Diese neu renovierte 3-stöckige, 3 Schlafzimmer, 2. 5 Bäder, voll ausgestattete Strandwohnung, hat auch 3 Außenterrassen und Parkplätze für 3 Autos.

Innenausstattung umfasst 3 Ebenen für gemütliches und komfortables Wohnen:

Die Hauptebene hat eine aktualisierte, voll ausgestattete Küche mit einem offenen Konzept in das Wohnzimmer und ein Badezimmer auf dieser Ebene. Das Wohnzimmer verfügt über einen Gaskamin, einen 50-Zoll-Flachbildfernseher, 2 große Sofas (von denen eines bei Bedarf zum Schlafen ausgezogen werden kann) und einen großen Schieberegler mit Zugang zu einem vorderen Deck.

Die 2. Ebene verfügt über 2 Schlafzimmer und 2 Bäder. Jedes Schlafzimmer hat ein französisches Bett, einen Schrank, viel Stauraum und ein eigenes Badezimmer mit Badewanne / Dusche. Bettwäsche, Bettwäsche und Handtücher werden während Ihres Aufenthalts zur Verfügung gestellt. Es gibt auch eine Waschmaschine und einen Trockner auf der unteren Ebene sowie zusätzliche Strandtücher für die Tage, an denen Sie immer wieder zum Strand zurückkehren möchten.

Der Wohnbereich im 3. Stock verfügt über eine Wendeltreppe, die Sie in einen anderen Wohnbereich mit einem Queensize-Bett und einem ausziehbaren Doppelbett führt. Dieses Zimmer kann auch als weiteres Wohnzimmer dienen, da es einen TV- und Wohnbereich hat.

Zu den Außeneinrichtungen gehören 3 einzigartige Bereiche zum Entspannen:

Auf der Hauptebene gibt es einen Streik zu einem Vorderdeck mit einem Bistrotisch und 2 Stühlen.

Aus der Küche ist ein Spaziergang auf die hintere Terrasse. Diese gemütliche zweistöckige Terrasse verfügt über Gartenmöbel, einen Grill, eine Außenwärmelampe oder eine Feuerstelle (nach Ihren Wünschen) und eine Außendusche.

Über der hinteren Terrasse befindet sich der 3. Loungebereich, umgeben von wunderschönen Granitfelsen. Dieser ruhige Raum verfügt über eine Hängematte und einen Loungebereich zum Meditieren und Entspannen.

The house was very well equiped, convenient walks to the two beaches, plenty of room for our family and guests. Location was perfet for trips around the area. there are a lot of stairs so not ideal for anyone with mobility issues. We had a great time and if ever back in the area will definitely stay there again.

Love love love this vacation home and love the owners. It is everything one can expect plus so much more. The host goes above and beyond to make sure the guests feel right at home. My family and I have enjoyed our beach vacations for the last two years in this home. And are looking forward to making it two weeks next year. It is a destination made for creating happy memories and feeling so relaxed as if it’s your own home. it is absolutely the best vacation rental we have ever experienced.

We had a wonderful time at between 2 beaches. Our extended family of 10 was very comfortable and the 4 young ones had plenty of games and toys to explore in the house. We were very grateful for the beach wagons, unlimited beach towels, toys, boogie boards and walked to the beach daily. The outdoor backyard is special. A most beautiful place with 2 levels, large table for eating those lobsters and gas fire pit with comfortable furniture. The house was well stocked and if you needed or forgot anything, it was there. We definitely look forward and are excited to come back in the future! Joanne and Jim were the most helpful and kindest of hosts.

Oh my goodness, my family had the most wonderful beach vacation at this cozy, welcoming rental. Every detail was thoughtfully provided, making it feel like a true home away from home. The host made us feel cared for, and we are already looking forward to coming back next year!!!

Wonderful week

We had a lovely stay at between 2 beaches. The hosts are extremely attentive and available, but not intrusive. The house is clean, comfortable and well equipped. And we love the area. It’s on a busier road but you don’t feel it.

We had a great vacation at Between2beaches! The house is immaculately clean and well cared for. Joanne and Jim are great hosts and it is evident they enjoy sharing their rental with guests. I’ve never been in such a well appointed rental. We love the Gloucester/Rockport area and our biggest challenge vacationing there is finding suitable affordable housing for the vacation. Second stay here- LOVE IT!

Such a wonderful fully stocked home in the most perfect location! Right Between 2 Beaches, easy walking distance to both with a beach wagon full of chairs and boogie boards! We had such a wonderful time staying for the second time here! Love the town of Gloucester, it’s turned into our home away from home! Thank you so much once again, we will definitely be back!

