The stay was peaceful

The host is well organize and is prepared. She worked incredibly hard at putting guides and maps together. The location is peaceful and felt welcoming. I really liked it here. My son really enjoyed the trampoline.

A lovely spot in a village east to Paris. Great for a family who like the village atmosphere, and yet not too far from Disney and about an hour from Paris. Great location for Disneyland Paris

Sylvie was such a wonderful host and this property is located close to a supermarket and only ten minutes to Disneyland. Our family of five stayed there for five days and enjoyed day trips to Disney and then Paris and the best part is grilling in the evenings and letting the kids play in the garden. We had a lovely time! Thank you!

Good for Disney!

Lovely homely stay. Easy to get to Disney and with an extra 5 mins drive you can avoid the toll road. Supermarkets etc nearby. The host communicated well and was very friendly. My only point would be that the property could maybe do with a bit of TLC, but still a good stay!

Very beautiful and peaceful place. Nice town with everything you need

My family and our dog enjoyed our stay very much. Quiet and peaceful place, very cosy furnished rooms with everything you need. Supermarkets, restaurants, shops and plenty of opportunities for long walks were nearby. My children were very happy to be able to take a taxi to Disneyland by themselves. The owners were awesome and friendly. If I have the opportunity in the future, I would love to come back to this place.

Lovely place to stay!

We stayed here for 3 nights so that we could visit Disney. The gîte is lovely, with a big garden (which sadly we didn’t get to use much, because we were out all day). Sylvie was very helpful and answered all our questions before our visit.The house is about 10 minutes by bus from Disney, with a walk of about 10 minutes to the bus stop (warning: there is a VERY steep hill). On the first night Sylvie helped us to arrange a taxi from the train station (Marné la vallee/Disney) - I would recommend this if you have luggage, otherwise you’ll be pulling it up the steep hill! But after that the bus was perfect to get to Disney and back.The local area seemed nice, but we didn’t get to explore much - we would like to go back and see more.

Great property

This is a great property which has plenty of room and a vast amount of facilities that would suit everyones needs, i.e. fully epuipt kitchen, bathroom and living space. It is situated out of the way enough from any hussle and bussle but close enough to supermarket, fuel staion and restaurant. With a bus stop at the end of the propertys drive, for those using public transport Hosts were very welcoming and helpful especially when i needed to print out some tickets. and spoke good english

The house is super! Realy great garden. Nice rooms and great space. We went to Disney (10 minute drive) and to Paris (park by chateux Vincense for €15 per day) 35 min drive. The owners are really friendly and quick in there respons. The info in the house about the neighberhood is helpfull. Be carefull for your car on your way to the house, drive slowly, but it is worth it!

Family holiday

This is the first time i have privately rented for a holiday. I must say i will not only visit this particular property again but i wont be using a hotel again. Lovely place for a short break

Very welcoming host. Lovely garden which our girls enjoyed. Comfortable beds. Kitchen ok- oven very ancient and difficult to cook with! Furnishings fine. Very good shower. Location slightly disappointing- was hoping to be able to walk into a little french village for a boulangerie of a morning, but that's my fault for not researching the area more thoroughly. Very close to a great big supermarket which was useful for supplies. 15 min easy drive to Disney and Les villages nature.

Everything that was needed

It had everything that we needed. Quiet and dark at night. Lovely village. I hadn’t worked that out that you’re confined to the kitchen when 3 kids go to bed. The living space with the tv is also a bedroom. The kitchen was cramped with 5 people round the table! Host was very helpful. Although asked for cash on the day of arrival which was inconvenient. Would prefer an upfront cost rather than adding money on for bedding, towels and children. Still good value for Paris. Great location for Disneyland. Would stay again. Thank you!

The layout of the two bedrooms and living room is flexible depending on whether you want children/adult spaces. You must tell us your wishes by observing the interior plan. There is a second table in the living room if it is too narrow in the kitchen. You booked for 1 adult instead of 5 people. I have authorized you to pay the difference upon your arrival to save you from management fees of approximately €30 collected by the platform (calculated as a % of the initial displayed amount). We hope to satisfy you next time.

