The Phoenix All Suites West is my favorite place to stay when I go to Gulf Shores. Place is always clean, access to the beach is convenient, and the have one of the best pizza places right across the street! I don’t stay anywhere else

Weekend retreat

As pictured in all the ways. Could use some updates on the elevator as it is awfully slow and the parking area is somewhat of a nightmare. Easy walk to the beach with a place to wash off on the boardwalk. Close to a few restaurants within walking distance. The room was cleanish, the pull out bed topper was dirty and they had left no other blankets to put on the mattress. Very few dishes at this location unlike the last Phoenix condo we stayed at on the east side.

Okay

The location was decent. Email said I would receive email with code after completing online registration the day of check in never received code well after check in time. Called property to see why rude front desk attendant snapped at me while telling me that I would receive after I got my parking passes. Email clearly stated I would receive codes day of through text when room was ready not after purchase of parking pass. Got into room the shower had not been cleaned! I have photos of dirty tub with ring around it and spots as well as towel with blood in it. Seems to be a good place but house keeping and front desk personnel are awful!
