I'm disappointed to see your review after the kind messages we exchanged during and after your stay. I'd like to address the concerns you raised and provide some important clarifications for the future guests who may be reading this. You booked this home because it was wheelchair accessible. I want to be clear that the listing did not state the entire home or property was wheelchair accessible. You specifically asked about the shower and I confirmed that it is large and accessible for a wheelchair, which you acknowledged. We also discussed prior to your arrival that there are stairs inside the home and one large step to enter the front door. You confirmed this would not be an issue as you had a portable ramp. You arrived on Sunday, June 21 around 7pm. That evening, you contacted me about the pool. Tropical Storm Arthur had just moved through Myrtle Beach and, as a result, some natural debris blew into the pool. I had our pool tech come out first thing Monday morning. He removed all the storm debris and you responded, "The pool guy came and he was lovely. We really appreciate you taking care of this for us!" The photos you text of cleanliness issues were a scuff mark inside a closet from luggage, a gummy toy shown next to a guest beach towel and a picture that you texted of "Trash that is not ours", then you texted, "That one is my mistake, someone did not communicate that it was them that threw trash in there. The trash is not the cleaners fault. I'm sorry." These items were not the level of cleanliness concerns one would expect, however, I immediately offered to have the cleaners return or to move your group to a different property, both of which you declined. The morning you departed, you texted, “Thank you so much for letting us stay!” I believe the efforts made during your stay, the solutions offered, and the messages you sent at the time provide important context regarding your week at Sea-Clusion. Our team takes great pride in providing our guests with an exceptional vacation experience, and we appreciate the opportunity to clarify what occurred for future guests.

Yes, the keyless entry helps make check in and check out very easy. Everybody loves the location! We provide 6 beach chairs, quality linens and bath towels along with starter paper products and soap. The layout and openness for families is great! The upstairs deck is a great place to enjoy sunrise and sunsets and has beautiful views of the ocean! The neighbor complained about noise and rough housing going on until 2am from your group! When your group left, our maintenance discovered the pool table was broken/damaged beyond repair. When you arrived you let me know about a carpet stain, nothing else. I had the carpet cleaned the next day. I was very cordial and attentive to you and treated you kindly and with respect. I'm surprised you would say I was challenging. All our previous reviews are 5 Stars!
