Great, clean, wonderful condo! The entire property is well maintained. We used the gym every day and it was always clean. Pool was heated on the colder days which was so nice. On property bar/grill is so cute and convenient. Having the ice machine on site was so helpful also. The condo was clean, maintained, and cozy. The couch could definitely be replaced and the master bedroom mattress could be replaced also. Otherwise we thoroughly enjoyed our stay.

Check in was difficult. Instructions not clear as to how to get to the parking, then the entrance, and then the room. A clear step by step process would be helpful instead of just relying on the address. There are several properties in the area and how to get to the correct parking lot with detail would be a good start.

Unit is outdated and has not been updated in a while it seems. The master bedroom bed is extremely squeaky to the point that it is the first few nights hard to sleep with. I had a baby in the room in a separate crib and we found a very distracting for the baby. We tried to fix it on our own, but couldn’t figure out how to make it stop squeaking. The dryer has to be ran multiple times to get a load dry. And the TV that’s in the family room does not have a Roku stick or any way to log into streaming apps which again was inconvenient for our family. Check-in was easy communication was good. Unit was cleaned just very outdated.

This is our 3rd time staying at this property and we will be back again! Can’t beat the beach access, pool, trolley to Baytown wharf village! So convenient and a great space for a family trip.

Perfect beach vacation!

We loved our stay - can’t beat the location with private pool and beach access, and free tram to Baytowne wharf village. Plenty of space for me, my husband, 2 kids, and in laws! The rental company was responsive and helpful with any questions we had. This was our second time staying here and will be back!

Fun Vacay

Our stay was nice and relaxing! Westwinds is a fun place. Right on the beach and the pool was super fun. Condo was clean and roomy. The pool snack bar was great, but the cook didn’t show up on time a couple of days. Thanks for the nice beach stay!

Nice for last minute trip

We were glad the condo was available for our trip. Most of the furniture probably needs to be replaced as well as the carpet; but this property worked fine for us as we spent most of our time on the beach.

Seven college friends stayed in this condo seven years ago! It was wonderful returning this year to enjoy it yet again!!!

Clean and roomy

The property met my expectations. It was clean and roomy, a good stocked kitchen, nice views up and down the beach. The pool was big, hot tub was clean also. The condo was in a good location and easy to access. Thanks!

Rating Details: The property manager was more than helpful. The vacation rental was spotless. I was very happy with the location. I was very satisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: This condo was amazing and made it feel like home and comfort, everything was good except water was cut off at midnight so nobody could really use the restroom or, take a shower or, cook or anything when needed so on a scale of 1-5 we would give it a 4! Love this condo.

Perfect Beach Location

My family of 5 enjoyed this property! The check-in process was so easy. We loved the pool and how close the beach was. The balcony is spacious and has a beautiful view. It was nice to have 3 bathrooms and 3 bedrooms so there was plenty of space. When you arrive, there are welcome kits in each bathroom with toiletries and 1 in the kitchen with detergents. That was a nice touch!
