Das Heard House, im Herzen der Innenstadt von Murphys, ist ein sehr süßes, einstöckiges Ferienhaus mit dem ganzen Charme und Charakter des Alten, wurde jedoch 2008 mit dem heutigen Komfort und Komfort aufgewertet. Leicht zu Fuß zu allem Innenstadt, einschließlich der Murphys Hotel, Geschäfte und Restaurants, mehr als 20 Weinproben Zimmer, Museum, Gemeindepark und Fluss. Das Haus liegt auf einem 1/2-Hektar großen Grundstück in einer Wohngegend, einen Block von der Main Street entfernt. Es ist schön zurückgesetzt und versteckt von der Straße, sodass Sie die Privatsphäre haben, die Sie sich wünschen, ohne den Verkehr und den Lärm der Innenstadt. Das offene und luftige Wohnzimmer hat gewölbte Decken und einen gemütlichen Gaskamin. Die Küche ist zum Kochen und Unterhalten gut bestückt, mit halben und halben Kaffeebohnen, Tee und Gewürzen. Es hat einen Vintage-Gasherd, Mikrowelle, Kaffeemaschine, Mixer und Frühstücksbar für vier Personen. Das Schlafzimmer bietet sowohl einen Kleiderschrank als auch eine Kommode, ein bequemes Queensize-Bett mit Baumwollbettwäsche im Sommer und Flanell im Winter, flauschige Kissen und eine Bettdecke. Das Badezimmer verfügt über gewölbte Decken, eine Clawfoot-Wanne / Dusche-Kombination, flauschige Handtücher, Haartrockner und Hotel-Toilettenartikel. Eine private Terrasse mit Sitzbänken und einem Tisch für 6 Personen ist der perfekte Ort für einen Morgenkaffee oder für ein spätes Sternenbummel. Es gibt auch eine Außendusche und eine Hufeisengrube. Wenn es Zeit zum Entspannen und Erholen ist, dann sind Sie hier genau richtig!

Very clean. Loved the fresh flowers. Another thoughtful touch was the mosquito repellent. Fully equipped kitchen and comfortable bed. Ceiling fans and a/c worked well.

This was a great place! Plenty of windows and natural light. Decorations were really well done and it felt very homey. Lights and outlets everywhere, well done! Loved the outdoor shower too. The fixtures and tub/shower are antique style, looks great but a little difficult to use. Overall a wonderful property!Thanks!

This little place was perfect for my husband and I as it was our virgin voyage in bringing our little peanut dogs on a sleep away. The property is completely fenced which was such a relief and our dogs just loved the size-so huge! They provided us with coffee and cream, which was a boon as well as an entire bowl of snacks which really came in handy. The bed was comfy and the shower was nice and hot. Thank you for hosting us!

Very quiet, clean and comfy. Thank you for the 1/2 1/2 in the fridge. So nice to not have to worry about picking some up for morning coffee. Walking distance to lovely downtown Murphys. We will back for your hospitality.

It was a delightful way to end the year, to disconnect, in a serene and quiet environment. Murphy's is sweet and quaint; we loved our visit to the Giant Sequoias and to Columbia State Park; the movie theater at Angel's Camp.... and to of course come back to cook and relax in our lovely cottage.

The place was quiet, clean and in a perfect spot to walking anywhere. The only thing I have to say to improve your future is to let renters know it is not handicap friendly. The shower was scary.

Cozy Cottage

We loved our stay, the place is very comforable and quiet. A very short walk to town and a short drive to many places. There is a farmers market every Sunday in the park, we thought we were on the set of a Hallmark movie.
