Amazing location

Villa sits almost right in front of the tide pools North of Santa Teresa. Housekeeping and concierge went beyond standard expectations by handling all of our needs and requests quickly and professionally. We couldn’t be happier w our Villa selection for this trip.

Perfect location, beautiful home

Beautiful modern house located right on Playa Hermosa. Our family of 5 walked to surf lessons at the other end of the beach every morning, and the tide pools right in front of the house are magical. The pool and views from the house are terrific. Very close to town if you want to go out to dinner. Second year in a row we have visited Santa Teresa, and we will be back to stay at this house.

The house, property and team that are there on site to made our adventure exceptional! We loved everything about the property and will definitely return one day for another ~One More Trip~ at Casa Coracali. Everything about this property is amazing. The photos do not do it justice. The staff is amazing. Tania will take care of your every need at the house and request for trip/tours/activities in town. It’s truly luxurious with a private beach and and most beautiful sunsets I’ve ever seen.

Playa Hermosa

Amazing house and location. Perfect for us. 10 minute walk to fantastic surfing at Playa Hermosa every day. If only the Santa Teresa roads were so good!! Staff were great and we were pleasantly surprised with freshly made beds every day and the dishes done!! (The only very minor thing was on arrival we had trouble locating the house and then getting through the excellent security gate as concierge didn’t share access details with us until the last minute when we had no phones working - once that was sorted it was brilliant).

Little slice of CR heaven!

We stayed for Spring Break and had 4 adults, one kid (9) a toddler (3) and an infant and the property was perfect for all ages! The windows throughout the house let us watch the little ons swim from every angle. The house manager, Tania, was lovely to work with and answered all our questions quickly and with kindness. Setting up babysitters was a big help, too. The sunsets were our favorite part of the day and chasing hermit crabs on the beach in front of the house, as well as fish in the tide pools. Just to note, this is not a beach you can swim in - it is very rocky - but just down the way a little is the surfing beach which you can swim in. However, the rocky beach in front of the house provided lots of entertainment for the kids when the tide was out. Getting into town was easy. We rented a car and had one quad as well. We loved all the restaurants, shops and character that Santa Teresa had to offer. Thank you for a great stay!

This property right on the beach was perfect for us. It rained half of the time we were there, and the views from inside the house were still perfect. We watched the tides roll in and out and marveled at how high the waves got during the storms. We walked to Playa Hermosa on the beach and drove into Santa Teresa in our side by side. Tania helped us arrange everything including the side by side that was delivered to us. The staff was friendly and quiet and very considerate of us. We will definitely return to this beautiful space.

Pure Paradise

Couldn't ask for more out of a vacation property. Super clean, high end appliances and finishes, and insane views from all the glass throughout the house. The groundskeeper is almost always there just in case a problem comes up. The night guard patrols so you feel extra safe. And the cleaning crew does everything daily including your dishes and laundry. The shallow area in the pool was fantastic for our little ones. We had big plans of activities but quickly fell into a daily routine of walking on the beach, then swimming in the pool on repeat. Left feeling totally rejuvenated and relaxed. Couldn't recommend more

Paradise!

The property is incredible. My family and I (myself, husband, and 2 kids) just had the most amazing time there. Obviously, you can see from the pics that it's beautiful, but the setting and location is what makes it even more special. The backyard is perfection! The pool is great for kids (has a large shallow area), and the yard has tons of space to run around or lounge in the hammock, and the beach is right there with awesome tide pools. The whole house is set up with Sonos, so you can enjoy music while you're relaxing outside or in the kitchen making dinner. The location is nice and quiet but also super close to everything you need in ST or Hermosa. Can't stay anywhere else now. :)
