Sauber und komfortabel ist das, was man hier bekommt .... Nur ein paar Worte, die diese Wohnung in dieser Eckwohnung im 3. Stock des Ilikai-Yachthafens wie zu Hause fühlen lassen. Dies ist der perfekte Ort, um das Friday Night Fireworks mit freiem Blick auf den Yachthafen, die Hilton Lagoon und darüber hinaus auf das offene Meer zu sehen. Die Reflektion des Feuerwerks und die wunderschönen Sonnenuntergänge auf dem Wasser werden Sie atemlos lassen! Und während des Tages können Sie die Brandung, Surfer, Segelboote und gelegentlich einen Wal oder zwei beobachten.

Diese Wohnung mit einem Schlafzimmer bietet eine ruhige Einsamkeit in einer gemütlichen Atmosphäre. Die voll ausgestattete Küche verfügt über alle Geräte und Arbeitsplatten, die Sie zum Kochen benötigen, auch im Urlaub.

Rating Details: The property manager was somewhat unhelpful. The vacation rental was clean. I was more than happy with the location. I was very dissatisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. Overall, I do not recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: Apartment is in very poor condition, not as advertised! It's old and not well maintained! Bathtub is disgusting and a shower head is liking. The vent is so loud, I couldn't hear myself! I want to take a shower without constant noice! Kitchen counter was sticky as well as refrigerator's handles. After 8pm almost no hot water. We would never rent this apartment!

This unit is professionally cleaned and inspected before every arrival, and we did not receive any communication during your stay regarding cleanliness, hot water, or maintenance concerns. Had we been notified, our team would have addressed these items immediately, as we do for all guests. The apartment is accurately represented in the listing photos and description. Many guests have enjoyed comfortable stays in this unit, and we take pride in maintaining it to the standards advertised. Hot water is supplied by the building and is available throughout the day, and the bathroom vent operates as designed to meet ventilation requirements. We always encourage guests to reach out during their stay so we can resolve concerns in real time. Unfortunately, without the opportunity to assist, we were unable to address these issues for you. That said, we appreciate all feedback and will review your comments with our team to ensure we continue delivering a positive experience for future guests. Mahalo!

Close to wikiki and the marina

Great location if you want to be close to wikiki but not burried in the crowds. We were close enough to walk to everything we needed but far enough the we didnt have to trample over people right out the door. Parking was 33 a night which is steap but compared to some other places we saw cheap for wikiki. View out the back was great watching the boats come and go.

The unit was clean and pleasantly decorated. It was also warm. Definitely needed the air conditioning. The kitchen could be better equipped. Not even a baking sheet .... which we needed. Constant dripping of hot water in shower. Also, the bathroom door stuck, which was annoying.

Location is great, by everything: beach, restaurants, etc. large space, has everything you need from chairs to towels to garbage bags, etc. I was able to catch the fireworks on Friday. I would absolutely stay here again. My only complaint is that their fridge was on the highest setting and ruined about $70 worth of my groceries.

Overall experience...

We had an issue with some lack of cleanliness and an item or two not functioning, but management was quick to respond and handled the situation to our satisfaction. Overall, the experience was very pleasant. This is our second time staying at this property and we will gladly return to it in the future.

We stayed here the end of Aug. This was a great property with just the right amount of space for my husband and I. There were plenty of resteraunts and shops nearby and we enjoyed it very much. The air conditioning worked very well.

Great location and great view of sunsets

It was very clean, the electrical outlets need to be upgraded and the porch is small. But all these are easily overlooked for the location and view

Lovely place to stay

Rating Details: The property manager was very helpful. The vacation rental was spotless. I was very happy with the location. I was very satisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: Comfortable, well-equipped place, quiet despite being in downtown Waikiki. Great view of fireworks on Friday and Sunday nights.
