White Sand Cottage # 501 "Das Leben ist ein Strandhaus!" Dieses helle, glĆ¼ckliche Zuhause versetzt Sie von Anfang an in einen Urlaubszustand. Egal, ob Sie nach einem Ort suchen, an dem Sie morgens Kaffee (Keurig und Kaffeemaschine) oder nachmittags Cocktails genieƟen kƶnnen, Sie haben eine FĆ¼lle von Mƶglichkeiten.

White Sands Cottage # 501 wird professionell von Paradise Beach Homes verwaltet.

Die Aussichtsplattform auf dem Dach bietet eine hervorragende Aussicht in alle Richtungen sowie einen guten Platz fĆ¼r die Sonnenhungrigen unter Ihnen, um ein paar Strahlen einzufangen. Es gibt Ć¼berdachte Decks auf der SĆ¼d- und Westseite des Wohnbereichs im 1. Stock. Der Wohnbereich, der Essbereich und die KĆ¼che sind alle offen und ideal fĆ¼r eine unterhaltsame und familiƤre Zeit zusammen. Die Hauptebene des Hauses hat auch ein Schlafzimmer mit einem Queensize-Bett, das ein Badezimmer mit dem Wohnbereich teilt. Die zweite Etage des Hauses beherbergt das Hauptschlafzimmer mit Kingsize-Bett, eigenem Bad und Zugang zum Balkon sowie ein Schlafzimmer mit zwei Einzelbetten, eigenem Bad und Zugang zum Balkon.

30 Minuten westlich der Unterkunft befindet sich ein DĆ¼nenĆ¼bergang, der einen sehr einfachen Zugang zum Strand bietet. Dieses Haus bietet eine Garage fĆ¼r zwei Fahrzeuge und zusƤtzliche ParkplƤtze auf der SĆ¼dseite des Hauses fĆ¼r ein Fahrzeug. It was the perfect weekend with the grandbabies. We spent most of the time at the beach. Waking up Easter Sunday with the cross right outside was perfect.

Our 8 day stay was just what the doctor ordered. House was comfortable, well equipped kitchen generally (needs some skillets replaced), very easy access to beach, good location for dining options. Primary bedroom was very comfortable. Garage doors do not work and openers have been rusted for some time, but wasnā€™t a game changer for us. Sunset views were amazing.

Wonderful location with super easy (and close) access to the beach.

Weā€™ve rented a few properties in Perdido Key and Pensacola, and this is our favorite! The addition of a small side yard made it so easy with pets. We loved the three floors worth of balconies with a view of the dunes and the Gulf. It was comfortable, relaxing and exactly what we wanted for vacation. Plus the management company were easy to work with and even gave us a lovely and unexpected swag bag. What a fun surprise!

Great house and location!

We thoroughly enjoyed staying at this property! We appreciated being able to bring our dog and the dog beach is only a mile away. This house has a hose set up outside so you can wash off your beach toys and shoes before coming inside. This is probably the cleanest house that we have ever rented. We enjoyed eating outside on the porch and we saw the Blue Angels fly by on their return to Pensacola on Sunday. The ease of getting to the beach on the boardwalk is unmatched! Highly recommend this property!

It works for us, as we come to Pensacola Beach every 3rd week of June for a family reunion of 4 families all staying at the White Sands Townhouses. Best part is the closeness to the beach without the crowds of a high-rise condo. Our stay would have been perfect except for the 4 days of no TV service due to missing satellite dish and sketchy internet buffering off and on. It was spotlessly clean. Kitchen is well stocked with everything needed to cook meals. Outdoor propane grill a definite plus! The house is very comfortable for families and has nice views of both the gulf and beautiful sunsets on the bay.

Fourth of July holiday experience

We chose this location so we could enjoy the beach while having convenient access to fishing and it did not disappoint! The staff were friendly and helpful and responded quickly to our questions and requests. The house itself was a great set up for our family. I had thought the downstairs bed would be bigger but it is pretty small so we put our son there. The king bed upstairs is really comfortable. There are many views making the firework experience a 10/10. From the master bed you can see the historic white cross and you can even see the ocean when washing dishes. Everything seemed well thought out. If you have a dog, the dog beach is one mile away. Perfect distance!! To improve the stay we could have used a better vacuum and a mop. The floors are hard to clean and we have a large family. It wasnā€™t really that clean when we arrived so having these on hand would have helped a lot.

The house is well equipped and comfortable. You canā€™t beat the views of both the gulf and the sound. My only complaint is that the realty company that leases this property has increased the cost for one week in June over $500 each of the past years. This is excessive.

We loved the wrap around decks, especially the widows walk for sunsets and sunrise yoga. We also enjoyed being able to bring along our little bulldog. All appliances were working and the entire house was very clean. The only suggestion is to upgrade the Wi-Fi as connections were unreliable at best. WE WILL BE BACK!
