm and had dinner. It was so peaceful. Everything in the condo works and check in was easy. Would definitely stay again!

Hard to find Bedroom option!

We chose this property for the option of 3 actual beds in bedrooms, vs two beds and a couch in a main living space. This is surprisingly hard to find! The space was great for our family of four (two older teens). If anything the photos didn't do the living spaces justice. We also enjoyed being a bit out of the way of the hustle of Gatlinburg.

The unit we stayed in the door was hard to open my grandkids could not open. I would have preferred the option of a keurig coffee machine. I was thinking that each bed room had a TV. The next vacation rental we do I will know to ask about all the amenities.

Would like to have had a better access to TV viewing channels especially when it comes to sports. Such as golf snd baseball. Had to place a call to the owners to provide guidance on how to access channels offered only on UTube for baseball and other live sporting events.

Late notice

We didn't decided until last minute that we wanted to go on one last trip before I went back to teaching! The place was great. My son loved having a room to himself and when inquiring and booking the trip, Karin returned all my emails right away! The condo had everything We needed to make a meal after a long day of hiking. We loved being really close to the Cosby entrance of the park. MT. Camerer hike is a long 11 mile hike, but has a gorgeous view!

Fun In the Mountains

Condo was great! Exactly what we needed and was looking for. Had an abundance of amenities, clean, roomy, quite. I'll be back! There were 2 adults and 4 teenagers, and the condo served to be exaclty what we were wanting. We did the 2 theme parks, went tubing, zip lining, white water rafting, golfing, go carts, mtn. coasters, and did I say we ate too much? Only complaint I have, and I believe its because of COVD-19, the pool at the condo was closed and we were looking forward to spending the downtime days relaxing around the pool. Instead we spent those days taking advantage of NETFLIX! LOL Really a great place! Hendrix's-Georgia

We live in Tampa, FL but have been bringing our family to Gatlinburg for years as we love this town and all it has to offer. When the opportunity to get a place of our own came ...we jumped on it. We are a very busy family with work, school, sports, etc so we love when we can come to our condo and unplug and recharge! We are happy to share our love for this condo and town with you and hope you enjoy your stay!

Gatlinburg gets very crowded at certain times of the year so we love that this condo is a 10 miles out of town and away from the hustle and bustle. You can sit on the deck in the morning with your coffee and hear nothing but the birds chirping while you watch the sun come up through the trees.

We are located only 5 minutes from the Rocky Top Sports Complex and the Greenbrier entrance to the Great Smoky Mountain National Park. The main road from the condo into Gatlinburg (321) has many conveniences....Grocery Store, Gas Station, Restaurants and Ice Cream spots, post office and many neat craft and gift shops.
