Dieses charmante 1-Bad-Haus mit 2 Schlafzimmern ist perfekt für einen romantischen Kurzurlaub, ein Wochenende mit Freunden oder einfach rechtzeitig, um einen Platz zu reservieren, während Sie Ihre Kinder im Camp absetzen! In der Nähe von Restaurants, Kaffee, Bars, River Trail, Tea2Go, Nagelstudios, Kirchen, James Avery und vielem mehr! 30 Minuten von Fredricksburg und viel Weinprobe!

Cozy, Clean, Coffee & Communication

Our perfect trip was topped off with top-notch hosting. Location was convenient to everything, neighborhood was young families, off street parking. Great Getaway in Kerrville

We were in Kerrville for four days on business and this was the perfect little house for us. It was centrally locates, quiet and cozy at night, and Cathy couldn’t have been easier to work with throughout the process. Will probably stay here again in the future.

Just Like Home

This charming small house has everything you need to settle in. It is tastefully decorated, has all the amenities you need, ample kitchen equipment, thoughtful bath needs, When you walk through the door, it feels like home. We enjoyed our four days here.

property was awesome!. The road to get there is a little rough, but looks like it is in the process of being worked on. my bed was very comfy. Host left us snacks and a bottle of wine that we very much enjoyed. I came here for a state meet at the Inn of the Hills. Location was very convenient for us.I Would definitely stay here again

Cozy Kerrville house

Cathy was very good at communicating from start to finish. The house was beautifully decorated and the beds were very comfortable. Cathy provided many unexpected extras that included snacks, bottle of wine, and extra toiletries. We really enjoyed our stay!

This is an absolutely wonderful house for a relaxing getaway in Kerrville. Cathy bent over backwards to make sure every detail was covered….including glasses for the eclipse! It will be at the top of my list for a return visit in the future.

Wonderful stay in Kerrville

We spent two nights in Kerrville with our teenage daughter who was on a school trip. The property was so comfortable and clean. Cathy is the best hostess we’ve ever had. She was available and friendly. She even left a little good luck gift for my daughter. A five star experience from start to finish!

Family trip

We had a quick trip to Kerrville and this house was perfect for us. Cathy was incredible at reaching out before the trip to check on any specific needs we had. We came in late to find lovely treats waiting on us, soft beds and AC which was very appreciated with these hot Texas days. We have a special needs son and traveling can be tricky but she was so accomodating and this was just the best house to get some relaxation while we visited our oldest son!! Great house!!

Awesome!

We had a wonderful stay at this house! Just a great, relaxing feel when we walked in the door. Loved the welcome basket and bottle of wine. The beds were so comfortable and great lines! So clean and lots of great light. The kitchen had everything we needed and more. The house is very well equipped. We will be back in a few months for sure! Loved the backyard in the evenings. Highly recommend this house! We were so happy to be some of the first to stay here.

So soothing for the soul!

This get away was truly above our expectations! We wanted a quiet and quaint place to relax and we definitely got it! The neighborhood was quiet, the house was super clean, and the beds were SOOO COMFY! We loved sitting on the patio playing cards and dominoes in the evenings while we had our cocktails. And Cathy was spectacular! She checked on us and made sure we had everything we needed and was there to answer any questions. She was like having a concierge! We loved it and will definitely go back!

Quiet little place in the heart of Kerrville

I kind of don't want to give this place a good review because I don't want everyone else to know how nice it is! ;-) This is a really nice and adorable house on a residential street in the heart of Kerrville. Great mid-20th century construction which has been kept well intact. The house is comfortable, well furnished and well stocked. It's got a really nice yard including a patio with table and chairs and a garage for storage of auxiliary stuff (like bicycles). The location is great, everything in Kerrville is a very short drive away. There is also some stuff within walking distance. The neighborhood is very quiet and relaxed with a little park just around the corner. All in all, it's just a really nice and comfortable place. Size-wise it is a 2 bedroom / 1 bath house, so be aware of that. But for a weekend in town, it was perfect for what we needed.

House was super clean and in the perfect location! Neighborhood is quiet and close to everything! The owners were awesome with communication and super hospitable! Would definitely stay again!

This house was built in the 50's and was owned by a friend of my Grandmothers. We bought the house and have used it for visiting family and friends and as a rent house for the last 20 years. We recently decided to share it on VRBO. We think you will love it! It is so comfy and so peaceful. It is less than a half block from the Elm Street Park. It is in a nice, quiet neighborhood.

Great location Quiet neighborhood. Completely fenced back yard. Very private . Great shade trees. Great place to come relax. Close to so many things.
