Neu renoviertes Stadthaus. 2 Schlafzimmer und 2 Badezimmer. Das Haus verfügt über eine schöne, voll ausgestattete Küche mit einem offenen Wohnbereich. Die zwei Badezimmer haben eine Kacheldusche, die andere eine Badewanne mit Flieseneinfassung. Die Böden sind Fliesen. Das Haus verfügt über eine Spülmaschine und Waschmaschine und Trockner. Es gibt eine große Terrasse über dem Ozean. Die Küche ist komplett mit einem Tisch und einer Insel ausgestattet. Das Haus ist komplett renoviert und mit neuen Möbeln ausgestattet.

The property was clean with plenty of space for two adults and two teenagers. We were steps from the beach which was a major plus. Shops were within walking distance. The host was quick to respond to my messages. Will definitely stay at this property again!

House was a bit musty smelling when we arrived but nothing a few air fresheners didn’t take care of. Cute little house with all the basic necessities for a great time at the beach. Great host!

Location, location, location

This property is in an excellent location within walking distance to everything. We all felt that the property could have been a bit cleaner. Our host did respond immediately to our complaint of many drain flies with a visit from an exterminator. The beach chairs supplied leave a lot to be desired, camp chairs just don't work in the sand. We enjoyed our stay and probably would return here.

Amazing

The property was clean and cozy. Located just feet from the beach. We did have an issue with the shower door falling off which was addressed immediately by the host and was really a non issue. The trash cans were also full. Other than those 2 small issues the stay was perfect for our small family.

A Perfect Weekend Escape at the Beach

This location is simply unbeatable. The beach is just a short walk, right outside your door. Plenty of things do within walking distance. The host is very responsive and a pleasure to work with. This is my second time renting this property, and I can confidently say I will keep coming back!

Great Vacation

My husband and I wanted a beach location that was driveable from our home in Cincinnati because we were bringing our 14 year old Shitzu. We decided on Atlantic beach and it is hard to find nice accommodations on or very close to the beach that allows pets. We were so lucky we found Kim’s listing. The entire booking process was painless and Kim responded immediately with answers to my questions.The location is amazing - while it’s not beach front it is steps from the walkway down to the beach. The house has 2 levels - we were on the lower level and had access to a nice patio area. The upper level had a nice deck. It also has a small yard and parking area. You can walk to many stores and restaurants- which we loved. The house was perfect for the 2 of us and our Josie. It was very clean. The kitchen is equipped with everything you need. It does have an air conditioning unit in the living area that did a decent job keeping it cool - we tried to use the bedroom fan one night but it was very noisy so we didn’t use it. The only thing I would say needed any attention at all would be the washer. It has a bad mold/mildew problem and smells really bad so we didn’t use it - it is a front loader and they do have that problem.We got to meet Kim and her son while here - VERY NICE PEOPLE!!!

Most relaxing vacation my family has ever went on!!

The house was perfect!! So close to the beach, that we went twice a day the entire week we stayed. There was no issues with extending our stay, and everything that needed was close. We had one issue with a door knob falling off, but the owners showed up with in a few hours to replace it. Whenever we decide to plan out vacation to the Atlantic Beach, we will definetly recommand this location and rent the house again.

Our family vacation

This is the first time we rented a beach house for our yearly family trip with our 3 kids and it was great! Our host made this trip so easy and stress-free from the booking online until we left! Any questions I had got answered quickly. The house was perfect for our family of 5 and right across from the beach access. We definitely made memories for sure and will be back!

Rainy getaway

House was super cute, when booking it wasn't clear it was two levels. I was super worried about that however it turned out fine. The upstairs was full and we occasionally heard them stomping but nothing awful. The lock box was difficult to find and I did spend a moment punching the code into the door itself. House was overall very clean. Already planning our vacation for next year.

Perfect location

This house has the best location, right across from the beach access! There were a couple minor issues: when we got there, the front door had a cypher lock and the code we were given didn’t work, I called the numbers I was given in the check in information and no one ever called back, I eventually found the lockbox with the key. The bathtub in the main bathroom was old and stained. There is just one air conditioning unit to cool the whole place, it worked okay but we have to put the fans on in the bedrooms at night. There was no tv in the master bedroom. The washing machine was moldy so we didn’t use it. The patio was great and we enjoyed our stay, the things I mentioned were minor and I think we would stay there again because it’s a great location.

Didn't end up staying here

The location was wonderful however when we arrived there were more droppings on each bed and pillows. We messaged the host immediately, he apologized and refunded us for our stay so we could go to a hotel. Very disappointing.

Great location

Beach access was steps away from our door and the unit was super nice! A bit tight if you have a the full capacity but worth it for the location by far! Washer and dryer being full size was a definite plus and being provided back up towels and veil is beach supplies was great especially since we were from far away.

Spring Break?

We arrived to a really nice place with everything organized and clean. After settling in for the evening everything went crazy. Tenants upstairs were running up and down the stairs at 2:30 am and knocking on the doors which seemed like an eternity. We waited until the morning to notify the owner who stated that they had locked themselves out and contacted her. We we’re not looking for any reimbursement, just wondering what happened. Unfortunately the next evening at 12:30 pm I contacted the owner as she instructed if there were any other issues. AGAIN tenants upstairs were pacing the floors. I texted her and it did stop shortly after. Two nights of holiday not being able to sleep. I left a night earlier and am not looking for any type of refund. But maybe it should be disclosed as a communally rented property. Thanks

As described and a stones throw to the beach.

Great little rental steps to the ocean. Perfect for two people but probably a bit too crowded for more. Our only issue was the bathroom doors which are louvered and allow the other occupants in the unit to hear anything that might occur in there. Sort of uncomfortable and embarrassing. We turned on the shower when in there to add a small measure of privacy.