Calm and cosy

Sylvie and Jean-Marc are extremely friendly and helpfull. A couple of chickens walk all over the ground and give a very countryside effect. In good weather there is a nice corner with table and chairs where you can sit and enjoy life. The kitchen has what you need, though it is a little small. We were 5 persons staying in the apartment. The apartment is placed in a very quiet village with a supermarket close by. We charged our electric car from a schuko plug (13A230V) at the house. If you look for a place close to Paris and you come by car this is a good choice.

Sylvie couldn’t have been a better host

We had a serious issue with our car and couldn’t communicate with the local garage owner. Although Sylvie was away visiting family, she took the time to keep in touch with us to make sure we were okay. Sylvie knew the garage owner so was able to get our car booked in a day earlier and was in constant contact with us both to translate. Without asking, Sylvie gave us additional details that would make things easier for us including how to get public transport to Disney Paris, details of her neighbour, a local taxi driver. She also let us check out later without charge so we could get a hire car. She even brought us a gift because she felt bad about our situation. Sylvie is a genuinely nice woman and helped us make the best out of a bad situation. Also, the house is in a nice rural location and ideal for Disney Paris.

2 bedroom not 3, 3rd bedroom in the lounge with sofa bed, old and run down, needs referb

The place is like a granny annex, the owner lives in main house. It’s about 20 mins from Disney and not much around. It’s very old, not good furnishings and needs a referb, everything was tatty and old. There is a garden but it’s at the front and there’s broken slabs and a really old trampoline and a couple of swings. Kids can not access on their own as not a secure garden and could easily run out on main road and garden is shared with owner. It’s advertised as 3 bedrooms, it’s not the third bedroom is a lounge and it has a sofa bed so if you want three bedrooms and a lounge, which we did, this place is no good. There’s doors from lounge into the other bedroom and sliding doors do not close properly. The place was really tatty and old. Make sure you read small print as you have to pay extra for bedding, towels, hand towels and cleaner, which I found really annoying, I expect all these things to be in final price not add ons and to pay in cash. We paid for bed sheets and no duvet cover was put on the bed, just bed spread over the top of a duvet which I thought was unhygienic when lots of people are using! Would not recommend, better cheaper places out there near Disney that are more modern and family friendly.

The description of the ad is more than detailed with a plan and photos large enough to see that the decoration is deliberately rustic with furniture whose paint is rubbed to make it look old. We had just had a seriously thorough inspection visit the week before to renew our 2-star rating. We only lack the dishwasher to obtain 3 stars. As is the case in "gîte" accommodations (different from hotels), linen supplements are offered precisely to allow people to bring their own linens if they are demanding on quality and so that they do not pay 20% management fees on the total amount. It is not certain that in a hotel all the blankets, duvets, carpets are disinfected as we do after each visit. You can use our own garden, which is obviously the responsibility of the parents. You could close the two garden gates if you wanted more security from the outside, which is done when we welcome a dog.

It went by way too fast!

The gite is a lovely piece of heaven for a family get away. I went with my three kids and we arrived later than expected but everything we needed was available, and the information packets provided about the local area were the perfect touch. Everything we needed was in the gite all we did was a quick trip to the local supermarket 3 minutes down the road to stock up food and we were set for the 2 weeks we stayed. The beds were comfortable, and although we spent most time outside apart from the last 2 days the living space was lovely to relax in. We unfortunately had a flood on the last day due to the heavy thunderstorms but Sylvie kindly brought tools and helped me clean up, Jean-Marc then came later to make sure we were ok and check if we needed anything. They were both fountains of information about the local area and very helpful when needed. The kids loved the garden and I barely saw them when at the Gite, with the swings, ping pong table and hammock for them to play with - even the on-site chicken. As the gite is set back from the road it was safe for the kids to disappear and play without worrying about dangers. The Gite is literally 2 minutes away from the A4 yet you don't hear a thing apart from the neighbours giving you the perfect escape from reality. We loved the fact is was only 6kms from Disney and if you go through the back roads (takes 15mins) it skips the tolls too. The local area had so much to explore with lots of little towns nearby, including Provins. There was a local beach where we went swimming and sunbathing on the sand, a local market runs on a Thursday, and the local train station takes you in to Paris Est in just under an hour. We didnt get chance to explore everywhere but the places we did were so easy to access. The gite is perfectly located for someone wanting to explore that area of France, or just visit Disney. Next time we visit France we plan on coming back and staying here again. Thank you Sylvie and Jean-Marc for a lovely place to relax, and welcoming us so nicely to the area.

