Your Own Oasis ist ein neueres 3-Bett-Refugium mit eigenem Lagunenpool in der Nähe der Bucht und des Strandes auf Anna Maria Island. (RBT19-000064)

Holmes Beach und Anna Maria Island erwarten Sie und Ihre Familie mit diesem maßgeschneiderten Insel-Rückzugsort (2013). Der große, zentrale große Raum ist ein wunderbarer Ort, um eine Mahlzeit zu teilen oder ein Spiel zu spielen, während die Split-Bedroom-Konfiguration Privatsphäre schafft. Handgekratzte Holzböden und 11 'Decken decken den Wohnraum. Die voll ausgestattete Küche verfügt über erstklassige Geräte und eine Kombination aus Waschmaschine und Trockner, um Ihren Aufenthalt so angenehm wie möglich zu gestalten. Es gibt auch eine Wasserfilteranlage im ganzen Haus.

Hinter dem eingezäunten Garten befindet sich ein privater Lagunenpool mit viel Terrasse, auf der Sie sich nach einem erlebnisreichen Tag auf AMI entspannen können. Die zentrale Lage macht dieses Haus zur perfekten Basis für alle Inselabenteuer. Es liegt in der Nähe des Inselwagens (1 Block), direkt hinter dem Jachthafen, um Ihr Kajak in der Bucht zu starten, und der Strand ist bequem zu Fuß erreichbar. Sie befinden sich in der Nähe der vielen auf der Insel berühmten Chefkochrestaurants. Es gibt eine Garage für ein Auto und zwei Fahrräder stehen zur Verfügung, um die Insel Anna Maria zu erkunden.

Wonderful Vacation Home

All the comforts of home while away from home. Beautiful home, convenient quiet location with a private heated pool. Management was wonderful & easy to deal with and cleaning service was superb. We plan on booking here again.

Relaxing vacation

We had an absolutely amazing stay at this home! The house was spotless and beautifully maintained, with everything we needed to kick off our vacation. The host thought of every detail—even providing beach towels, a cooler, chairs, and an umbrella, which made our beach days so convenient. I highly recommend renting a golf cart—it's a fun and easy way to get around and reach the beach. We truly had a wonderful time. Highly recommend!

Wonderful stay!

House is exactly what you see online - spacious, clean & Suzanne was excellent to work with. Perfect for 4 adults and 2 kids. Kitchen was well stocked with pots/pans/Tupperware, just under 1/2 a mile walk to beach and bikes make it handy to get around. Would definitely stay there again and recommend to others. As first time visitors to AMI it was a great spot, we will be back!

Perfect place to spend our vacation

This vacation home was the perfect place to spend our vacation. Close to the canals and marina, walking distance to beach, updated home, and a beautiful private pool. Suzanne from the vacation rental company was A-mazing whenever we needed something small. We rented a golf cart and used that the entire week. The house was in the perfect central location. Can't wait to go back next year.

Delightful stay in AMI Very close to the waterways

Property was just as described and pictured online. Lovely decor, nicely kept and well-maintained. Very clean. Sheets, towels and bedding all nice. There was one dish towel in the kitchen drawer that needs to be tossed. It is all stained. A little difficulty with the shower faucet and the toilet in the first bathroom on the left. But overall a lovely property and very comfortable for At least four people. Also very well stocked for cooking as well as a day at the beach for fun in the pool. Management group was very responsive. Indeed, a little oasis of your own. Thank you.

Beautiful property. Perfectly clean. We could not have been happier!

We could not have been happier with this rental property. Very good condition, perfectly clean with nice clean furniture, couches (no spots, tears, crumbles). It has a beautiful small, very private backyard with a small but nice and clean pool, comes with nice outdoor furniture, a clean grill, sun umbrella and everything you need to have quality time in the backyard. The property also provides you with plenty of beach supplies like a beach cart, beach umbrellas, some floating devices, children's beach toys, beach chairs, plenty of beach towels, etc. It comes with washing machine and dryer. The kitchen is nice and clean and has everything you need (big sink in granite countertop island, dishwasher, oven, stove, refrigerator, freezer, dishes, silverware, coffee maker, toaster, pots, pans, etc... The 3 bedrooms are nice, clean, with beautiful furniture, all rooms have TV, and the 2 bathrooms are spacious, with a big modern shower, and in perfect condition. The walk to the beach is not long, it took us at our pace with 3 children 5-7 minutes to walk to the beach entrance at 73rd street. It really was our own little oasis on our trip to AMI and we were super happy with everything! The cherry on top was that the property management was also super nice and helpful! They allowed us to check in early and we were allowed to check out a few hours later. They went above and beyond to make our stay an enjoyable, amazing vacation!

