The villa was clean and well located for attractions.There were some minor problems with the villa;1. Clipped and cracked cups and plates,2. Only ONE oven tray,3. NO pizza slicer4. NO oven gloves5. NO furniture to balcony on first floor, even though there were pictures in advert. We did notify management company after the first week but TWO weeks later when we left none turned up.6. Bar stools old and not was shown in photos in advertAlso NO "villa book" informing you when refuse days were, how to get into community pool, telephone numbers for restaurants, doctors, places to visit, etc.Lastly not informing you of the address or villa details until 3 days before first day of holiday would make it difficult to get ESTA's if you needed them, we had valid ones for a previous trip

The condo was very nice. My only complaint was the mattress in the downstairs bedroom was the most uncomfortable mattress I’ve ever slept in, very lumpy as well as the pillows. Also the ad didn’t state that there wasn’t access to the pool or gym unless you paid additional fees.

The fee is an additional deposit that we charge for the clubhouse key. it is a fully refundable amount after check out if the key is not lost or damaged.

"Nightmare Unveiled: A Disastrous Stay in a Vacation Home – Filth, Bugs, Broken Beds, and Unbelievab

I feel compelled to share an appalling experience my client had at this so-called "property." The sheer disregard for basic hygiene and guest well-being at this place is beyond comprehension. From the moment we stepped in, it was evident that cleanliness was an alien concept to the property owner. Dust, so thick it triggered allergies in my client's children, has left me questioning the hygiene standards of this establishment. The irresponsible and callous attitude towards basic cleanliness is nothing short of shocking. But the horrors didn't end there. Bed bugs, yes, you read that right – BED BUGS! My client's children were left with bites, and the owner's audacious response? Blame my client! Accusing them of bringing bedbugs to the property is not just an excuse; it's a pathetic attempt to deflect responsibility for the shambolic conditions they subject guests to. And let's talk about the broken master bedroom bed. It's not just broken; it's practically a hazard. The sheer lack of maintenance and utter disregard for guest safety is staggering. The bed wasn't the only thing spoiled; it seems the entire experience was ruined by the negligence of the property owner. This stay wasn't just unpleasant; it was a nightmare. The owner's attempt to shift blame, accuse my client, and evade responsibility showcases the true nature and cunningness of this property. If you value your health, sanity, and dignity, steer clear of this disaster waiting to happen. Rating: 0 out of 5

Thank you for your review! As you know we did not find any activity until you warned us about it. As soon as we had the inspection on the same day we asked to leave the unit so we could treat the house. You also received a full refund for your reservation so you could find another place to stay. We do our best to provide the best experience to our guests and help them with any issues at the house.

La maison est bien mais il y aurait place à amélioration. Le tapis du salon est très sale, il ne devrait pas en mettre. Le lit de la chambre des maître vraiment à changer, matelas mou et inconfortable. Dans la cuisine il manque de la vaisselle et des ustensiles .
