We had a wonderful stay and would absolutely recommend this property to anyone visiting the Big Island. The home was very clean, comfortable, and well maintained, and it had everything we needed for a relaxing stay.The location was one of our favorite parts. It was peaceful and quiet while still being convenient for exploring the island. We especially loved being so close to the Mauna Lani area and having easy access to the beach, restaurants, and other nearby attractions. It made a great home base for all of our adventures around the Big Island.Parking was easy and convenient, and the entire check-in and stay went smoothly. The host was welcoming, responsive, and made sure we had everything we needed.After long days of hiking, snorkeling, sightseeing, and exploring the island, it was great to come back to such a comfortable and relaxing place. We made some amazing memories on this trip and really enjoyed our stay here. We would definitely stay again on a future visit to the Big Island!

This is a beautiful and clean condo. It is great for a smaller group. It was well furnished and had all the utensils and pans we needed for making dinner. There was plenty of beach gear including chairs, snorkeling gear and a cooler. On top of this being a great place to stay, the access to the pool and beach club really are a plus! I would not hesitate to stay again.

The condo more than lived up to the listing. Beautiful property. Well equipped and just steps from the pool. Great place to stay, so long as you don’t mind the walk to the beach, which we did not mind. It’s about a 15 minute walk. There’s a lava tube to explore on the way! Very tranquil setting. Well-appointed and located condo rental. We were comfortable and had everything we needed. The pool was super convenient, and the beach access was lovely. We love that the place came stocked with lots of kitchen supplies and beach gear, making it really easy to roll in and enjoy! The walk to the beach was beautiful, plus we could also walk to a few shops and restaurants.The condo association rules were a bit finicky - nothing problematic but required some time to read the fine print and work all the different remote/access codes/key fobs. We had a minor issue in getting check-in instructions through VRBO platform, but the vacation rental staff were extremely quick to respond!

We had a wonderful stay at the palm villas, clean, private and quiet. Would definitely book here again.We had everything we needed for our trip and the host was very helpful and friendly.The Wi-Fi was slow at times, but that may be a settings issue. Happily, there was plenty to do.

Wonderful stay

This condo was perfect for my family! The beach club was quite busy but it was very nice and allowed my kids areas to swim without me having to worry.

We had a lovely stay in this condo. Parking in the garage was easy. We really appreciated the beach chairs, snorkeling equipment, etc. that were provided. Towels were plentiful and there were cleaning supplies provided. The location is excellent and access to the Mauna Lani beach club was such a great perk. We would absolutely stay here again.

Quiet, well-appointed condo in Mauna Lani

We had an excellent time staying in this condo. It's a gated, smallish complex in the Mauna Lani resort, within walking distance to the beach through a historic park to the fishponds and beach. The grounds were lush and generally quiet. Key card access to the semi-private beach was a plus.
