Willst du einen Vorgeschmack auf das Paradies? Dies ist der richtige Ort für Sie! Es ist komplett mit einem Pool und nur 10 Schritte vom Strand entfernt.
Eine 25-minütige Fahrt vom internationalen Flughafen Liberia und 15 Minuten von Playas del Coco entfernt.

Zwei Häuser direkt am Meer teilen sich einen Pool und eine Terrasse am Strand. Jedes Haus verfügt über eine eigene Küche, Badezimmer, eine eigene Terrasse, Warmwasserbereiter, Kabel-TV und WLAN. Die Küche verfügt über einen Kühlschrank mit Gefrierfach, einen Elektroherd / Ofen, eine Kaffeemaschine, einen Mixer und alles, was Sie zum Kochen benötigen.

Wir können insgesamt 8 Personen in Casa 1 und 10 Personen in Casa 2 (oder insgesamt 18 Personen in beiden) unterbringen. Alle Schlafzimmer verfügen über Klimaanlagen mit Deckenventilatoren. In jedem Zimmer, einschließlich des Wohnzimmers, steht ein Fernseher zur Verfügung. Pool- und Strandspielzeug steht ebenfalls zur Verfügung.

Es gibt einen sicheren Parkplatz auf dem Grundstück, der geschlossen und privat ist. Ein Hausmeister kümmert sich um den täglichen Reinigungsservice und sorgt für einen komfortablen und sorgenfreien Aufenthalt. Juana, unsere Haushälterin, hilft Ihnen auch gerne bei Ihrem täglichen Frühstück und anderen Bedürfnissen. Fragen Sie nach Details.

Family vacation

Checking in with Fraser was easy, couldn’t be better. The kitchen was stocked with everything needed to cook and serve. Our family loved the house, all 14 of us were comfortable in the many bedrooms. We were steps from the beach and the warm waters. The pool was fantastic. The caretakers were very helpful, even providing us with a birthday cake and sliced mango. It was a dream vacation and we will definitely return.

Just returning from 13 days at this beautiful Hermosa Beach home. A wonderful location only 30minutes from the airport and close to bars, grocery and restaurants. The manager Frazer was very easy to communicate and helpful with car rentals, excursion and grocery options etc.and the on site staff were lovely people who we had come in to clean up the bathrooms etc daily. They were very available when needed but left us to our privacy most of the time. They also did laundry when asked and replaced pool and bath towels daily. They kept the place inside and out, in great shape. Really can’t beat having your own pool just steps from an amazing beach! We had 8 adults and 8 children with us and there was plenty of room available. They provided some pool toys for the kids as well as three boogie boards which were well used. There are two huge wooden picnic tables to eat at, a new BBq that was cleaned daily and another round table with chairs for 6. Two outdoor but covered sitting areas and lots of room for outdoor living!Nothing but good to say about this amazing place and we certainly hope to be back in paradise some day!

Amazing oceanfront beach house

We recently spent three nights at Beach House Hermosa with our four adult children, their spouses and eight grand children.Two beautiful, spacious homes with a pool just outside one of the living areas. We walked through a gate maybe 75 feet to a wonderful beach on the ocean. There are great restaurants on the beach within easy walking distance.The host couple who lived just adjacent to the property cleaned inside and out daily, brought freshly made sweets in the morning and did our laundry whenever needed. On the last night they went grocery shopping and cooked us a wonderful authentic meal.All agreed that this was the highlight of our family trip.

Great house, great beach, great stay.

We loved Playa Hermosa, convenient from the airport, convenient to Playa del Coco for groceries and essentials but most importantly a wonderful beach and vacation atmosphere within Playa Hermosa. The house was clean, well kept and very nice. The outdoor living spaces are so well appointed and perfect for the climate and area. Great for families, our group had a wonderful stay.

