Während Ihres Aufenthaltes werden keine zusätzlichen Dienstleistungen angeboten.

Die Wohnung von ca. 1033 Quadratfuß, besteht aus:
• Eingangshalle und Flur (216 m²)
• großes Schlafzimmer (186 sq. Ft.)
• großes Wohnzimmer (186 m²)
• Küche (156 m²)
• Master-Badezimmer (72 m²) mit großer Duschetage
• Badezimmer / Waschküche (31 qm).)
• kleiner Balkon im Innenhof (41 m²)
• 3 bequeme Schränke.
Die Wohnung wurde vor kurzem komplett und komplett renoviert (Arbeit im Mai 2015 abgeschlossen).
Die Renovierung wurde mit Sorgfalt und Aufmerksamkeit durchgeführt, mit hochwertigen Materialien für den persönlichen Gebrauch.
Alle Geräte (Möbel und Accessoires) sind daher brandneu.
Die Sorgfalt und Aufmerksamkeit, die in der Anordnung gefragt wurden, machen die Wohnung ideal für längere Aufenthalte.
Das Wohnzimmer, dank der praktischen und bequemen Schlafcouch, dreht sich schnell im zweiten Schlafzimmer (mit einem Schrank für zusätzliche Gäste).
Die Küche, geräumig und hell, ist ideal zum Kochen und Essen.
Das Hauptbadezimmer ist mit einer großen Dusche auf dem Boden (Größe 130 x 150 cm) ausgestattet.
Die Schränke sind ideal zum Verstauen von Taschen, Schuhen, Mänteln und haben viel Platz in den Zimmern

We believe that this city, the perfect place for us.
Bologna for us is the ideal compromise between the province sleepy and the hectic metropolis.
It's a city that never sleeps, but it takes time for a good meal and a good glass.
After all, we are alike a little.

Martha’s House is convenient for the centre of Bologna, a fascinating city of UNESCO porticos and art, located in the gastronomic heart of Italy.
It is particularly nice to shop the local markets and cook with local ingredients in the lovely well equipped kitchen.
The location is excellent, being 10 mins walk from the main railway station and about 15 min walk to the main square.
Buses stopped outside the front door and the nearest supermarket was a 5 minutes walk.
