We just had a great stay at this house. Our team was in town for a softball tournament. This house was a couple minute walk to the Gubler softball fields (and Pickleball courts) and a short drive to the Canyon complex. A great grocery store and places to eat are a two minute drive. The house easily accommodated our team. The pool area, was right next door and was definitely a favorite of families who were staying there. The communicate with the host was outstanding and we had no issues. Will definitely look to stay here again if we are in the area.

Perfect spring break

We enjoyed delightful and perfect stay over spring break in wonderful resort community. Steps from lazy river / kid pool, super close to pickleball and Gubler park. We enjoyed every meal on shaded patio. Multi-generational family gathering from ages 54 to 1. Highly recommend. Property management communicates extremely well. We will be back!

Great House for multiple families

House was amazing, loved the layout with multiple master bedrooms and a large kitchen/great room. Check in and check out process was one of the easiest I have experienced. Another perk was all the fun equipment in the garage for the kids to play with. Would definitely stay at this house again

Great Location and Great Time

This house was in the perfect location for our family. With the pool right out the back the kids had the time of their lives. The house was clean and with every room having a bathroom attached it was great. When we first got there a chair was broken and management took care of it promptly. We will be staying again!

Absolutely Incredible

Our family of 7 adults and 3 children thoroughly enjoyed our “staycation” in this lovely home. The home was spotlessly clean and had comfortable beds and great showers. We made s’mores on the rooftop deck, while the sun set over the gorgeous sandstone mountains. The pool area was literally right in the backyard. The adults and kids spent considerable time at the pool area even though it was rainy. I’m 62 and couldn’t have loved the waterslides more. The slides are perfect for young children and grandmas, too. It was such a fun place to meet together as a family.

Great get away

The property was the perfect location for the water park and lazy river which made it so easy with our kids. The place was plenty spacious for our family and extended family and has everything you could ask for to make travel easy. The upstairs balcony was a nice place to spend time in the evening as the sun went down. Only concern was the balcony was trashed when we got there. Garbage everywhere and melted chocolate all over the place. Other then that we would definitely stay there again.

It's s special place for sure. Nothing like it anywhere in St. George. Water's edge is so amazing. The winds kicked up quite a bit and blew things in, we do a full clean and inspection prior to arrival and had no record of issues with the balcony, but its great feedback for our team so thanks. Great Place for a big group!

Super nice place, there were beds and bathrooms for everyone in our group and this place swallows a lot of people. We were disappointed the bikes weren't in working order but the maintenance guy came and fixed the ping pong table right away. Very, very close to the pool, like right outside of the windows of the master so the noise is major. But the kitchen and TV's etc.. are awesome!

Rating Details: The property manager was more than helpful. The vacation rental was spotless. I was very happy with the location. I was satisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. The bikes in the garage had flat tires so we’re not rideable. We could have used a couple more packets of soap.

Awesome location bad beds

This house was in the perfect spot. It backs up to the water park so you can walk right out your back door and go swimming. The beds were not great. The two bunks in one of the bedrooms were very squeaky. The king bed was not comfortable. We had to take the thick foam off the mattress so we could sleep. It made it tolerable. Other than that we loved staying there.

Great feedback on the bunk bed and king bed. The owner added the foam padding and we got a lot of great compliments about its comfort, but we know how it is - some like it firm, some like it more soft. You just try the best you can to provide the best possible bedding and mattresses possible. Great to know about the bunk being squeaky, we will see what we can do about that. Rating Details: The property manager was somewhat unhelpful. The vacation rental was somewhat dirty. I was very happy with the location. I was somewhat dissatisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. Overall, I do not recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: The rental was beautifully decorated. The location of this rental was perfect. I would only recommend this property if it was cleaned better and the outside furniture and patios were better kept and clean.

Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: We were surprised by the overall size of the home. It feels much larger than it appears from the street. The layout is perfect, as was the location.Everything about our stay was great, with the exception of the beds in the King rooms. Our bed was very uncomfortable, and so was the king bed that our son & daughter-in-law stayed in. The queen, according to our adult daughter, was great.The living room furniture was very comfortable, and there was plenty of room for 5 adults and 2 babies. We could have easily accommodated a few more people. The kitchen was well stocked. A Keurig, or single serve coffee maker would have been great, but there was a small coffee pot. I ended up going to a coffee shop right down the street every morning, which was not a big deal. Overall, we had a great stay.

Rating Details: The property manager was very helpful. The vacation rental was spotless. I was very happy with the location. I was more than satisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: We had 4 couples plus one grandma staying in this home, along with 10 kids. It was great having 5 bathrooms! The lower bunkbed mattress in one room was not comfortable, gave my sister a sore back! But the rest of the beds were great! Also, one of the tubs would not drain properly, was clogged or something. The bikes mostly had flat tires, one of which had a completely shredded inner tube. But we pumped up the ones that we could and enjoyed riding around the neighborhood. Pickleball courts were fun, along with the two pools and hot tubs. Fitness center was disappointing (old equipment in a very small room). The kitchen was perfect, all the things we needed! House was very nice, clean, and spacious. We had a great reunion here!