Stunning Views and Fantastic Accommodations

The Playa Hermosa Beach House was just a perfect place for our family Spring Break. It is well appointed and steps away from the beach and the ocean. Our stay at Beach House Hermosa could not have been better! The accommodations were perfect for our group of family ages 14 to 70 +. Perfect Week

Amazing property and location, plenty of room. We came as a family reunion with 15 people, and it was more than comfortable. The property is beautiful. The view is amazing. The on-site housekeepers were the most amazing people. The house, bathrooms, pool and bedrooms were immaculate. Being feet from the beach was amazing and every night we experienced the most unforgettable sunsets.Frazer, the concierge, was such a huge asset. He saved us money, helped us set up all of our excursions, groceries. It was my wife’s birthday one night and he helped surprise her with a birthday cake. He made sure everything was taken care of and ran smoothly. If we ever come back with a large group we will definitely stay here again!

Birthday Getaway

We were a group of couples celebrating 5 women's 50th Birthday. It was a perfect place for us. We enjoyed having two houses with two kitchen's and yet al together. The sweet family that take care of the property made a birthday cake for us. We all loved our stay and want to go back again.

Glorious Accommodations and Location

Our family loved everything about Beach House Hermosa. The staff was always working hard to clean and anticipate our every need. The houses themselves have tons of space and are very nice and clean. The location cannot be beat: great pool and walk a few feet to the fairly quiet beach. Quick drive to mini markets and about 15 minutes to the bigger Coco. Several very close by beach restaurants that we loved walking to and getting takeout from as well. It was perfect for our family of adults and kids ages 2-7.

Spectacular

This hands down was everything we hoped for and more! Cannot overstate how good this location is for a group and the access to the amazing beach and sunset was phenomenal. We also booked a boat tour and jet skis with the property manager and both were exceptional. The care takers of this place really care about their job and communicate well and are super attentive offering laundry, helping keep the place tidy, and safe. We are already planning our next trip!

Amazing rental house in Playa Hermosa

This house is perfect for large groups! I held a Health Retreat here and it was great because there was enough space to do yoga together, right on the beach so those who prefer the ocean can relax there, and lots of space around the pool. The large outdoor tables were great for dining together. The house & rooms were clean and the onsite care-takers were awesome at daily clean up and making sure everything was running smoothly (and doing laundry when we needed it). Walking distance to a few restaurants and shops and only a 10-15 min drive to Playa Coco. A great spot for a relaxing (or active) vacation in Playa Hermosa.

AMAZING

There were 12 adults and 4 children in our party, the house and amenities were perfect! Rocio catered 3 meals for us and it was amazing. The caretakers were wonderful about keeping everything tidy and Idalia helped us with 3 meals as well. Frazer made transportation arrangements and helped us find a Doctor when needed. The trip was absolutely perfect and everyone agrees - it was our best family vacation yet!! We hope to come back again.

Another Amazing Trip!!

This is the second time our family (16 people) have stayed for a week at this house, and it was just as amazing as we remembered. The pool, the outside living space, the ocean and really good restaurants in walking distance (Ginger, Roberto's, etc.) Frazer is an excellent concierge, he can assist with transportation, tours and activities, as well as day excursions out of the area. He arranged day passes for 6 of our party to Rio Perdido, they were expecting us when we arrived and we had an amazing time! Idalia and Yader are the caretakers and are also wonderful, they can help with meal prep, laundry and any other needs. We did need some A/C assistance and between Frazer and Yader they were quickly able to work through the issues. If we could make this an annual get away we certainly would - I'm sure we'll be back!!

Perfect laid back home base for accessing many area activities

My wife and I and our 6 adult kids/in-laws had a terrific time at this property. Playa Hermosa is a quiet spot with several on-the-beach restaurants just down the beach from the property, as well as a few others also just a short walk away. The property had more than enough room for the eight of us (and the need for some of us to get some remote working done), and was equipped very well for breakfast, lunch and a couple of fun at-home dinners. The on-sight property care-takers were absolutely terrific and keep thing tidy and clean. The layout of the two casitas with the pool couldn’t have been better and gave us a premium view of the incredible Costa Rica sunsets…magical. Access to Palo Verde, Coca Beach, Tamarindo, Diamanté Eco Park, Father Rooster and several other activities/sights is great. Can’t wait to return to this special place!!!!!!