We loved everything about this beautiful and comfortable home

This home ticks all the boxes: it is spacious, beautifully furnished, private and well located. We have rented homes and condos on AMI for over 20 years, and this is one of the best and most comfortable ones we've ever lived in. It has beautiful art on the wall and rugs on the floors, exquisite pieces of furniture and an especially well-equipped kitchen. We like to cook and give dinner parties, and were easily able to accommodate as many as ten for sit-down dinners making use of both the dining room table and the outdoor table and chairs in the garden. Being able to cook on a gas stove was a special treat on the Island, where electric stoves are just about all there are. The garden is an absolute delight, beautifully landscaped, completely private, amazingly quiet except for the birds, and with a nice lagoon pool for cooling off on a hot day. Suzanne, the manager of the property, couldn't have been nicer. When little things went wrong (they always do -- like burned out light bulbs), she was always there in an instant doing whatever needed to be done. Appliances are new, beds are comfortable, TVs are in the living room and in all three bedrooms. We couldn't have asked for anything more. One matter to note: the garage is small -- our 2-door BMW just made it, with about one inch to spare front and back. Any larger car would fit in the garage only if the door is not closed, or would have to park in the driveway. We felt as if we were living in our own home the entire time we were there.

Good stay

House is very nice. Well equipped. Pool is small with partial shade. Only one lounge chair but patio area is very small and prob can’t fit more. Not too far from beach, but long walk if carrying beach gear, recommend golf cart or bikes if staying at this house. We are regular ami visitors and have stayed at many houses on the island. This one is good considering price and ammentites.

We had a wonderful stay at this beach home. It was well appointed with everything you would expect, and the pool and short walk to the beach were as explained and certainly enjoyed. The location to restaurants like the Ugly Grouper, Sandbar and the Waterfront was very convenient.

Book with no worries !

We stayed July 2021 and had a wonderful experience. The house was meticulous. The owners responded to any and every concern. The house has comfortable amenities. The pool is shaded, but that is nice on days you don’t want to be in the sun. If you have mobility issues, be aware the house is elevated and has steps, but not many. The windows are tinted to keep the Florida sun from warming the house. They have 2 large fans in the living area that keep the house cool. Every pot you could need is provided. The towels are plenty and soft. The house is a short walk from the beach, but the Florida sun can cook you, so we did drive and parked with no issues by the beach. The house provided one beach umbrella, but I would suggest a cabana instead. 4 adults trying to squeeze under the one umbrella wasn’t easy or enjoyable. In the Florida sun, most use a cabana. This house is located closer to the north end of the island, so it is much quieter- which is what we loved. Check out sunrises on the bay side and sunsets on the beach side. Pine Avenue shopping, Two scoops ice cream, North Street cafe is a must for coffee and avocado toast! Book a private boat with island boat tours & adventures and dolphin watch during sunset! Local food store is a 5 min drive. So many places to eat. Take a trolley around the island, eat at the ugly grouper , get your picture at the AMI jail house, play miniature golf on the south end of the island! So much to see and do and staying at this house adds to your enjoyment. The owners address it all in a matter of moments, they care about your stay and want you to enjoy and come back! This is the best house on the island!

The property was exactly as showed. It had everything we needed for our stay. I would definitely recommend the house to others. The property manager was very responsive with all of my questions and any concerns I had. Thank you for a great place to stay on the beautiful island!!

Didn’t want to leave!

My family of 5 loved this property! It was just as advertised. Pool was wonderful. Kitchen was well stocked. House was spacious where we all had plenty of space. 2 full baths were great. Bikes, beach chairs and beach cart were so helpful to have to use! We wanted to stay longer and will be back for sure in the future! Loved AMI!

Beautiful property. Centrally located, quick access to beach and trolley.

Suzanne was very responsive and helpful. We had zero issues, everything exceeded our expectations.

Pandemic vacation

Anna Maria Island felt completely safe with mask required and social distancing everywhere! I was super impressed with the island’s safety! The house was amazing and one of the most well maintained houses we have rented over the years. Super clean and house had a personality with all the art work! Pool was a little cold but a great size for our two kids!