Wonderful time!

This is the perfect location, between Cape Ann’s two best beaches. Walkable each way. The host and hostess were friendly, thoughtful, responsive, and accommodating. It looks like they had fun decorating the place! Modern and tasteful. We enjoyed evenings at the firepit on the fantastic backyard patio.

Family beach vacation

This property was perfect for the three generations of our family. It was perfectly located to go back and forth to the beach. The hosts were very helpful and provided full information of the area, beach towels and a full array of beach gear. The outside back area was perfect for both kids and adults. The kitchen had everything we needed. The beds were comfortable. We all had a great time.

Quaint and Relaxing

This is a great community and the beaches are so gorgeous. First time to the east coast and we were very impressed The house had literally every amenity you could want including some unexpected treats and toys. Beach toys and chairs came in handy. Its very easy to walk to the beaches. The stores are close and easy too. The house accommodated our family perfectly! Plenty of space. Thank you for your hospitality!

Everything was perfect!

There were up to nine of us staying here and we had such a great time! Jim and Joanne were wonderful hosts and were quick to answer any questions and help with whatever we needed. House was clean and well stocked. Location was perfect - very quick walk to beaches. Outdoor spaces were perfect: a cool space for hanging out on hot days and a sunny space if you don't want to go to the beach. I have to say that of all the places I've rented via VRBO and other companies Jim and Joanne were by far the best hosts I've ever rented from. Would absolutely rent from them again! Thanks for a wonderful stay!

Jim & Joanne are incredible hosts. They are gracious, kind and truly cared about our experience. They made us feel like family. Between 2 Beaches is by far the most well stocked, clean, and comfortable vacation home we have stayed at. We loved the house! We could tell from the pictures it was really nice but once we got in the place we were able to truly appreciate it. Jim and Joanne go above and beyond to make sure you have all the comforts of home. The furniture and beds are super comfy. Decor is beautiful. We encountered zero problems operating any appliances indoor or outside. Instructions and labels were placed thoughtfully to help with how to use everything. We prepared and cooked a lot of meals on the stove and the outdoor grill and we had everything we needed and had plenty of space to dine inside and/or outside. We loved the outdoor shower to rinse after returning from the ocean. The seating area on the patio was very cozy and we loved the ambiance of the fire pit and outdoor lights at night. Going to the beach was made easy with the beast of the wagon they provide. High-end beach supplies - boogie boards, Tommy Bahama chairs, 2 umbrellas, bocce, washer toss, and plenty of toys for the kiddos. When you return from the beach it’s great to be able either hang your towels on the racks and/or throw a load of laundry in. We felt we had everything we needed! Suggestions on activities and places to visit and eat were spot. We made great memories at B2B!

Absolutely amazing!!!!

We have stayed at more than 12 different houses over the years and Between 2 Beaches was by far better than all of those combined!!! Perfectly equipped, extremely clean, super comfy

Our family of 4 (2 parents, 2 teens) had an amazing week at Between 2 Beaches! The rental was so thoughtfully stocked (so many little extra touches you don’t typically find), and the hosts were the best- friendly, helpful, communicative. We loved all the interior space, the beds were comfy, there were plenty of beach items (chairs, towels, beach games, etc), and the house even included lots of lovely bonus finds, like tons of board games and books. Jim & Joanne really thought of everything. We would return in a heartbeat. Thank you for a wonderful vaca!

Spectacular! We have stayed in many rental properties but never have we had the extreme attention to detail and top notch hospitality as we experienced at Between 2 Beaches. The home is lovingly appointed and every detail and comfort item has been anticipated and provided. Kitchen is well stocked, bathrooms have necessities plus plus, oodles of towels and linens, beach gear, you name it. The owners live next door and were friendly and kind when we bumped into them (but not at all intrusive.) Truly a stay for the ages. Oh - and the location is as lovely as it gets. Good Harbor Beach is the best on the planet IMHO, Long Beach is also lovely, and having the sub/pizza shop and ice cream spot steps away from the home was so convenient and fun. A perfect trip! Thanks to Joanne and Jim for hosting us so graciously!

Great location & amazing hosts

We had a fantastic time! This house is the most ‘ready to enjoy and relax’ rentals we stayed in our 18+ years of renting houses on the East Coast. Walking distance to two pristine Beaches : 7 min to GoodHarbor Beach and 5 min to Long Beach. Appreciated walking back home for lunch. Went with my husband and 2 daughters 18 and 21 and my parents. The owners went over and above to make sure we had everything we needed - thank you Joanne and Jim! (Only warning: the 2 beds on the second floor can be tricky to access if you are not fit and might not suitable for toddlers because of the open staircase.) Do not hesitate if you are looking for a great spot to explore Rockport/Gloucester. We highly recommend:)

Beautiful Home! Perfect Location!!

