Great place

Overall my stay was good. The placed looked just as pictured. It was walking distance to resturants and bars. It was spacious enough for the 5 of us and was clean. The only issue I had was that "laundry" was listed on the amenities, but when I got there the washer/dryer had a sign that said "out of order". One of the main reasons I booked this place was so we could do our laundry. I did message the host and what they ment was there was a laundry service for $5 per pound. Needless to say we were disappointed. Had we known ahead of time we would have stayed elsewhere. Also I confirm the time we would drop off our bag (to be held until check-in time). When we got there no one was in the office. We went to a near by resturant to kill time.

At the time of your visit, the washer and dryer were temporarily out of order, and our team offered the alternative laundry service, but we completely understand the disappointment. Since then, the property has come under new management, and we’ve updated all listing descriptions to clearly reflect amenities and services, ensuring full transparency for future guests. We’ve also improved our luggage drop-off procedures so arrivals are smoother and better coordinated.

Amazing Stay for my birthday

Place was as pictured actually nicer. Management was responsive. Cleanliness was no issue, very spacious, safe, easy access to beach and nearby restaurants and bars. We walked to the beach everyday and nearby Ashford street and Laplacita. We will be back for sure!

Clean and attractive apartment

Plenty of space for a family of 5. Close to Condado Beach and access to highway. Clean and modern accomodations with cleaning services by request. Other guests in adjoining apartments can be a bit noisy, but overall a great stay!

Spring Break stay at Calle Villamil property

This was a fun and spacious property that made my stay enjoyable. The property was well-kept and clean, had enough kitchen and living room space, and had comfortable beds. Good place to go if you want to be near La Placita and are staying with a good-size group.

Location was great if you like staying in an unsafe neighborhood.

Good news: The apartment unit was very bright and well maintained. The floors were unique and the apartment overall is very nice. Bad news: The water pressure was terrible. The washer/dryer combo was /is unusable. The other tenants in the 4 story complex do not respect the rules and cause an unsafe environment.