Hallo,die Dame die uns empfangen hat war sehr nett und freundlich.Für eine große Anzahl an Personen sollte es nicht angeboten werden.Zu dem sind die Betten auch nicht bequem, ich habe Rückenschmerzen bekommen.In der Wohnung hat es auf die ganze Zeit muffig gerochen und auch die Eingangstür hat am Boden geschleift.Um zum Disney Land zu kommen muss man an der Grenzkontrolle vorbei die hat auch jedesmal Geld gekostet auch wenn es nah dran war.Leider waren wir enttäuscht.Lg.Familie Kaska

Ich habe Ihnen für Ihren zweitägigen Aufenthalt eine zweite, komfortablere Unterkunftsmöglichkeit für Ihre Großfamilie bei Anreise angeboten. Sie haben diese nicht gewählt. Für Regentage gibt es eine sichtbare Entfeuchtungsanlage, die einfach aktiviert werden kann. Vor Ihrer Anreise habe ich Ihnen einen Lageplan zugesandt, aus dem hervorgeht, dass Sie die Autobahnmaut vermeiden müssen, um in der gleichen Reisezeit zum Disneyland Park zu gelangen. Ich orientiere mich an der Meinung der Mehrheit der Reisenden, die mir bisher sehr positives Feedback zu unseren Betten gegeben haben. Sie haben versprochen, die Wohnung zu reinigen, um keine zusätzlichen Gebühren zu zahlen. Dies war nicht der Fall.Wir waren auch enttäuscht.

Sehr zufrieden

Wie selber, fanden die Wohnung etwas eng für uns, auf denn Fotos wirkt sie größer (ist bei anderen aber auch so). Allgemein sind wir sehr zufrieden, zum Übernachten, wenn man denn ganzen Tag unterwegs ist, ausreichend. Zu Sylvie: Wir hatten einen Notfall in der Familie, und mein Mann musste mit dem Auto zurück fahren, der Rest von uns ist da geblieben (ohne Auto). Sylvie hat uns sehr dabei unterstützt wie wir uns mit dem Bus fortbewegen können, und hat uns auch mit der Zug Auskunft geholfen und ein Taxi organisiert. damit wir wieder nach Hause kommen. Idyllische Ferienwohnung in Wurfweite zum Disneyland

Die Wohnung ist praktisch eingerichtet und es fehlt einem an nichts. Die Lage ist ländlich und schön ruhig, perfekt für Familien mit Kindern und Hundebesitzern. Die Bus/Bahnstation ist Fußläufig in 5Minuten erreichbar und die Taktung zum und vom Disneypark ist sehr gut. Wir kommen auf jeden Fall wieder.

Die Lage des Objektes ist sehr gut für Paris oder Disneyland zu besichtigen

In der Wohnung hat man alles was man braucht, die Vermieterin und Ihr Mann sind sehr nett und sprechen Deutsch, was für uns sehr vorteilhaft ist. Es werden gute Tipps gegeben. Von RER A Station Disneyland sind es 4-6 min mit dem Auto bis zur Busstation+ 15 min mit dem Bus. Die Busse fahren alle 30 min. Supermarkt Markt U ist in der Nähe von der Wohnung 2-3 min mit dem Auto. Die Wohnung ist gut um Disneyland oder Paris zu besuchen,auch die umliegenden Gegend ist sehr schön und empfehlenswert.

Ruhig gelegen

Es ist ein älteres Häuschen in sehr ruhiger Lage. Heizung und alles hat gut funktioniert. Ein Zimmer ist mit einer Schiebetür abgetennt, das andere Zimmer mit einer normalen Tür. Es gibt ein schöner Garten. Die Kinder haben gerne Tischtennis dort gespielt. Ein Einkaufscenter und McDonald sind nur paar Minuten mit dem Auto entfernt. Auch Disneyland ist ziemlich schnell erreichbar. Die Gastgeber sind sehr freundlich und hilfsbereit.
