Charmantes Montauk Strandhaus am East Lake Drive.
Dieses Viertel grenzt an County- und State-Park-Land mit bewaldeten Wegen und unbebauten Stränden, die bis nach Montauk Point führen.
Richtungen sind einfach! Fahren Sie bis zum Ende von Long Island, vorbei an der Stadt Montauk, und biegen Sie ganz links ab, wo auf dem Schild "Outer Beach" steht.

Das Haus wurde im Jahr 2002 mit 2017-2018 Upgrades gebaut. Neue zentrale Luft für 2019. Postmodern traditionell mit Zedernschindeln, breiten Dielenböden, extra großen Fenstern für maximales Licht.
Es verfügt über 4 Schlafzimmer, 2 1/2 Bäder und bietet bequem Platz für 10. Die Küche / Wohnzimmer öffnet sich durch Französisch Türen zum Vorderdeck mit Blick auf Wasser und Sonnenuntergang.
Voll überdachte Veranda mit separaten Sitzgelegenheiten. Separates Grilldeck (extra großer Grill) durch französische Türen vor der Küche - alles für die Zubereitung großer Mahlzeiten für Großfamilien.
Zusätzlicher Sub Zero Kühlschrank in die Insel eingebaut. Granit Küchenarbeitsplatten, Marmorplatten in Bädern. Große Außendusche und Ankleidebereich.

Das Haus ist verkehrt herum angelegt, da der zweite Stock die beste Aussicht bietet. Küche / Wohnbereich und WC befinden sich im zweiten Stock. Schlafzimmer und zwei Badezimmer befinden sich im ersten Stock.

Great house and a great location!

We had a great weekend stay here. The house is just outside of town where it's super easy to drive/uber in but still on a quiet block to enjoy the beautiful views in peace. The house was beautiful with multiple decks and a perfect open floor plan for everyone to hang out. We loved it!!!

Paradise in Montauk

We have been renting in Montauk for over 15 years. This property was, by far, our best experience. Absolutely everything was perfect! The house was spacious, incredibly clean, beautifully furnished and in the perfect neighborhood. We enjoyed each and every minute of our stay! Would highly recommend this property!

Perfect Home for a Montauk Vacation

My wife and I stayed at this lovely home for two weeks with our son and a few friends. The home is charming, bright and airy, immaculately clean, beautifully decorated, and very comfortable, with a modern fully-stocked kitchen and great bathrooms. We spent a lot of time on the the two large decks (upper and lower) which have comfy furniture. The property is very well maintained, and it's in a lovely neighborhood very close to Lake Montauk. Our hosts were extremely welcoming and helpful. We hope to return next year (we wish we could return next week!).

Wonderful Lake View House

My family and I recently returned from a wonderful Thanksgiving vacation in this beautiful house. The home was equipped with everything you could possibly need. Wonderful Experience

Our family of 5 rented Nuala and John’s home in Montauk and we had a wonderful time. Their home is beautiful and we loved every minute of our stay. Great Escape

Had the best time staying here. The house is in a wonderful spot with a beautiful view of Lake Montauk and a quick drive to town and not far from the Montauk lighthouse for good hiking trails. The house is spacious, comfortable, thoughtfully designed and has everything you could possibly need for vacation. John and Nuala were wonderful, thoughtful and attentive hosts. My favorite was the outdoor shower and enjoying wine on the deck with friends watching the sunset. I feel rested and refreshed after spending five days here - a great escape from the city and perfect set up for reconnecting with family and old friends. We will be back!

Fantastic House, Great Location

The house was spotless and the location was great! The kitchen was well stocked with everything that we needed to cook all our meals and the basement had the most "beach toys" we've seen for a rental! Such a great time in Montauk!

From the get go, John and Nuala were extremely responsive and welcoming re their property and acting as a resource for any and everything Montauk. The pictures don't do it justice and we highly recommend the home for anything from a quiet getaway to a friends trip! We'll definitely be recommending to our friends and will be back when we return to MTK!

