Welcome to the quaint village of Cobbly Nob! Located just outside of Gatlinburg, it is far enough away from the hustle and bustle, yet close enough to enjoy it all - Great Smoky Mountains National Park, Downtown Gatlinburg, Dollywood, Rocky Top Sports World, Anakeesta, Pigeon Forge and so much more!

We are so excited to share our condo with you! You will find our condo to be immaculately clean. It is our highest priority. It is one of the nicest units in Deer Ridge Resort!

Sweeping 180 degree views from the balcony of the Great Smoky Mountain National Park - check out the photos (they were taken while standing on the balcony - they are the actual views from the condo!).

The condo was remodeled March 2023.

Granite countertops, flat screen TVs, DVD player in living room and second bedroom with plenty of movies for the family. Plus, puzzles, games and coloring books for the kids!

On Site Indoor Pool is heated and open year round. Other open amenities include Playground, Tennis Court, Sun bathing Deck and Walking Trail....all only steps from the condo.

This is a 2 bedroom, 2 bath condo unit. The master bedroom has a queen bed and en suite bathroom with walk in shower. The second bedroom has 3 twin beds. The second bathroom has a shower/tub combo. This is located on the lower level and does require going down 6 steps to a landing and an additional 6 steps. The condo is about 750 total square feet.

There are several outdoor charcoal grills spread through the resort property for your use. Personal grills and gas grills are not allowed (due to forest fire concerns).

There is no daily housekeeping service. While linens and bath towels are included with the property, daily maid service is not available. We do provide a starter set of paper towels, toilet paper, dishwasher tabs and 2 K Cups. There is a coin operated laundry on site, but no change machine, so please be sure to bring some change if you plan to do any laundry.

Please note that mountain roads are curvy, steep and can be difficult to navigate during perfect weather conditions. In inclement weather (rain, snow, ice, fog) these roads can become increasingly difficult to navigate. The roads to the condo are well maintained, but it is recommended that you have four-wheel drive if traveling during potential inclement weather.
