The Space:

The best location in Tamarindo for a single-family villa! A quick easy walk to the beach and town--only 100 yards away! Jade Coast features 3 bedrooms, 2.5 baths in the main house (2700 SF), and TWO detached Studio Apartments (350 SF each) with 1 full bath. There is a private pool, a large covered porch, and a partial ocean view from the 2nd floor. There is free parking directly outside the house.



The property has an outdoor shower, Webber gas grill, tropical garden, night security, an ADT alarm system, and an in-room safe for your convenience and added safety. Kitchen features wood cabinets, granite countertops, stainless steel appliances, and movable island. The kitchen is equipped with a coffee maker, toaster oven, blender, and all utensils and cooking supplies. As a guest of this property, we also include complimentary amenities like salt, pepper, cooking oil, and shampoo/soap. The condo is FULLY stocked with other bonus items for your personal use such as beach towels, folding beach chairs, a cooler, and more!!!



Jade Coast sleeps up to 15 (13 in beds & 2 on the pull-out couch). There are 2 king beds, 2 queens, 2 twin beds, a Twin over Full sized mattress bunk bed, and a queen pull-out sofa. Need a travel crib? No problem! Just reach out our concierge team to arrange one. Keep in mind they are subjected to availability and have an additional charge. Wildlife abounds just outside your door at Jade Coast! It is a common scene to see howler monkeys, exotic birds, friendly iguanas, and Pizotes in the nearby trees.