An Amazing House for Thanksgiving, and a Wonderful Rental Experience

We were looking for a warm, cozy, and comfortable home on the South Fork of Long Island where the four of us - me, my wife, my 9-year old daughter, and my mom - could enjoy a restful and safe holiday week. John and Nuala's home in Montauk was the perfect fit! The house is well-situated in a quiet and scenic area across from Lake Montauk and only minutes from shops, restaurants, and beaches. Everything was incredibly clean and well-prepared for our arrival. I had mentioned that we would be cooking a turkey breast and some pies on Thanksgiving, and the owners had placed a aluminum roasting pan and two pie plates in the oven for us! The kitchen is modern and well-equipped, and we all enjoyed cooking and, for the adults, enjoying wine and cocktails with spectacular nightly views of the sunset. We loved everything about the house - every room is warmly and comfortably furnished, and the grounds are lovely and nicely landscaped. The extra bonus was the warm and welcoming hospitality shown to us by owners John and Nuala. John even stopped by shortly after our arrival to see if we needed anything, or had any questions. We are so very grateful to have found this home and these gracious hosts for our holiday week!

Family reunion/birthday/graduation

This Montauk trip was a combination of birthday celebrations and graduation from fellowships for my daughter and her husband. it was amtrying year for everybody and we were grateful to have a chance to get together. John and Nuala's place is a gem. Perfect location for us, be it beaching, golfing, dining out or eating in. Their house is in close proximity to everything and is fully stocked. They are also on top of everything when we needed information or last minute help. Thanks again for an amazing time in Montauk, John and Nuala. We will definitely be back again.

Wonderful Escape in Montauk

We had an incredible week at John and Nuala’s beautiful home in Montauk. The house is very well stocked and equipped to explore activities both on the property and throughout Montauk. My group of four worked remotely from the house comfortably throughout the week, with high speed WiFi and lots of space in the house and on the two patios. Everything really exceeded our expectations. John and Nuala are also great hosts - attentive and very helpful while not overbearing.

Wonderful stay

My family visited the house for a week and we enjoyed every moment. The location is perfect. A quick drive past the town of Montauk which makes it easy to access food, the supermarket, and local attractions like various beaches and the lighthouse. The houses in this neighborhood are beautiful and pulling up to our rental, my family could not be more excited. The house has a long driveway with lush landscape leading to a beautiful front porch with outdoor furniture (cushions, pillows, and end tables) looking over the property. Upon entry, every bedroom was pristine, clean and furnished in a relaxing beachy vibe. The master bedroom has large windows and double French doors overlooking the property. The master bath was renovated with a great shower and vanity. I felt instantly at home. The other bedrooms were adorable and my children enjoyed them. One room with two double beds and another room with two full beds. Each bedroom had lovely bedding and were welcoming- the windows brought in lots of light and it had a very airy feel. This floor also has a large guest bath with a huge washer/dryer, perfect for throwing in lots of laundry and getting it done quick. Upstairs is the best part. Large French doors lead to an incredible upper deck with lounge chairs and a long dining table with chairs. This is where I enjoyed many cocktails while watching the beautiful sunset. The views of the water were also a highlight and it was so nice to not have to leave the house to take in the beauty of Montauk - it was all right there. The upper floor also has an open kitchen, dining room, and den. It’s renovated, clean, and wonderful in every respect (plenty of cooking utensils, glasses for any and every beverage, utensils, and kitchenware beyond...) the granite island has an additional refrigerated area as a fun added bonus. There is also a smaller back patio on this level which overlooks a lush green landscape. The owners could not be more helpful. They wanted to make sure my stay was as comfortable as possible and they were so accommodating. I will absolutely be staying here again.

Beautiful Montauk Home

The owners of the house go above and beyond to ensure the house is perfectly set up for your trip. The house was better then our expectations and we felt perfectly at home during our entire trip. Great open deck with views of lake Montauk, speakers, kayaks, bikes - house has everything you need for a great trip. Highly recommend.

AMAZING!

This was a great place to stay and I would stay here again a million times over. It was just like the photos, very cute and clean. We had a large group of colleagues staying here and it was very comfortable. John + Nuala were great and promptly replied to any issues. I highly recommend staying here. Super close to town also.

We came to Montauk when it was mostly a destination for fishermen and surfers. We purchased land in 2000, and then designed and oversaw the construction of our house.

We have always loved having guests, and sharing the same Montauk experience that brought us here many years ago. We continue to update and upgrade every year.

We take great pride in offering a well appointed home in one of the most desirable areas of Montauk. This property is situated a few miles east of town, on the way to Montauk Point. Our neighborhood is rural, even by Montauk standards, and is bordered by beaches, horse ranches, and state and county park land.

We only rent on a limited basis. Our guests can enjoy private water access. It is a short drive to some of the most remote beaches and surfing breaks available.