This home has it all! The owners have thought of every detail and put love in to every inch of this place! Loved the location! We were close to everything! We could easily walk to 2 different beautiful beaches with the help of the supplied buggy they provided. Easy to carry beach chairs and soft fluffy beach towels made our days at the beaches amazing! Their suggestions on things to see and places to eat were spot on! Amazing food and beautiful sights!! Really enjoyed the 4th of July festivities between Gloucester and Rockport!! The back patio/yard was sweet and comfortable with tons of seating and a hammock area for super chill time! They truly thought of every comfort!! The beds were the best part! Brand new mattresses in every room and a perfect nights rest every night of our stay! We will definitely be back to the charming town of Gloucester and will stay at “between two beaches” every time! Thank you for our best family vacation yet!! See you next year!

Moms/Daughters trip 2021

This property was perfect for our moms and daughters (10 of us) week trip to Cape Ann. First, I can not say enough about our stay at this property. Location was amazing between Long Beach, Rockport and Good Harbor Beach, Gloucester. An ice cream/pizza restaurant just steps from our door. The property has everything you need and could possibly want for use at the house and at the beach. It truly feels like a home away from home. VERY CLEAN!! Kitchen has every appliance, utensil, dish and more. Bedrooms/loft and bathrooms are aesthetically pleasing, clean and roomy. Beds are very comfortable! Loved all the decor and special touches put into interior from the first step into the property up through the loft! There were helpful notes to help guide you through anything you use in and out of the property as well as advice and information regarding the area...including coupons! The landscaping in the back of the property was very inviting. The owners definitely put an effort in using the natural terrain with their landscaping ideas! Parking was convenient, especially for the number of cars we had. The owners were outside helping us as we drove in! Jim and Joanne were perfect hosts...on top of every question, welcoming and gracious. We all want to thank them for making our trip amazing! We wouldn't change a thing, NOT ONE COMPLAINT !! Thank you Between 2 Beaches!!

Fantastic!

We had such an awesome stay. The house had anything you could possibly need. It was super clean. The hosts were so incredibly friendly and helpful! The kids had a great time roaming the backyard and they loved the upstairs loft! The walk to the beach was easy. It’s very close to the grocery store and is steps away from a pizza/subs/ice cream place (highly recommend the lobster rolls too!). The only negative to the stay is that I wouldn’t say the house is toddler-proof. So we spent a lot of time wrangling our 3 year old to keep him from breaking things. I definitely wouldn’t take away any stars though. It was an absolutely wonderful place to stay!

Wow!

All I can say is WOW! Not only is this property gorgeous, but Jim and Joanne are wonderful hosts! They went above and beyond to make sure that our stay was great. The kitchen comes stocked (spices and meal add-ons included) and they provide so much for their guests to use. They provide sheets and towels for all guests (beach towels included) and have beach accessories to use as well (umbrella, chairs, toys, wagon, cart, and cooler). This house has been the most well equipped out of any vacation rental I have stayed at. Jim and Joanne, thank you for being great hosts. The kids and the adults enjoyed all of the extra surprises that you left for us! I’m so glad that we decided to stay at Between2Beaches and we will definitely consider staying here again!

Hi, nice to meet you! Our names are Jim and Joanne Frontiero, and we are so happy you stopped by.

HOW WE BECAME...

We were 2 lost souls that found each other in 1996. Joanne (a Canadian) visited a good friend in Boston in the Summer of 1996. Joanne met her friend’s boyfriend’s best friend, a boy named Jim (from Gloucester), and of course they hit it off..... 27 years later (no way we are that old)... We are happily married 24 years. Jim's twin sons are now in their 30's, and our daughter will be a senior at URI.

We bought our first condo in between 2 incredible beaches and have happily lived here since 2001. In 2018 we had the opportunity to buy the other half, and we love that we can now share our little slice of paradise with others.

Did you know Gloucester is actually an island ? (Separated by 2 bridges). We are situated near the tip of Cape Ann, but so close to many amazing day trips you can plan while staying here. Top short drives (5 minutes to an hour away): Rockport, Essex, Newburyport, Boston. We also love to take day and weekend trips to New Hampshire, Maine, Rhode Island, and Vermont....And then of course, there is walking to 2 of the most beautiful beaches in Cape Ann from our house.
