New Casatori ist ein sehr freundliches und brandneues Studio. Ein privater Balkon mit herrlichem Blick auf die Innenstadt, wo Sie Ihr Frühstück oder Abendessen genießen können Die Lage ist perfekt in 7 Minuten. Sie können leicht zu Fuß zum / vom Bahnhof in 15 Minuten immer von Porticos bedeckt.
Die Gegend ist sehr belebt und voller Geschäfte, Supermärkte, Lebensmittelmärkte, Restaurants, Pizzerien, Bars / Cafés und mit dem Bus für jedes Ziel gut zu erreichen.
Das neue Casatori wurde vor einigen Monaten komplett restauriert und verfügt über eine Klimaanlage, eine schöne Küche - mit Waschmaschine / Trockner, Geschirrspüler, großem Kühlschrank / Gefrierfach, elektrischem Induktionsherd, Dunstabzugshaube und Tisch mit 4 Stühlen.
Das Schlafzimmer hat ein großes Doppelbett und ein bequemes Doppelbett.
Ein voll ausgestattetes Badezimmer mit großer Dusche vervollständigt die Wohnung.
Alle Bett-, Bad- und Küchenwäsche sind vorhanden.
Die Wohnung bietet Platz für 3 Erwachsene und ein eventuelles Kind unter 12 Jahren.

New Casatori Delivers

Raffaella met us upon arrival and gave a short orientation of the apartment. Currently some construction going on in the building, but it was not a problem. Unit is as described, but it seemed smaller than the pictures portrayed. Raffaella and Marcello were excellent hosts. Communication was excellent. Very well equipped. We cooked many meals and did so with the the well furnished kitchen. Nice views of the red tile rooftops of Bologna and church in distance from the 5th floor apartment. Didn't use the balcony much (3X). Good location 15 minutes from most everything. We stayed 30 days so have a pretty good idea what this apartment can provide. Great grocery store nearby. Train station 15minute walk. Some noise filters through from the street and adjoining units, but not a major issue for us. We enjoyed our stay here and would recommend. Raffaella and Marcello do their best to make your stay enjoyable.

Perfect place in Bologna

Best studio apartment we have stayed in. Additional bedding, towels and hand washers supplied. Everything you would need was supplied including umbrellas. Great view from balcony even though on busy road. New lift had been quite completed when we arrived so hosts helped with our bags to fourth floor and even organised a meal at a local restaurant as compensation for the issue with the lift.

Wonderful time in Central Bologna

The studio apartment is in a perfect location in historic Bologna. Very near wonderful markets and food shops/ stalls. Also close to wonderful bars, restaurants and coffee shops. The apartment is perfectly appointed. Raffella is a great host. Thank you Raffella!

Stylish Apartment Centrally Located

The apartment is a studio so small for two but very well-designed, clean and well-outfitted. Great use of space. Communication with the property manager was excellent. A lot of thought was put into the amenities. Our only complaint was the very hard mattress, uncomfortable for 75-year-old backs! The pull-out couch was better.

Heart of Bologna

We received are very warm welcome and orientation from Raffaella. Really enjoyed our 3-night stay in the heart of Bologna and an easy walk from the train station. Everything in the unit was great. We just found the air conditioner a little underpowered for our comfort at night. But would stay again.

An amazing time in Bologna❤️❤️❤️

New Casatori was the perfect spot for my husband and myself. We are both senior citizens, Celebrating our 50th anniversary. This apartment was immaculate, safe, elevator, comfortable bed, washer and dry. and within walking distance to everything we wanted to see. It was the best home away from that I have rented from VRBO! I wanted for nothing!

fantastic apartment in central location with great view

we loved this apartment rental for our first week in Northern Italy. Rafaella was super helpful with suggesting dining recs too and in making some reservations for us too. Apartment was as advertised-elevator, comfy bed and pillows, good shower, well located, quiet and well stocked. washing machinetoo. we sat outside on the patio every night before dinner and enjoyed the breeze and the view. Day trips to Ravenna and Ferrara and amazingly fun Italian Food Days tour. Check out the international organization, International Greeters. We toured with a father and son one afternoon in Bologna and with another in Ferrara. We loved our time in Bologna and in this very comfortable apartment. Thanks Rafaella!

Two weeks in Bologna

Great apartment in an excellent location. Easy walk to railway station for excursions. Short walk to historic centre. Contact from owner early on meant that we had no problems either checking in or at any other stage. Did not need anything else to make our stay perfect.

Such a great place!

This was a great property for visiting Bologna. It is just like it is in the photos and very clean. It is really convenient to the airport, train station and the historical center. Nice apartment. Convenient location.

This apartment is in a good location on the very edge of the most historic part of the Bologna. The owners are friendly and the apartment is well kept. The top of Basilica di San Petronio is visible from the apartment, which is less than 10 minutes walk. Bologna Centrale/Central Station is 15 minutes walk. There are city bus stops (and a tobacco shop which sells bus tickets) in front of the building. There are multiple buses that will take you to the train station in just a few minutes. Other things that are close by: a small grocery and coffee bar. I would stay here again.

Great Location

Raffaella had everything we needed for our week stay here. The apartment was very clean. The balcony was nice. There was a notebook where she had written instructions for all the kitchen appliances and the washer/dryer combination. Just a few minute walk to Bologna Centrale train station and a few minutes in the other direction to the city center. Her list of recommended restaurants was wonderful. We enjoyed the 3 we tried. She gave us her phone number so we could reach her if we had questions or a problem. We will stay here again.

She took time during check-in making sure we were comfortable with the place and things to do in Bologna. She even reached out a few days into our trip to worn of pending airport strike. Well-designed and equipped apartment

This rental worked well for us during our four days in Bologna. The communication and check in process were flawless. The owner gave us a warm welcome and provided clear written explanations for the appliances, trash removal, security, etc. The apartment w ok as a comfortable size for two people and well-designed. We particularly appreciated all the storage space which allowed us to unpack. It was well-stocked with basic cleaning, cooking, and laundry supplies. Located an easy walk from the train station, historic center, and shopping areas made everything easy and convenient. We highly recommend his apartment.

Bologna Downtown stay

Great location, Raef was very good with communication, got right into the unit on arrival, could use an update to linens and towels(little rough) but otherwise the place was just as described and easy to get to everything. Overall an excellent value at the price.
